Ervin took on a task most mechanics wouldnt dare to work on, let alone complete in the time it took, and at the price he did it for. They removed a broken exhaust bolt from the manifold in my 2005 Chevy Trailblaizer (the very first one by the firewall!). Then he went on to suggest future repairs my truck was going to need ahead of time. He said it was something I could do, or we could schedule for him to do at a later date (so I did it myself of course!). Im very grateful for his honesty and thoroughness. I would highly recommend Jestes Automotive for any repairs anyone may have in the future.

They treat you like a valued customer no matter who you are (male, female) and that is truly appreciated. AND they have their own rollback to pick you up if needed, the whole package! I use to live in Lenoir and I had Ervin, Tim, and the gang work on my vehicles. They are a trustworthy bunch and prices are fair. I currently moved to Statesville and I still take my cars to Jestes to be worked on. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a great mechanic.
