Stop taking money off my card im getting a lawyer

Charged me over $4 today and nothing came out of the machine.Will be calling in the morning for my refund.

We have Canteen vending machines at my office that use our badges as debit cards. Five times now one machine has taken money off my card without vending product. I call the phone # on the machine placard that guarantees satisfaction and Im told each time, I will see to it that you get your refund. The refund never comes and the machine continues to malfunction. How is this company still in business?

Expired items yuck!!

We have canteen at polytainers in Lees summit. I wish I could post a pic of the vending machine. They stock the machine with about 3 to 4 items each there is never anything to eat. Today the Asian guy put 5 in the change machine and got 4 dollars and a chucky cheese coin. Last week a guy got a half filled soda can still closed not sure how they couldnt feel that. We cant leave for lunch so now I just have to buy stuff the night before because Im not putting any more money in those machines

Normally machines placed outside that have items that melt are refrigerated... Nothing like paying for a liquefied KitKat.

Their customer service is terrible, and coffee service is sub par. Their ordering system doesnt work they skip deliveries, and when we ask the driver if he had an extra creamer canister, if we are running low, he answered No, my truck isnt a warehouse

Just pray you never have issues with their charges. They close at 430 despite it being advertised as 5 and you can only leave messages. Not helpful at all

Might get serviced once a month yet run out of several varieties within 4 days of filling. Call to get service and still nothing.
