When my rear brakes started grinding, I called Monro Auto Service and the manager Chris answered my call and told me to come right down and they would get me in, they gave me a great price and had my car up on the lift before I knew it. The customer service provided by Chris was outstanding and extremely professional. From this outstanding experience, I have found my new car repair shop for my repair needs. My family and I were on our way home from a weekend vacation when we discovered we had a flat tire. It needed immediate attention and we were about 2 hours from home. Luckily the Monro Auto Service and Tire Center was open. When we stopped in we asked if one of their technicians could take a look and possibly repair the rear tire. We did not have an appointment, but the service manager said they could take a look and see what they could do. He was very friendly and courteous and got his team to take a look a the tired immediately. They were able to find a small bit of metal debris and repair the tire so we could continue on our journey home. The manager and team were very friendly and helpful in our time of need. They did not charge me for the quick repair either. I am not from Leominster but I highly recommend this service team and company for any car or tire repairs. I am incredibly grateful to the service manager and team and I would not hesitate to call on them again for auto service

I am a former employee of TW/Monro and since I left I will only bring my car to Chris at store 1134. The team that Andrew Sanchez has in place at this store is amazing. I send my wife and refer all of my friends there. Chris is always a pleasure to work with and is very professional. Chris is the only one I allow to touch my 3 cars. I went here to have my front tire looked at (it felt unsafe). They took my car for a test drive and put it up on the lift. They said that the tire was was unbalanced and they fixed the problem. You hear of nightmare stories of mechanics telling you need more work than you actually need, not here! I was extremely pleased with my experience there. I definitely will go back for all my car needs, big and small. They where very friendly and helpful.

This is one of the best places in Leominster to get your car fixed/serviced. Chris is my go to person for my car and he is extremely knowledgeable! He tells me what’s going on and even goes as far is showing me what the issue is. I know when I come here I’m not getting ripped off or being charged too much for whatever job I’m getting done. It’s always a great experience whenever I get any work done on my car and I leave knowing that Chris has put in work. I never leave disappointed or have to come back for the same job twice!

My boyfriend and I were making a long trip up to VT to see family, and ran into tire trouble on the way. After being turned away at 5 different tire shops, we came to Monro. Although he did not have the tires we needed, Ken went out of his way to look for centers that had our tires in stock, and called on our behalf to get us squeezed in for an appointment. We are sincerely so appreciative of his help, and if this is the extent he will go for two total strangers, I cannot imagine the service he would provide to actual paying customers. Chris at Monroe was super helpful and accommodating, my radiator was leaking profusely and I did not have a ton of money to do all the repairs needed, but Chris was able to get me a discount and do a work around with my existing parts so that I could get the issue fixed within my budget. I absolutely dread anything having to do with my car and it being fixed so I was bumming hard when I found a nail stuck in my tire. I called Monroe to see how long the wait would be (because let’s face it, most places you’re stuck waiting for a good two hours, even when they tell you “I’ll have you in and out in 15 minutes”). Chris was super pleasant when he answered the phone. I told him the situation and he said to stop on by and he’d take a look at it. He had my tire fixed and me back on the road in ten minutes!! Talk about awesome customer service!

I was a new customer to Monro and I stopped in to get my car looked at because of the loud noise it was making. They took me right in, looked at my car and within 20 minutes were able to make the repair. I saved money which was unexpected. My husband has always gotten his tires for his work trucks and our personal vehicles from Munro, and has always been very happy with the service. Today we stopped in to see if they had time to repair my tire, which had a large screw in it. They were very friendly and fit us right I without an appointment. They called us back less than an hour later to say my car was ready. When I went in to pay they said it was all set, no charge! We will continue to bring our cars here for all of our tires and repair needs!

I recently had the opportunity to visit Monro in leominster Ma. I found the facility to go above and beyond the COVID standard and where Chris the manager along with Ken, a technician continued to protect the environment for myself and others around. The waiting area was clearly cleaned multiple times a day. Everyone had a mask on and was very friendly.My car came back to me clean and no signs of oil or grease stains. The work was done in a timely fashion. They were very knowledgeable about my car and was able to diagnose the problem quickly.I would recommend the store to anyone in need of a good mechanic!

