Very organized fast friendly timely... kind of place. I had troubled taking my car somewhere else then brought it here and had it back in no time. Nice to pick up my car paying way less then I had put back for this car expense. Best customer service!!!!!

Had a broken spindle on my fourruner. Parts were hard to find but Eric tracked it down and got my car back to me super fast and under my budget! Super great people!

From 2006 to 2016 I used another mechanic religiously. I had what seemed an insurmountable and overall costly sensor issue that turned out to be a computer problem. Then, the timing belt that I had just replaced was worn after only 3K miles... My old mechanic was history. Bob Miller and his team at A2 Auto were very patient and never gave up on my car. Because of their hard work and friendliness I adopted them as my new mechanics. In 2019 a new owner came in and the quality, friendliness, dedication, and determination has remained. The best part is, they know me and my wife. They are personable, fair, honest and professional. They also dont throw parts at you just to get your money either. I wish them the best and will continue to visit them. 5 Stars!

Scheduled an appointment and they said they would call me later that day for my car and then called them at 5 bc thats when they close and they didnt answer. The next day was told it would be ready at 1 to 2 pm and not to mention when I called the next day the guy asked me what he was supposed to do to the car again. Very unprofessional. Then today went for the car because they didnt call again and the car still wasnt ready. Would not recommend.

Amazing people and best service around! They were very good to my late Wife Wanda...I started using them at her recommendation...they have practically rebuilt my 1996 Ford 150 4x4...recommend these people and this shop without hesitation .

Being new residents in Lenoir I was looking for recommendations for a reliable auto shop. A friend recommended A2 Automotive saying they have been very good to her. I had them do my 100,000 mile checkup today and found them to be excellent. Theyre personable, honest, and very helpful! They didnt attempt to sell me anything over and above what I absolutely needed. I highly recommend them!

My previous mechanic, that I used religiously since 2004, ripped me off. I was referred to Eric and his team. I was nervous at first bc I have used the same people for so long. Needless to say Eric and team are hands down the best choice I have ever made. He is knowledgeable, amazingly friendly, quick to fix any problem once it is evaluated, his shop is clean and he will even call to check on you days later to make sure the problem is fixed. I would highly recommend him to anyone for any of their mechanical needs.
