Great shoes great place

My wife and I went in at 1:30 and again at 2 pm no one asked to help us and we were the only ones in the store the employees sat behind the register watching movies on their phones when we asked a question they answered without looking at us so we left and they lost a sale

Staff was great and remembered from previous visits. Very helpful and friendly. Eddie did a fantastic job helping me out exchanging some shoes for a smaller size and having them shipped to my house

This place is one of the best shows stores I’ve ever been to they treat the customers with respect and they r very helpful!

I went in to get my nephew a shoe. The associates have no care in the world for their customers. I kept trying to engage them so as to ask questions about shoes and theyd just give blunt answers and walk away.It is very disappointing and probably the reason they have no customers in there.Its a shock these people are allowed to represent themselves as a footlocker.I hope someone up higher realizes and shuts them down or changes the leadership in there.Such a disgrace and I will never go back to that store.I only gave them 1 star because I had to otherwise they deserve no sort of star at all.