I had a problem with one of my tires. Dealt with Chris. There was corrosion on the rim which they fixed at no charge! The service was extremely quick which was very much appreciated. I was also impressed with the degree of professionalism and the fact that Chris wiped down the interior with lysol wipes. Definitely recommend this place!

As we were traveling to Vermont for a holiday weekend, one hour into our journey, one of our rear tires was rapidly losing air. We had to reverse course and returned home very carefully, driving on a run-flat tire. My first instinct was to contact Monroe, known to be tire experts. Run flat tires are very expensive to replace, but fortunately, Monroe was able to locate the problem and repair this safely and promptly. I didnt have to replace the tire. Not only was this terrific news, but they patched the tire free of charge. They were super friendly and courteous. And, needless to say, they saved our weekend! I cant thank Monroe enough and highly recommend them to others.

Excellent experience at Monroe with the men and the low tire pressure on my Toyota car. Brought my car in for service for an appt to be checked and I was seen fairly soon. The man found a nail in the tire and told me he plugged the hole and did not charge me for the work. I was appreciative, thanked the man and walked out with a smile.

I have to give this shop a shout out! We were in Ma on vacation from Va. We tried to leave on a Saturday, got to the gas station and realized our rotor was ate up and we needed an emergency fix to get home safely. Called around to a couple shops and was lead to Monro. The receptionist is the sweetest, got us in that day! But due to the wknd and parts, work couldn’t get done til Monday. We were in and out within 2hrs! And at a great price! “The Boys” did a great job!

This shop was fantastic to work with. I arrived when they opened, and they pulled my car right in, quickly determined the problem, had the necessary part delivered, and had me on my way in 90 minutes. They even apologized that it took a few minutes longer than anticipated for the part to arrive. The price was more than fair, and the service was great.

I came in just for a wheel alignment, and they caught a major safety issue with my tie rods. Explained it to me in detail, and fixed it same day, quickly and for a good price.I had just got the tie rods fixed with another mechanic who botched the job. I never would’ve noticed the mistake on my own. Really saved me some major problems!

For the second time in 2 weeks I have had a nail in both of my rear tires. Once again I arrived at Monroe on Wednesday evening with my 90 year old mother just as the store was getting ready to close. The young lady at the counter was courteous and congenial and had our car pulled right in. The technician removed the nail and plugged the tire. We were in and out in 15 minutes. As ALWAYS the staff goes above and beyond to make sure their customers are happy. This is the best car service station in our area.

Great spot! My mother had a nail in her tire, causing it to go flat. Not being able to afford new tires right now I called and spoke with chris. He told me to come down to take a look. He was able to repair the nail hole, was beyond nice, professional and we were in and out in 10 minutes. In this day and age its getting tougher to get good customer service let alone any customer service at all. Chris was all of the above! Id recommend the Monro on route 12 to anyone and I will be bringing my and my mothers car there in the future.

I recently had an exhaust repair completed on my 2009 RAV4. I cannot say enough about how polite and professional Christopher was. He took my car in right away, quickly diagnosed the issue and gave me an estimate for the repairs.After reviewing this with him I went ahead with the needed repairs. Repair parts were not on hand but he had a local auto parts supplier deliver them, made the repairs and had me on my way in less than 1.5 hours! I went to the Leominster ma Monro service center to get my rims lugs re-torqued. The service manager Christopher Stefanilo was very polite and knowledgeable about my car. I was quite impressed!! I have never been to the leominster service center before. I intend to get both my vehicles oil changes and other car repairs done at the leominster service center. Christopher took the time to talk very sensibly about both of my vehicles. Again I was impressed!!

Made my day! In the area from out of state and noticed that I had a slight oil leak from my rear differential. On a friends recommendation I went to see Chris at Monro. They looked at it right away and topped off the lube in the differential so I can get back home and get it fixed at my regular shop. I was done in 10 minutes and they didnt charge me anything. What a great experience if I ever need auto service down this way Ill get it done there! My friend who recommended them has had nothing but positive experiences as well.

