This is by far the best mechanic shop i’ve ever been too. The people here are all professional and attentive, and they have a great way of making you feel like you’re at home. I have brought all my cars here without a single issue, and I plan to continue to do so. Today i had to do an oil change, replace my oil level sender and a few other things, so i dropped it off and within a few hours it was done. If you value your car and want it be repaired the right way i highly recommend giving them a call.

The worst car repair shop in central MA. They lied about my car having engine problems to get more money. Then the engine that THEY INSTALLED died after 2 days, and they wouldnt fix their own mistake without charging me AGAIN. Do yourself a favor and go to literally any other shop. Euro Design is a complete scam.

My boy Alex Rodriguez told me about this place, I brought my Maserati Ghibli there to have my undercarriage checked cause it came down and was scraping the asphalt, the owner Z was unbelievably helpful and not only repaired it but did it as a courtesy. Ive used Euro Design several times and I have nothing but positive things to say about them. The work has always been done promptly and professionally. It embarrasses and saddens me to think I used to take my car to the dealer and pay 3x for the service I now get at Euro Design. I highly recommend Euro Design and I will certainly continue to be a customer.

My friend referred me to Eurodesign, I was very pleased with the service. I brought my vehicle to two different mechanics and they couldn’t figure out the issue. Robert was very helpful and able to resolve it. I will definitely be back for more service on my car.

Got a 2011 Bmw 328i from here and has been having problems ever since it has left the lot. More money has gone into this car then how much it was! this place is ridiculous and a waste of time.

Took my 2006 BMW M5 to the shop for breaks and alignment and felt at home the second i walked through that door. Rob answered all my questions and displayed some of the best customer service Ive ever received. After i dropped of my car They offered me a ride back to my house (30 mins away). After i picked up my car i was blown away by the quality of the work done in such a quick amount of time. FEELS LIKE I GOT A NEW CAR!

Had my front end suspension replaced and everything they installed broke within 1.5 years. They said they would try to replace it under the parts warranty and never got back to me. Also they take about two weeks for every job they do! Terrible

I could not of been happier with the service I received here at Euro Design. I was travelling back to Chicago when my engine suddenly lost power, shut off, and did not start. The closest reputable shop was this one which was an hour out, I called in pretty late and to my surprise they were still open. Robert said that there was no problem having the car towed there. They diagnosed my car and found out what I needed for my 2010 VW Tiguan. He got me in and out as fast as he could, and after knowing Im stuck and have no choice, that I need this work done, he still gave me an amazing deal.I made it home with no issues after it was serviced, if you are bringing your car here, you can have the peace of mind that your car is in good hands and they will not take advantage of you!Thank you Robert and your team!

After causing some pretty nasty damage to my cars rear end, I thought it was over. I called the shop the next morning, and they took a good look at the damage, and laid out my options all rather quickly. Ive never met a more professional team of workers. The owner Rob gave me a date of when the car would be finished, and it was all done on time. No delays. They kept amazing communication throughout the whole process, and made sure my M3 got the best recovery it could. I couldnt imagine taking my car anywhere else.

This business is a scam bought a bmw engine blew in under a month didnt want to repair when i first bought it 2 days later check engine came on for misfire so i went in no one was there i was sitting in the lobby so i called to see if anyone would pick up and they were just ignoring call after call

I am beyond impressed. The owner Rob was very generous and respectable when it came to customer service. He did some work on my car and it looks great! I’ve had problems in the past with cars and other body shops in the area overcharging or not doing a great job, he always solved the problem with what was going on. Definitely 110% recommend Euro Design for anyone who needs work done on there car or is just trying to put their own touch on it, Euro Design is definitely the place to get what you want done! Euro Design is the place for the most intricate jobs to the most simplistic!

Saw an ad on craigslist for a car and thought it was a private owner showed up and found these guys were selling it. I drove an hour and found out the guy lied about it having a good clean body. The car had a passengers side door repainted, rocker panel smashed into the bottom of the doors, and scratches every where. Told the guy i wasnt interested in it because of that and he told me No body work has been done, why would they fix the door but not the rocker panel, that was wax residue on the door. Doesnt take a rocket scientist to know that and accused me of waisting his time when i drove an hour each way to look at this car! Would never even think of buying a car from them!

So i came and took my car as I brought it. Robert the owner and his brother are your typical passive aggressive serial liars.
