MSI did a great job of walking us through the process of finding a slab for our kitchen countertops. They are very helpful and willing to provide samples of both slabs and tiles. They also can provide on request a list of fabricators who can install your countertops.I would strongly recommend inspecting and picking out your slab yourself. We had to visit multiple times just to inspect the slabs and find two for our project that didnt have significant scratches on our quartz. Additionally they struggled with matching their inventory to what was actually available on the floor for viewing / purchase.

MSI was so helpful (we were there 3 times) in choosing the perfect granite for our new kitchen. Olivia was the icing on the cake when it came down to making the final decision by discussing marble vs granite and showing us floor room examples of normal wear and tear. They are very knowledgeable and friendly. Also, we went to several places and their warehouse had great lighting to see the true product.

They have a great show room floor and the warehouse is extremely clean and organized.Asma helped us decide on just the right granite! Picking granite can be extremely challenging and frustrating. She was cheerful, eager to help, kind and extremely knowledgeable.She went above and beyond helping us find the exact granite that would suit our need. We’ve been to several other tile companies and they Never once offered to help us find the exact granite. At other warehouses, the granite laying on the top of the stack is your ONLY choice!MSI is Amazing! They will pull other slabs and let you choose which is best. You have no life working there at all

So much better to look at full slabs instead of small sample pieces. We were amazed at the differences between each slab of granite of the same type. We thought that 2 slabs we looked at were different types, they were the same but the variation in colors and pattern was amazing. Staff is super to work with and we look forward to our new counter tops. Thank you MSI

I met with Jim Schultz of MSI and could not be more pleased with his service. He had very little notice of my arrival and was extremely gracious and willing to help. He assisted me in selecting countertops for a bathroom and adjacent office. I gave him my price range and color desire and he directed me to the best choices for my budget. Then he guided me to a terrific installation company. We will definitely be coming back to MSI for our next project.

First of all, I appreciate MSIs efforts to protect their customers and employees by requiring masks, providing masks, and hand sanitizer was placed everywhere. You also need to complete a questionnaire to assess your risk of having COVID19 before you can enter the showroom.Matthew was very knowledgeable about their products and took a lot of time with us answering all our questions. They have a huge inventory and a well organized and clean showroom and warehouse area where you can look at full slabs of quartz, quartzite, granite, and marble. It was a good experience.

My husband and I stopped at the showroom to look at the slabs of quartz and begin to make our final choices for our kitchen renovation. Jorge stepped in to actually ask our vision, discuss our colors and helped us to find what our style truly was. His suggestions to choose warmer veining to match our paint color and hardwood floors helped us to go in a direction we hadn’t considered. We had a fantastic experience at MSI thanks to Azma! She was incredibly helpful and very knowledgeable. She even made a recommendation for a granite product that we hadn’t even considered and we ended up going with it! I work as a delivery driver. Shipping and receiving lacks organization. Will call pick ups consistently require wait times of up to 40 minutes. Several times I’ve shown up to pick things up with their own reference numbers for them to tell me that the product is not in stock. Two stars because the people are nice and easy to work with. The company just lacks in communication and organization.

Thanks to Kylie for her friendly help in getting granite picked out. We put on pink safety hard hats and headed out to the warehouse to look at some granite slabs. They have some beautiful granite. I found exactly what I was looking for. Kylie put it on hold for me and got an email sent to the fabricator. Pleasant experience.

All the employees at MS I were very friendly, very helpful, very informative. I really enjoyed my time there. I also went with another friend a few weeks later to help her pick out her stone. Again had a very nice experience. I would highly recommend this company to others.

Materials are pretty, but set aside plenty time to be there for pick up.

We highly recommend M S International in Lenexa, KS. Kylie and Ben provided superior customer service! They are very knowledgeable about all of their products, helped us find the perfect granite slab for our kitchen remodel, provided great ideas for the back splash area and gave us samples of all to take home and evaluate. If you are thinking about any remodeling projects that require new surface treatment go there. You will not be disappointed! We were very pleased with our experience at MSI!

The only reason I gave this place four stars instead of 5 was because my first 3 trips to MSI were not good!! My first trip I was handed a clip board with no direction at all....and to say the least..... I was overwhelmed with all the choices for flooring, backspash and tile that my builder had sent me to pick out.. My 4th and last visit was such a positive one that I felt like I may have been at a totally different business establishment. Your employee Christine Schmidt not only got up from her desk to help me......but also gave me wonderful direction in deciding what choices I wanted, and needed for my renovation project. I went away from MSI with a totally new opinion of the business. Thank you so much Chris for all your help. My home is exactly what I had visualized thanks to your unique ideas and direction!!

I have been here several times trying to find the right countertops. I was extremely fortunate to work with Chis and Lakeen who took very good care of me. They bent over backwards to help and I love Chris’ design sense. They were very patient with my indecisiveness. See them when you stop by. MSI has a great selection.

Our experience at MSI was unbelievably pleasant! The warehouse was extremely clean and organized and the workers helpful and willing to go the extra mile to display the granite slab we wanted to inspect. Our helper while at MSI was a delightful young lady who went by her initials LP. She was a great help in guiding us thru the various options and extremely helpful in us finding the perfect granite for our kitchen. When looking for granite your fabricator should definitely suggest visiting MSI. You will not find a more helpful group of people, and MCI has huge selection from which to choose!