I’ve been bringing my senior mothers vehicle to this location for quite sometime now and they have gone above and beyond to put my mind at ease as far as her safety, always explaining in detail why the work needs to be done, and working with me financially to be able to afford the work. I arrived at Monroe with a huge screw in my tire. The staff were just leaving for the day and had closed up shop. After looking at my tire he took it inside and plugged the hole. I have been coming to Monroe for years and I appreciate the courtesy shown to customers. They are honest and reliable and ALWAYS put the customer first.

I went in for an oil change and I was having problems with my battery and alternator, but didnt get that changed during this visit. When I left, I got about 1 mile down the road and my van just stopped. I called Monro and spoke to Chris again. He was able to work with me and went way above and beyond his job to help me out. I went into Monro to get my windshield wipers replaced and I was out in 5 minutes. My family has been going here for years because we always know we are going to get what we need done correctly and quickly. The workers always put the customers first and do their best to make sure we know what is going on.

Not their fault, apparently. I bought a full Carvana warranty and they point to Monro for everything. Unfortunately, Monro points back at Carvana. Guess whos in the middle? Yup, me. Hopefilly one or both will reach out to an unsatisfied client soon.

This was my first time going here, and I had brought my tire there in my recycling barrel to have a new tire put on the rim. The technicians were friendly and professional. They worked fast and went above and beyond by giving me a quick ride home so I didnt have to walk the barrel back in the cold. When I got home the technician told me once I got the tire on my car to bring it by the shop to get torqued for safty. This was definitely the best experience Ive had at a tire place.

Overall the mechanics here are great; friendly, competent, and fair in pricing. Chris the Manager was so courteous and professional. I had an appointment for 9:30 in morning for an oil change, tires and exhaust. After having the professional oil service and the new tires added the mechanic notice that the front brake pads needed to be replace soon. I decided to go ahead and added the back brakes on as well. It was a long day and Chris kept me posted as how it was progressing. He even feed me a steak lunch which was delicious and I was grateful for. The exhaust system took most of the day trying to undo a custom built hot rod system to a quieter one. My husband and I are very happy with a job well done! Kudos Chris!!!

Stopped in at Monroe Auto Service with a leaky snow tire. It was a bit busy being Saturday but Chris and his team took my car in as soon as they could. My snow tires are old and the wheels are a little corroded but the team cleaned it up and got the bead to seal. It is pretty much an annual event and the staff at Monro always takes care of it. No pressure, no hassles, like it always is. I will probably break down and get new wheels and snows next year. It will be here at Monroe. Thanks guys.

I had a slow leak in one of my tires and stopped at Monro on North Main Street in Leominster. The Manager said that it would be about a half hour if I wanted to wait. I said that Id leave the car and come back later. I had a nice leisurely breakfast at a coffee shop almost next door and returned about 45 minutes later. As I walked up to the door, a mechanic came out and gave me my keys and said that it was a nail. I asked how much, to which he replied: No charge. Before today, I had never been here. I was pleasantly surprised. I offered him a few bucks but he refused and said Just remember us when you need tires or service. I certainly will remember as well as tell my friends and family how well I was treated. If the business is reading this review: Thanks again!

I have my cars oil changed every 3,000 miles at this Leominster location and Chris and his staff have always treated me with courtesy and professionalism. At my last visit there Chris the manager noticed I had a tire mounted on inside-out, notified me and I had him fix it . I think Chris as manger and the rest of his staff do an outstanding job!

I had my rear brakes replaced. First of all it was $560 and the car was making noise when I tried to drive it home. I brought it back and they did something else that did not fix the noise. They did not test drive it to check things out . Iended up bringing the car to the dealer. The brakes were the wrong size and had to be ground down to fit my vehicle. Subaru would have charged $450 for the same service. Instead I paid $200 to have it fixed. Guess what? No noise when I drive my car now!
