I absolutely recommend going to A and P auto in leominster. Top notch mechanics. Extremely professional and they take pride in there work. I will be going from now on. Prices are reasonable. Great place! This is my first time having aMajor repair on my car and i had called around to multiple garages, many of them did not want to work on my car and were recommending i go to a dealership. My uncle told me to go to a&p and made an appointment for me. They took my car right in and drives as good as when i first bought it. Srini also told me to bring it back in a week or so to see how my car was driving after the new transmission. I thought that was really nice of him. Great customer service. Came here for an auto inspection. The 3 or 4 employees I had very brief interaction with were helpful and courteous, but as I looked around the shop I could see that not one of the employees were wearing mask at all; not even under thier chin. Moreover, the woman at the front desk greeting every customer was maskless.This is highly irresponsible practice during the peak of a pandemic.

Had a wonderful, transparent and pleasant experience with A&P auto! As a female it is extremely intimidating to have to get your car fixed. I even had my dad make this appt for me after he recommended A&P. I was pleasantly surprised to receive an emailed pricing BEFORE my appointment, and even to get an appt time. Maybe I’ve been going to the wrong places, but usually it’s an “well it’ll be around this much, bring it around this time and maybe we’ll get to it”. At A&P, they gave me an appt time, a fair agreed upon pricing, and window of when I could expect it to be done. Brianna at the front desk is to thank for a lot of this and she made it such a pleasant experience! Would 10/10 recommend if you’re looking for a transparent, thorough, and efficient experience!!
