TERRIBLE experience . Showed up 1030am for 11am appt got a door around 1. It’s 3pm and still waiting for bills. Maybe early morning deliveries are different but my experience was horrible.

Ask documentation of health issues as to why i cant wear a mask. They arent even allowed to ask what your condition is. Yet their workers can do whatever they want.

The woman at the counter she was cute, attentive, looked you in the eyes while talking about your order or whatever. Friendly she knew customers by name awesome

There on a delivery; had to wait inside since tandems were stuck and wouldnt slide. Driver responsible if load shifted and fell over. They have the sign posted to let you know that; I saw another driver have to go in the back of his truck and do manual labor because his load had shifted.

I had similar experience as this guy. John Dean doesnt care about anyone but John Dean. The other managers: Shawna, Blake, and Michael will pretend to be your friends but then when you need help (which is pretty common in this job, you get some huge loads and can get behind) they dont answer their phones all the sudden or if they do, they just say tough luck. This wouldnt be so bad except theyll go ahead and have you work 15 hours a day without any prior notice if itll help them out. I consider myself a pretty good worker. I give my best and expect the same from my co-workers and if not, then I expect my supervisors to step in and say Hey! Do your job! I cant tell you how many pictures I sent to my supervisors of countless stores and backrooms that were a disaster and only made my job 50 times harder only for those supervisors (Shawna, Blake, John, and Michael) do NOTHING about it! So Im left to work my tail off while a lot of my co-workers just screwed off. Seriously one of the worst jobs I ever had, and Ive had some bad ones in my youth. They treat you like garbage and just like the other guy said: the people you work with are scum. I threw up while on the job (flu) and John Dean said: So....does that mean you are going home or what? Cant you finish out the day? (I had six hours left) OK, go ahead and take the day off but you BETTER be back tomorrow ready to work, or else. Seriously, unless you are just absolutely desperate for a job....go somewhere else (Not Pepsi or 7-up though, I heard theyre even worse from countless employees of theirs I met)

Dock doors could be a little tough to get in when full of trucks, 1st one in empty in an hour and a half. Dont show up more than 15 min early to appointment per sign.

Never a good experience making deliveries there. Usually 5am appt time. Lucky if your in the dock before 8am. The Blue company much more driver friendly

Coca cola has the worst customer service in kansas city. They should learn something from pepsi. Even 7up is better than coke. In all of our stores, every coke sales guy and cokes service has been non existent

They unloaded us fast and were friendly

I give them five star do to Quicke unloading I dont know what you talking about, my appointment was 8 oclock in the morning but they gave me dor at 5:15 and Im unloading now so its only 7:00 am and Im empty and I just want to say thank you for you, you doing great job.

As a hy-vee employee, i can honestly tell you that at best most of coca colas employees can be described as flakes, of all the vendors we have that come in and stock their own products, cc employees whine, cry, complain, and down right act immature, put yourself in John Deans shoes, its like being in charge of a bunch of 12 year olds, remember you asked to work for them, so man up and work

Im a truck driver horrible place today is Friday tomorrow Xmas Eve got here at 9:30am to dilivery load and get my next one picked up to head home for Xmas it is now 3:45pm and still not empty lost my load home and nothing going out of KC to my dream so know borrowing a mirical I get to spend Xmas at the petrol truck stop instead of with my family I will tell everyone I know to stop buying coke products thanks a f_**lot coca cola wholes worthless company.
