I was told Saturday that my prescription would be filled the very day I need it. So I have none. I called and to my shock, I was told it will be ready Some time today. Nice reply. CVS doesnt care. Its due today. I need it in the AM. Sometime today. In the meantime I cant take my scheduled medication. Worst pharmacy in town.

I have changed my review from 5 stars to less then 1! Make sure you are getting the correct medicine because this CVS has made a mistake in my very important medicine TWICE in the last few months!! They are all too busy to fix it though. And I call and get lied to and even hung up on. It’s a disgrace to sit and have to wait hours because the incompetency of a place we all rely on for our HEALTH!! I am definitely not using CVS again after this! Not for my medications Nd not for ANYTHING. Please check your prescriptions nobody else gets hurt, or even killed. Thank youThis CVS is extremely busy but they have a great crew of people and that makes all the difference when choosing a pharmacy.. 5 Star employees. Clean, never have any problems..LAURIE

Everything has been a hassle. Ive asked more than three times to take me off auto refill still hasnt been done. I asked this morning and they werent sure how to do it and this coming from the pharmacist himself. wanted my just on refill to be sent to another CVS because I wont be in town for a couple of weeks. I was told they werent sure they could with an attitude. Again coming from the same pharmacist. great help!

I think the manager does a super job on this store considering shes got a store that is in shambles. Reason is its built for a small quiet town but it runs like its the only pharmacy in the city. It need some renovations BADLY.. update the drive through and hire another employee to ring for the pharmacy. CVS looks the same as it did in 1990. I know I worked at 3 of them.

Best CVS in the Fitchburg/Leominster area, the new younger lady that started working here is great, Florence I believe her name is!

3 cars in front of me to pick up prescriptions. So far 25 minute wait. Still sitting with one car in front of me. Place is a joke and always has been.
