Lack of communication between shipper and broker. We were told 1:30 appointment rude guy at desk says 1:00 and we don’t do half hour appointments next time you will be told to leave and come back tomorrow. How as an independent driver am I supposed to know that they don’t do half hour appointment! I think the guy just likes to be rude to drivers. I’m here to move your products so they can be sold so we all can get paid there’s no money in coming back. So if your late don’t come here just keep driving.
