Euroselect is awesome! They were extremely helpful in selecting the right outdoor counters for our new kitchen. They were able to help us understand what colors would work best, handle weather, water, etc. Their staff was polite, professional and did a great job at the install! Cant wait to use them again!

We walked into Euroselect primarily because they were open until 3pm on Saturday. Natasa greeted and showed us all the slabs they had. We knew the look that we wanted but she still took the time to educate us on the pros and cons of each material. We found the exact Quartz that we were looking for. We had bids from two other companies but we wanted a bid from them. The quote they gave us was several thousands dollars less than our other bids. They are full service, so in addition to doing the counter tops and tile, they also took care of the plumbing. Natasa and Bora were incredible to work with. Two weeks after walking through their doors, not only did we save money, but I had the kitchen of my dreams. I love it!

Just a great experience all around. Ive used EuroSelect before and trusted them enough to select a counter top over the phone, sight unseen. The price was right and all went smoothly. Even after a small hiccup in installation, they were prompt, courteous and helpful in making it right. Highly recommend and grateful for the excellent follow through.

I cannot say enough good things about working with Euroselect for our kitchen update/remodel. Their customer service is truly exceptional. Christina and Ian were so helpful with scheduling our project and easing that stress for my husband and I. Mark took the time to come out to our home and give us innovative remodeling ideas that we had not considered before his visit. We went with his ideas and the result looks amazing and our kitchen is much more functional! Victors craftsmanship and attention to detail with the kitchen finishes has really made for a high-quality look. I wanted a more time-consuming design for my backsplash tile and Victor accepted the challenge and finished it beautifully.If you are looking to update or completely remodel your kitchen, I highly recommend working with this company. The quality of their products is exceptional and the result of your new kitchen will be even better!

It is generous of me to give two stars. The redeeming quality of my experience is that the countertops are beautiful and it was relatively cheap. The problem was nearly everything else. When the template was measured I stayed home to make sure everything went smooth and there was no confusion (which they did suggest).I showed the man that the wall was not square and it bowed. I was assured that could be accounted for when we first bought the counters. They did not cut the piece like I asked, instead they cut it straight and just shoved it further into the wall, which made the overlap/lip uneven. (they could have just told me this instead of over promising).The kicker was where I wanted the counter to end. I specifically showed him where it ended. And most of all there was a 2x4 along the wall that was clearly the support. The countertops were installed 6 short. Simply no excuse for this. And when i brought up the problem they told me the template guy claims the board wasnt there. I was told it was a he said she said situation. And it would help if i could prove it with a picture. That BS made me show them a picture to prove my innocence. They ended up giving me $125 for the template fee. Their policy is horrible. (Pro tip- take a picture of everything so you can defend yourself)They also messed up the first piece over the sink which left me without a sink and countertops altogether for 4 extra days without apology or compensation. Overall it was not a pleasant experience at all. I was treated like I was a nuisance. I often felt like a burden when I called to clarify when the countertops would be in. And when I argued that $125 wasnt enough for all my trouble (and I still have a countertop 6 short that they arent willing to fix), they said...well you already paid so... sorry nope.

When I was finally ready to pull the trigger on a kitchen update I visited NFM (as many suggested) and eventually received a detailed measure and quote. The pricing was acceptable. But, the sales experience was not good. I knew with making such a big purchase that I would want better communication for questions and any issues that come along with installing countertops, backsplash, sink and faucet at one time. I met Christina on my first visit to EuroSelect and was impressed with how knowledeable she was and how she asked various questions to get a better idea of exactly what I was looking for. If you are looking to do any kitchen updates, I suggest giving Euroselect your business. They matched the NFM pricing and were able to deliver at least a month faster.

We had a great experience with Euroselect. We originally were looking for the best value with for our new counter tops, and were planning on finding other suppliers/contractors for the rest of our kitchen remodel. In looking at counter tops at Euroselect, they offered to give us bids on all the other things we were planning on doing as well. As a result, we were able to have Euroselect do everything we wanted from carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting along with installing the new counters and back splash, all more quickly and at a lower cost (and certainly less hassle!) than we had been planning when we were finding the other contractors on our own. Our decision was reinforced when we went to one of Euroselects suppliers to see the full slabs of granite – they told us that Mark, the owner, comes in and inspects every single slab before he purchases them. In retrospect, having Euroselect do our whole remodel was the best decision we made. We LOVE our new granite counter and new kitchen and would highly recommend Euroselect.Reply Reply All Forward

We were totally remodeling a small bathroom and needed a vanity top. We initially worked with Natasa who was professional and helpful and we found a top that we liked. Unfortunately at fabrication time there was a mix up with another customer order with a very similar name causing the top to be cut to the wrong dimension. Natasa contacted us immediately and asked us to select another product. We were able to find another material that was an upgrade and it was completely fabricated and installed the next day.They were very responsive, fair with pricing and we are pleased with our new vanity top!

We just purchased granite countertops from Euroselect for a bar area in our basement. After shopping around for weeks, I found Euroselect to be the best price AND I got the exotic granite I had been dreaming of but never thought I could afford!! Turns out they were the fastest too for getting the job done and the customer service I received was amazing!! Marina is who I worked with. She was so helpful with creating the layout on the slab so that I would receive the most beautiful parts of it. She was also very sweet to send the crew back over for some minor touch ups so everything looked perfect. I will be recommending Euroselect to all my family and friends!
