45 minutes for a coffee after ordering online and being told it would be 10 minutes. I understand being busy but 45 minutes is unacceptable. There is no way I would have waited if it hadnt already been paid for.

Great staff, super quick service

Clean environment. Clean bathrooms. Some stock in boxes on floor near bathrooms. Pleasant, knowledgeable baristas. Has a drive up window. (10-15 cars always) very busy. A customer may go inside to get drinks and merchandise but there are no accommodations for consuming food in the store. Ordering early and remotely via app is possible.

This Starbucks always has the longest wait times, especially on weekend mornings. Doesn’t matter if you preorder, I live 20 minutes away and I ha e preordered on multiple occasions to wait another 20 minutes once I arrive for my drink. They need another Starbucks location or they need to hire more people, I suffer through the wait because I hate Dunkin but it’s always a painful process.

Standard Bucks. Staff is always upbeat, courteous, and professional. My drinks always come out correct and they have been happy to fix the one that was incorrect that my wife purchased.

At no fault of their own, there seems to always be a long line here. Always a popular spot and friendly just as you would expect.

I just love starbucks! My favorite is the cold brew! This place has a drive through and is very clean. There are plenty of seats and even a large table for groups. Lots of room to move around and fairly quite even when its full of people. The service was very friendly and helpful. I will be coming back here again.

Everytime I pass by here its always packed, but what can you expect, its Starbucks. Right off of the highway.The workers are killing it, and I applaud them.

The quality of coffee is on par with other Starbucks locations, this should be an expectation at this point for an enormousworldwide coffee chain, so they get one star for the par on course.Where they fail to receive more stars is in customer service and accuracy in the mobile/drive thru time estimates. Expect your order to be 20-30 mins later than the time listed on the app. The drive thru line usually snakes around the whole lot. The latest I ever got my order was a whole 1 hour and 15minutes after the expected pick-up, not sure why I waited.This location needs to be expanded or moved to a larger store that can accommodate for the large volume of orders from local coffee fiends.

Busy busy. Drive thru is almost always busy, the line is too long. Its quicker to order on the app and pick up the order inside. Unless you like to enjoy the quietness in the car and dont mind the long wait.

The baristas are very friendly and when they get to know you theres times you walked in the door and your drinks all ready to go just pay and youre good the very comfortable place with good people and great music comfortable as in you just can go in and get your coffee and come out obviously not comfortable that we can be sitting in there🙄🤔😏

In my experience I find the coffee very inconsistent. Sometimes its great sometimes it tastes sour. Also by far the slowest Starbucks Ive ever been to. Waiting in line for over an hour for a frappuccino is not acceptable. So I dont go here that often anymore.

I cant believe how busy it was this morning! I also noticed how aggravated the group of waiting customers were. It was so sad. All the employees were non-stop working SO HARD to complete orders. You all did amazing and I was very much appreciative of your hard work!

I always order ahead on my app when I leave my house 14 minutes away. Sometimes its ready, sometimes its not. Staff is always friendly and the place appears really clean

I have ordered in store pick up 3 times. I show up 10 or more minutes after my pick up time and the drink is still not ready. The staff are rude and act like you are bothering them. I never have this experience at other locations. I do not recommend this location.....ever!

I waited 37 minutes for a drink what made me mad is the person who ordered before me got their drink first. Drink tasted great though.

The service today inside was terrible. I don’t know why you would prepare hot and cold drinks separately so customers get half their order and wait for the other half. Rethink your processes.

The baristas dont stir the drinks well enough. So I always have to stir my drink myself. Which I shouldnt have to do. Sucks that this is the only starbucks store in town.*Update after a year of giving this location so many chances. From drinks being made wrong to not calling out names when drinks are done. I love Starbucks but, I will no longer give my business to this location. Today a young man made my drink and it was light. I didnt pay over $5 to have a drink half full. Very disappointed.

I love my usual which is a iced peppermint white mocha. I tried a macha pineapple drink yesterday and it was really watery which was a big disappointment. I go to Starbucks for their strong coffee. Not some weak drink.

I love Starbucks coffees and will continue to go to other locations, except this one. This has consistently been THE worst Starbucks for years. Other reviewers have already mentioned the issue with this location- the amount of time it takes them to fulfill an order, busy or not, is ridiculously long. I feel comfortable leaving this review because I actually used to work at Starbucks and it was a busier location than this one. Even in a rush, we got orders out on time and the longest someone had to wait was around 10 minutes or so MAX, if we were absolutely packed. Today at this Starbucks, I placed a mobile order at 10:27 AM. I always place mobile orders 20 minutes ahead of time for the Leominster location because that’s how long it takes them on average to complete the order even if all I ordered was a coffee. When I walked in, there were at least 20 people waiting inside. At 11 AM, the woman standing next to me finally received her mobile order and she complained about how incredibly long it took. I asked when she placed her order so I knew how much longer it would be until mine would be done. She placed hers at 10:14 AM. I literally left right then without my order and went to the Athol Starbucks. I placed the same mobile order at that location and when I walked in to pick it up, guess what? It was ready and I left. No exaggeration, it took ONE HOUR for the Leominster location to make my latte. ONE. HOUR. This is absolutely unacceptable on every level. The worst part is that this Starbucks has consistently been this slow for years. I have no idea what they are or are not doing but they need to implement more effective/efficient strategies to fulfill customers orders because I know of others who refuse to stop at this one due to the wait time. I am completely done with this location after today. Appalling service.

