You do not feel pressured or feel like you are being watched when walking through the store. The process was so smooth and simple. Yasmin knew what she was doing and it was obvious. She did well with number calculations on the spot and also did a very good job of checking inventory and explaining with detail the purchase process all while being conscious of my time. There was music, chips and beverages for my little ones which definitely helped keep them entertained. To add, the delivery process was smooth as well and everyone is so legit and willing to serve. The whole team truly went above and beyond. I am grateful for Canales and everything they have done to get our household furnished.

Please, please do not buy anything from Canales furniture, specifically the Lewisville location. Although their policies are clearly spelled out in a lengthy contract, which is not customer friendly, their staff is completely under trained in communicating to the customer. I talked with the sales person on 2 occasions about my desired product and she assured me I was getting the correct item in height. It was not, and even though she ordered the wrong item, I cannot return it because of their policies. Lesson learned for me but future customers beware.

I am currently working from home and had no time to go out for Black Friday shopping Ricardo assisted me with finding a living room set with a great deal, he also had no problem explaining to me the conditions of my lease agreement. If I could give this review zero stars I would. My experience with the Carnales Furniture store in Lewisville. I was approved for credit and ordered a complete bedroom set which was advertised on the website has available. A sales person named Ricardo called me to advise me that the bedroom set was not available until October from the manufacturer. I was bummed because I really wanted this particular bedroom set. Reluctantly, I show a similar set and was provided the same delivery timeframe.Ricardo did advise that he had spoken to the manufacturer of the allure bedroom set that I wanted and that they advised that they could deliver it mid September. I was extremely happy to hear of this update and proceeded with the purchase.Moreover, on yesterday I received an apologetic text from the Ricardo that the manufacturer actually advised that they wont have the furniture until November!!! This completely made me upset as I have already sold my old bedroom set and moved to my new home under the impression that the new bedroom set would arrive mid September. I asked what could be done for me due to this major inconvenience. A lady named Evelyn then texted me to advise that they would waive the delivery fee. Really? A delivery fee when the furniture will still not arrive until November??? I then asked in the text for a member of management or the owners contact information. She professionally responded that she would call me right away.To my surprise a gentleman called stating that he was a supervisor and that it was the manufacturers fault not theirs and that they would only be offering me a delivery fee waiver. I advised him that that was not acceptable and that I wanted to escalate the matter further by speaking with the owners. He then advised that he was the owner of the store. Wait what??? You just said that you were the supervisor. By this point I became unglued and went off in which he hung up.I am now filing a BBB complaint against the store. To this very moment they are still advertising the allure furniture bedroom set as though it is available for immediate purchase and delivery.The so called supervisor/owner was extremely unprofessional, continued to speak over me, lack any sympathy or empathy for my situation. He also lacked proper communication skills and effective ways to diffuse an upset customer.This is not how you should treat your customers!!!!!I will make sure the BBB complaint resolution is updated to this post.Shane on you Canales furniture at the Lewisville location. 👎🤨

DO NOT ORDER FROM CANALES IF YOURE ATTEMPTING TO MEET A DEADLINE! Their 3rd party moving vendor can be unpredictable, so you may be disappointed like I was. Im checking to see if an accent chair I ordered last week if finally ready to be delivered. If youre a designer, decorator or home stager, order when you have a significant time buffer.
