Very fast and professional. I paid the price that they quoted to me. They did a job that my regular mechanic wasnt able to do. My 2008 gmc Yukon xl handles a lot better now.

If youre looking to buy a vehicle from united auto sales make sure you inspect the vehicle before you sign the deal these guys sold me a Subaru forester for 10 grand come to find out the front brake pads were completely deteriorated and unitied auto sales told me I would have to pay for my brakes to be fixed even though I had a warranty. Definitely will not be returning .

These guys can’t be beat... Laurence is a stand up honest guy and you’d be hard pressed to find this kind of Quality service, price fairness, and Trust with anyone, anywhere at all. My experience has been awesome with them. ..For example another garage was trying to charge 3k for a used transmission replacement but when I brought it to United they told me the truth and Charged less than $500 for a sensor done in hrs and there was never a problem with the transmission itself. I was so impressed with their honesty and professionalism I had them do a lot more work to the car, I will always use these guys for life now, they are amazing.

I bought a 2011 chevy traverse. Which was a really good deal. I was greatest with lots of respect. I was treated very well. I purchased it that day. It was made sure that it was on the road and everything. Even after a few days a few things needed to be checked out and fixed and it was done ASAP. Purchased my latest car from here. I had a few problems with getting my registration and other things with the dmv so they held my car for over a month with no complaints as well as consistently contacting me and asking if i needed help with the dmv process. Very friendly and much attention to detail my car was perfectly clean in the interior, everything in top condition as well as assisting me with my inspection too. This guy is the worst car salesman in the world. Tells me he has 3 cars ready for me to take for a test drive. Then when i show up 20 mins later all the cars are sold that i wanted to test drive. I wouldnt recommend this car salesman to my worst enemy. Will never return here for anything 👍

Great service, happy to have bought my first car (2014 Chevy Cruze w/ 91k miles) with United Auto. They have reasonable pricing make sure every vehicle is taken care of. Had a small issue with my car, called up the manager and he had it fixed within 2 1/2 hours. Very responsible, respectable, and helpful. 100% recommend for anything car related.

Bought a car from them a few months ago and with in days of taking it off the lot I had an issue. Brought it back and it took a few days and it was fixed. A few weeks late another issue. Got that fixed and then a few weeks later... yup another issue. That one cost me almost a grand. I don’t recommend this dealer. They told me the car was looked over and had no issues. Had to get the brakes changed and the old ones were paper thin. That is something that should have been checked before selling. Save your money and go somewhere else.

I believe that this dealership/mechanic business is one of the best if you are looking for an affordable reliable used vehicle. We bought a 2009 Honda Pilot in great condition and a a great price. That owners are extremely nice and very pleasant to speak to. We had a couple of minor problems (wiper sprayer needed replacing and a head light out) both fixed right when the issue was brought to them with no hassles. I would HIGHLY recommend United Auto Service to anyone. My husband and I are very pleased with this business.

United Auto helped me when I had nowhere else to turn. I sold my 2006 toyota Rav4 to Lawrence a few months back and was so glad he was willing to take it off my hands. The worst treatment I have ever gotten. Refused to speak with me or my mother bc we are women. Only spoke to my father. Not to mention he’s a slim bag and has terrible cars. If there’s a silver Jeep with a ripped drivers seat DONT BUY IT I lemoned it!!!! Update: the car is now posted for sale almost two months after this happned, they drove the car around so then the miles would be over 125k therefore the lemon law no longer applies. They are asking $4,500 and I payed $4,000, the car is worth maybe $3,000 at MOST. The car wasn’t taken care of by the previous owners! GLWS