The wait in line is very long, but it is a very busy location. They need to open another close by. If you use the app it is in and out. Much better service that way. Just too many customers for having only one in the area. Not their fault. App is the way to go

Hands down worst Starbucks Ive ever been too. Employees are so rude. Order is NEVER correct. Then when you ask them to fix it they freak out over covid. Wait times are insane. Better off going to the one at Target in Leominster.

The coffee is delicious. I drink decaf and the decaf Americano makes me forget that Im caffeine free. The staff is courteous and friendly. Best of all they like dogs and give our pup a dollop of whipped cream.

Excellent job by the staff. They were short handed and still got the drinks out perfectly and in good time.

Nothing wrong with the good and drinks, and the staff are friendly. Interior decor is nice. However, the parking situation is awful at best and it tends to attract HUGE lines at the drive through.

Not saying its horrible but I just would like to let you know that I was in the drive through of a Starbucks and an associate left the building without even letting drivers Know they were closed or even acknowledging us. We watched the associate leave the building and letting everyone wait in line that is horrible. I understand times are crazy now but she could of just let everyone know she was closing early. It was 6:30 when we were in the line. She even shut the window off to someone when we watched them give an order to the person a car in front of us. 5/1/2020

Great coffee and more...busy place!!

I hate to give this kind of rating, But the wait was totally unacceptable. There are 4+ employees observed and the wait was 35 min. Everyone is nice enough they just need more support or better supervision. Ill try again in 6 months.

This is the only starbucks in the area, so it can be frustrating with long lines and wait times. My drink order has never been incorrect here, yet, but I also order simple things. I dont interact with staff, so I cannot have an opinion of them.

They are always awake and nice in the early morning. They match your energy level so if you want a quiet morning they respect that. Probably one of the fastest Starbucks Ive been to.

The poor barista was so overwhelmed with 30 mobile order cups in front of them and the dude in front of me complaining about an order that was 25 minutes in the making. The barista sounded flustered when responding and scared of what the mans response was going to be. I just left after not getting my drink i didn’t want to add to the trouble that the barista was going through. The workers were running around and it seemed like they genuinely are just understaffed or need a much larger location. I feel for these people but the wait time is at least 40-50 mins here. Don’t order if you need to get somewhere on time like work, your order will not be done when you get there especially after 9:00 am

Personable staff. Extremely efficient in completing orders quickly. Even when the line is long. Lots of seating. If you like a well made cappuccino these baristas know what they are doing.

Fantastic mood here! The young lady working the register 10am January 27th was fantastic. She had a kind sweetness about her that reeked of genuine sincerity. This location really had a nice vibe to it.

The speaker at the location sounded really loud. I ordered 2 drinks and they both tasted off. Almost like no coffee was in there and too much milk. Both drinks were thrown out because it was not drinkable. Their service is usually great.

Good coffee. The staff was overwhelmed by corporates need for more profit. The whole mobile call in thing should be a separate pick up area scratch that it shouldnt exist at all. If you need to call ahead for your coffee maybe u should make it at home or get in the drive thru like the rest of us and wait, because that is what u r going to do anyway.

Very disappointed in this location lately. Ordered a drink with SKIM milk. There wasn’t enough left in the gallon so instead of grabbing another gallon of SKIM milk he turns around and puts whole milk into the drink thinking that it wasn’t a big deal. When I told him I can’t drink whole milk he angrily threw out the mixed milk, made it correctly while I watched, then slammed it on the counter, rudely said “here” then walked off to do another order. They should NOT take it upon themselves to modify contents of a specifically ordered drink just because it’s faster for them to mix items rather than walk 3 feet to get the correct milk. Have had other orders made incorrectly as it seems their goal is to speed through orders rather than pay attention to what exactly was ordered.

I love getting coffee and the chocolate croissant. They always get my orders right. I would recommend to get the caramel Frappuccino with extra caramel, it’s the best.

Typical and what one expects for Starbucks. It is very visible from Route 2, however getting in and out is a bit tricky as it is located in a shopping plaza off of the East Bound on ramp for Route 2. You either need to get off an exit early and weave through town or (as I have seen many do) make a dangerous U-Turn at the end of the exit ramp.

Today, I placed a mobile order at 10:55AM. I placed this order while sitting in the drive-thru line, yet it wasnt until 11:20AM when I finally pulled up to the window to retrieve my order. This place seems to be busy frequently and theres always a long wait. Im happy my order was correct, but the wait was disappointing. For 3 drinks, almost 30mins.
