Great selection of high quality gifts and top brands. The staff are wonderful and very helpful!

They have the best selection of cards 😁 for children. Only thing is its very $$$. Its a great store for lingering. I always find something for that hard to find a gift for person. Their stationary is fabulous and journals are even better. Again they are pricey. Some employees are nicer than others. Childrens books are great at Xmas time. Book selection is great, check out the calenders. All in all a great place to spend a couple of hours..

I hate misleading sale signs! When you think things are exactly as they say, No sorry not every thing is 75% off, read the fine print Even the employees agree it is wrong! I wont rush back.

Great store, but minus one star for prices that are higher than average. Look for sales, sales coupons, and beware the fine print. If you have money to burn, I highly recommend this place.

Could not believe the variety of gift items and personal jewelry, scarf and ladies clothing items. Great flip flops, beach cover ups, beach bags also. Unique selection of Mom and Nana mugs ! Excellent customer service.

I do like the store, I do. There is a lot to look at from clothing to jewelry, greeting cards, toys and tons more. Definitely over priced but use the coupons and its not so bad.

Very busy this time of year! But lots to choose from!

Jon the manager was very unprofessional. He embarrassed my family in front of several people. We were getting Chamilia jewelry and had a coupon and some reason he would not let us use it when it was from his store and peeled off the sticker and took it back. The coupon was once you get five stickers and purchase five rings you get $15 off. He made a big deal about $15 when I spend thousands of dollars there I will not be back to that particular paper store

Great selection of products, even greater customer service! Went right around Christmas time and even tho they were very busy, I still felt that they were taking time to address my specific needs and questions and at the same time, didnt make me feel rushed or pressured into buying something I wasnt happy with. (Common feeling I get at stores of this kind, but not at this location, not this store) Each customer that came in and needed assistance was given the same individual attention, patience and knowledge they needed from an employee. I felt very well taken care of from the moment I walked thru the door to the moment I left. The store was also clean and organized with a bunch of fun stuff to look at...Once again tho, the best part that I just cant stress enough was the sincerely joyful, positive, knowledgeable, happy, caring staff. Truly an enjoyable experience all around! Highly recommended!!!

Bought my mother one of the Willow Tree figurines for Mothers Day and when she opened it one of the heads was broken off the figures. I love the Paper Store but they ruined the holiday, which was already not going well.
