Very poor selection of clothes. Staff was very slow and not much help. Stood in line for over 20 minutes with two people in front of us and no other registers open. I would not recommend going to this store.

My experience here was great .Nobody was in the store shopping .I was looking for a dress for a wedding great selection not so much on sizes.Really would have liked some help but no one was around working . Would have tried to order something online .Need better customer service please

Went to JCPenneys last week unfortunately the store is closing and even with the slash prices theyre very very expensive Im disappointed bc Ive been going there for 40 some odd years and I just was shocked that their sales price u need a small mortgage to shop in there when they say sale it certainly isnt a sale

Thank God theres still a large department store around. It took me a little searching, but I finally found what I was looking for in my size- cleaned them out of the last 3 pairs they had! ( womens underwear) Wouldve spent more time shopping, as I need a new pair of sneakers too, but Ill save that for another day. Did you ever hear of a woman who didnt like to go shopping? Well, youve met your first one right here. I miss Macys & Sears from this particular shopping mall (they closed), but I like Penneys too. Reasonable prices, sales. Ill be back; I want to keep this store in business!

Glad some brick and mortar are still doin it. Prices were high, but sale prices seem to level them out. Huge selection. Store itself needed a bit of floor maintenance.

You can find some pretty comfortable clothes here, most of which are shirts. Pants and shorts are always a toss up though.

I went to buy shoes and I liked their variety. Wish they could stock smaller sizes too like 5 so that those of us with small feet can try them on.

Good ladies store

No shortage of employees standing around talking so when i couldnt find an employee at the register to pay it was easy to find employees who helped me look.........yup. once found, he was less than excited to ring me out. Ill only go back out of a necessity.

Its really the only place to shop for clothes now that Macys and Sears are gone. The staff was helpful and the sales were pretty good.

About the only place in town with a selection of clothing from casual and pro sportswear to dressy. Always clean and well stocked. Personnel usually available and knowledgeable. Easy to park at end of mall, wheelchair accessible. Cashier in mens dept is near entrance, but womens and childrens checkouts are away from the entrances. I would think this might be a security concern.

Stuff at this location are extremely rude specially the management! This manager called Vilma was extremely rude to me.I don’t recommend.

JCPenney is an awesome store. There are alot of great deals going on right now. And they sanitize the registers quite often. They have styles for the whole family!!

I was shopping here and finding good bargains. An announcement came over the intercom that the store would be closing in 30 minutes. Right after the announcement the shut the lights off on the customers. All were gasping and commenting on the Rudeness of this act. Meanwhile while apologizing, another worker with a Walkie Talkie was radioing for them to turn the lights back on... WOW!!!!

Went to Viola the jacket and they did not have any leather jackets for men in stock

Despite the crisis, I got in and out with ease. The Mens section was well stocked. I was able to find a pair of dress shoes for $40. Cant do that every day!

I went into JCPENNEY to pick up an order. It was very easy and the associates were very nice and helpful. The man who helped me allowed me to open my package before leaving the store. I liked that. I found a couple of blouses for work that I need. I hope they are on sale soon!! 😉

Pretty much my go to for a bunch of things in one place. I always seem to find something for everyone at home. I especially loved their appliance sale. Ended up getting a dishwasher for half the regular price since theyve stopped selling appliances.

I placed an order for Christmas on line. It was 2 weeks in advance. All items were in stock and guaranteed for delivery before Dec. 25th. I called on the 22nd because I had only received a few. I was told that the rest would arrive on the 27th. Should I have asked my company to come back again in 2 days? Unacceptable...I will never order online or shop in their store again. They ruined my Christmas. I work in retail...I had to leave a hell shift to go shopping on the 23rd after being exhausted myself. They suck!!!!!

You can find some good sales, clearance & coupons. We do lots of school shopping here. Plus, love Sephora.

Impressed with their selection of mens suit. I do miss the days of customer service. Could have gone to another store but the suit would still be in alterations.

Picked up an order i placed online. It was hard to figure out where i pick it up. I could not find an employee for a few minutes but the second employee i asked was helpful. And transaction went well. Store was sort of messy. And clearance was scattered all over. But its a large store. And i got what i went for. Was in and out .

This is a good place to shop. Went for sale items. Was able to outfit myself for church for 145.00. Skirt/17.99. 2 Tops/17.99 each. Jacket 49.99. Shoe/boots 29.50. Nylons 9.50/silken. Was able to get a complete outfit and received many compliments.

They are trying hard, and succeeding. Give them a fair shot!

Went in for jeans, came out with a Cal King comforter which is very hard to find around here. Staff was very nice and extremely helpful.

I love the hair salon at Jcpenny. i have Sonia for my hair dresser and she is super nice and does a fantastic job! all the hair dressers there seem really nice and funny. i used to go to hair excitement in Gardner, but they moved to Jcpenny, i knew Sonia already and i love Kena.
