Best ice coffee amazing flavors! Donuts are just as good. Unfortunately the girl working the window yelled something at us as we were driving away which was rude. We always leave a tip it just happens that day we paid with a card and didnt have the cash to leave the tip . I was surprised usually they are all very nice.

Nice, no-nonsense coffee shop that serves reasonable coffee, doughnuts, and breakfast sandwiches. They have a large, nay, massive selection of flavors for coffees.That said, the drive through lacks an order kiosk before the window, which drives service speed down (granted, they are amazingly fast when you get there). Beware that the large iced coffee uses a cup that only the largest cup holders can handle.

Very good coffe/iced coffee, try the banana ice coffee if you like flavors. Quality product despite the less than attractive locations. Great customer service, what a great team you have here!

I’ve gone at this time twice now to get a bagel with egg and cheese and both times “they close the oven early”. A little ridiculous to close the oven early when you close at 8. Just seems like laziness.

This is the best Gourmet location. I used to stop by daily on my way to work and the girls would have my coffee ready and waiting. Ive recently moved to Fitchburg and cant say the same about the Park Hill location, whose coffee is always bitter and burnt. If Im ever back on this side of Leominster, I make sure to stop by!

We skipped Dunkin to drive to this place to purchase doughnuts; but left disappointed. First of all, they force feed you - 4 doughnuts are more expensive than the 6-pack. The doughnuts were hard, the dough dry and flavorless, and the frosting was a real disappointment. :(

I definitely give them 5 Stars over Dunkin Donuts on 134 Leominster Shirley Road in Lunenburg all day long! Customer service there is as terrible as their supervisor & they constantly mess up your orders! They are very polite here & customer service is excellent! But sadly I have to say that I will give them 3 stars cause every time I/we go there, when asking for light ice or half the ice the cup/s are still full of ice! Its not only with this Gourment Donuts but its with two others as well. Perhaps they are told not to do so cause company are afraid to lose coffee products so give tons of it or maybe not who really knows. Lol. But its common sense. If you add more ice to the cup its less coffee ur getting for the amount of money u pay. I used to leave good tips but I dont do it no more as they love to play the selective hearing games. Coffees are delicious nonetheless, keep up with the fantastic customer service! I definitely recommend this place especially when u are in a rush early morning for work!

This review is for the West Boylston Gourmet Donuts (sorry leominster) i just want to be heard and im not sure the manager in w. boylston will read the one for his store. I ordered a large hot coffee, the waitress got angry because after receiving my coffee lukewarm and only 3/4 ful i had the nerve to ask for seriously, im not making this up, i could deal with the amount if it was hot, but come on? and then to be harassed by the counter girl, i was shocked, and told if i want hot coffee i could get it across the street at Dunkin Donuts oh yeah? i hope there is a camera with sound so the manager can hear her because honestly, i dont care what kind of day you are having, go to work and leave it at home, i do.
