I bought a lemon of a Subaru about a year and a half ago. In the time that Ive had it, Ive had a new engine put in, a new axle, and about $1000 of extra repairs done - all by the Subaru dealership. Not even a month after putting my new engine in, the CHECK ENGINE light came on. Subaru wanted to replace my catalytic converter and sensors (about another $2000 worth of repairs). I hadnt had any of it done, because I dont just have that kind of money laying around.Then I moved to Lenoir, and my car wouldnt start. We picked Normans from a random list on Google and managed to limp my poor car there. The mechanics there were able to diagnose the starting problem (which Subaru had failed to do), and repair it for less than $50. And, shocker, that took care of my CHECK ENGINE light.The guys and gals at Norman were so sweet talking me through everything, both in person and over the phone. They are really stand-up people who will not give you the runaround or try and overcharge you. Super honest. Ill definitely be taking my car back there!

Jeremy Norman and the staff at Norman Enterprises are the best car repair people anywhere. Always honest and knowledgeable about all cars. I won’t go anywhere else, nor will I buy a car unless Jeremy says it is in top shape. The poor reviews expressed by a couple of anonymous people are grossly inaccurate. Google should not allow reviews where the name of the person giving them is unknown.
