Today was my first time taking my Toyota Sienna 2022 to this dealership. No I didn’t purchase my vehicle from here. So, I purchase after market rain guards and everything came with it. It’s the right fitment and similar to the OEM rain guard. Since the vehicle is new. They don’t have any 2021 or 2022 rain guards.I drove my vehicle in through the door and a service advisor helped me. I explained the rain guards and clips together before the installation. After that I went to the waiting area waiting patiently. Service advisor came out and grabbed me. I paid and walked up to my car and noticed they didn’t assemble the clips that was suppose to hold. I was unhappy and said they need to put it on not just tape it to the car. Otherwise I would’ve done it myself. So the service advisor went to grab the technician and he said he didn’t put it on because there was no instructions. Like seriously? I had no problem with Honda store before I can bring it to next door instead. He didn’t know what to say so the tech said he’ll do what he can.Overall I can do it myself but I struggle putting the clip on so that’s why I paid for them to put it on. For all four windows. I didn’t pay for a lame job. Prime Toyota route 2 needs to hire better technicians who knows what they’re doing. I don’t mean to say anything mean to the dealership but just unhappy with the work they put in for what I pay for. Please do better for your customers Prime Toyota.
Good service, very professional. Fair prices for Toyota parts. Jeff in service department is very professional, gets back to you in a good amount of time and explains everything that needs to be done. I like that you can book a service appointment online, over the phone or in person. Also have overnight drop box.
