We drove from western NY to Boston with our camper. Our next stop was Maine, but our transmission broke. These guys rebuilt it at their shop and had it back to us in 3 days. They did an excellent job! It cost us about $3000 compared to the $5000 to $7000 that a local GM Dealer quoted us. Norm and his guys are great! They explained what broke and how they would fix it. Friendly and knowledgeable.

Went for an estimate and Justin was very professional and knowledgeable. Explained the whole process, including timely & very pleasantly. Will definitely have them do the job in the future.

Took my 87 Mbz 560 SEL there for a hard shifting problem. I had done some research on my own and I found that most likely it was the vacuum modulator. I also wanted a fluid and filter change. I sourced my own materials because I wanted genuine Mercedes parts. Alot of shops wont let you supply your own parts but they were okay with it. Besides parts for a old Benz are not readily available in my area and have to be ordered online. They found the vacuum line going to the modulator was broken. They repaired the line, installed the modulator and did the fluid change. Only charged 2hours of labor. Car shifts great. Highly recommend them.

The staff here is absolutely amazing! I talked with Justin and Norm and they were very friendly in answering my questions. They work quickly and professionally. The office was clean and felt inviting. They also have some of the biggest lifts Ive seen. They told me they are one of the few in the area that can lift huge trucks or limos. I would highly recommend this location to anyone that needs transmission work.

This place is amazing!!! at 118,000 miles, my beloved 2010 Subaru Legacy GT desperately needed a new clutch. A job on this car like that can cost up to $2000.00!!! Therefor, I had to do some serious shopping around to find an affordable high quality shop and an affordable clutch part. These guys we superb in how they handled everything! I had to use an aftermarket clutch for financial and performance based goals and they were happy to use my parts for the job. They held onto the car for a week or 2 while I found and shipped the part to their shop, signed my fedex delivery receipt and got it done in a week or less! Furthermore, it took me another 2-3 weeks to come up with the cash that I needed to take the car back, and they held it for me, kept awesome communication and didnt even nag me about taking it back sooner. The car came out working amazing! Everything felt tight, right, and secure. No issues at all! They even kept my old clutch so I can observe it and left it in a box in my back seat! Nothing bad to say about these guys! I recommend everyone with any transmission issues to this place. You wont get this sort of satisfaction anywhere else!

Great customer service and very prompt in repairs... the staff is very knowledgeable.

No one bears this place on transmissions. No one but understand the workings of the transmission is complex. You will pay 2100 to 3000 but it will be fixed like new.
