Location of picking up the truck was changed. The dolly was not available. Headlight switch fell in the dash was left look for it in the dark. Mileage cost more than a gallon of gas. They tried to tell me last lie. That the gas tank was full when I took the truck fortunately I took a picture. that was a lie. Oh and they blamed the location change on corporate for not notifying us properly. Telling me in an email that that truck I want it 26 foot was was available in Levittown not telling us it was not available and Bristol traveling to Bristol to find out it was not available and dont forget the dolly was in Bristol not in Levittown. If you want to stay in business you better fix this. This is not a smart thing and I am not being unreasonable.

I scheduled an appointment for a hitch install. On a Tuesday for the following Monday afternoon. I drove 45 minutes to make a 4pm appt time. Only to arrive at the building and no hitch. I asked why they did not contact me the response was we don’t call you.The absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced.

Dropped car off to get hitch put on at 7:30am, mechanic was due in at 11:00 am, called to see if done, around 1 pm, on hold 20 minutes no one answered, showed up at 2:30 pm, oops, mechanic didnt see invoice to do your car. Waited hour and half while hitch was put on. Sometimes s#*t happens, oh well.
