We visited this store very skeptical because of the price of a new bed. I was enthusiastic, but my husband had to be convinced. Charles greeted us and spent the next hour teaching us about the concept and technology. He was soft spoken, kind, and very understanding about our hesitancy. When we made the decision to think about it, he was not at all pushy or salesy. Of course, the technology sells itself, and the store was comfortable and quiet, beautifully laid out. These were also factors in our decision to ultimately purchase a P5 from Charles. We feel like we made the best decision for our health going into retirement years, and we highly recommend this particular store and Charles.

I recently bought a Sleep Number bed after sleeping on my couch for 6 years because I couldnt find a bed that I could fall asleep on after 6 weeks I sleep like a baby 👶 I wld recommend them to my best friend.....

The Lenexa store was very clean all of the employees were very welcoming and pleasant. Rebecca did it fantastic job following up with us and inviting us to the store to test out multiple mattresses.

I have had a sleep number bed for close to 15 years, I love my bed.. I had some issue with it after my last move and just felt it was time to upgrade. I went in seeking some advice and never once felt pressured to get a new bed.. Joshua Rains was the sales rep I spoke to in Overland Park Ks, He was extremely helpful. After much discussion I decided to get a new bed. I appreciated his kindness and helpfulness. I cannot wait to get my new bed.

I purchased a mattress on May 29th. The manager that helped us through the process wasnt clear about the returning policy. She made it sound as though we could just try the bed, and if we end up not liking it, we could just pay for the returning shipping (pick up), and that will be all. We tried the mattress for more than a month and ended up not liking the product because of a few reasons. We returned it, and then we were charged 800 dollars for the mattress that we ended up not getting. This is ridiculous that they charge for shipping (for dropping the mattress at my place) and for picking it up both for 199, tax, the bedding, PLUS unknown fee. First of all, they cant even explain what kind of charges add up to 800. They are just saying its shipping fee and the bedding. Im pretty sure the bed sheet I got isnt over 400 dollars. I also wasnt told the fact that we have to pay for the shipping twice. The manager hasnt communicated the policy clearly, and we werent expecting to pay 800 dollars for the mattress that I didnt like. Its all about the expectation. If this were to be the case, I think she shouldnt have sounded so much like trying the mattress for free. With 800 dollars, I could have gotten a new mattress somewhere else. Im very disappointed.

Our experience with this Sleep Number store was very enjoyable! Our associate, Natalie, was very helpful in every way. Not only did she have us try out a variety of different beds, she made sure that we each had pillows that fit the way we like to sleep. She was certainly knowledgeable about her products and led us to buy just exactly what was right for us. There was never any pressure or pushiness involved. She was simply trying to help us find what would solve our sleep issues. Since then, she has called to follow up to make sure we are still happy with our bed and to answer any questions that might have surfaced. Were always happy to hear from her as she is cheerful and helpful. IN short, we are delighted with our purchase!

Charles was our salesman. He answered all our questions and without blinking an eye he let us leave to get some dinner and talk about this big purchase. We returned about an hour later and purchased the i8 with adjustable base. Was delivered today and the delivery guys were awesome.

We thought we had our mattress picked out at a competitor. We thought we were good to go. But then we decided to at least check out SleepNumber. We walked in and Brandon spent no less than 3 hours walking us through everything he had to offer. No pressure, no gimmicks, just information and amazing beds. We literally had a great time mattress shopping with Brandon. Awesome guy. Great store. Great products.

Good experience. They did give out pillow covers for our heads but would have felt even better if they had sprayed the bed with something with so many people laying on them.

We purchase the whole package nearly $10k purchase with a delivery of 8/7 along with a email confirmation between 9am to 12:00 had the room cleared out with movers following home delivery guidelines. No one showed up at 11:45 we called store Manager to find out what was going on. After several of different storys we were told on a it would be later in the day. At 3:30 after not hearing from anyone we called her again and the story changes bed has been shipped back to warehouse? Where we asked she said St.Louis no Ohio neither of these statements are true they are located in South Carolina, New Mexico and Minnesota we found this out from Antoine a Specialist he told us the delivery no wouldnt be until the 20th of the month he originally told us parts were missing and they sent the bed back to where No body Knows. This company has No leadership No one that is a decision maker and all they can say is we will get back to you. DONT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY BEFORE RECEIVING THE PRODUCT! We have No bed in our room and I asked the specialist where are we to sleep? I am going after breach of contract, lying and taking advantage of seniors.

Brandon did a wonderful job of explaining all the new features of the beds. My husband and I felt very comfortable throughout the process of looking for a new mattress.

Josh, Sleep Number at 95th and Quivira, provided outstanding help with some issues I was having with my Sleep Number bed. He provided coaching over the phone on how to resolve my problems. Tonight I will continue sleeping well on my Sleep Number bed and when it comes time for upgrades, I will be headed to the Sleep Number store at 95th and Quivira. Thanks Josh!

The individual who helped me was very nice and knowledgeable. The bed and the products I have purchased are outstanding. One drawback I was not happy with was the fact that they group products, such as sheets snd pillowcases in bundles so you cannot purchase individual items without purchasing the whole set. Hopefully they will change

The sales person was very polite and informative he understands the product very well I would go back in a heart beat and refer the products and sales and location thank you note I would have to say the tv add is a little misleading on what you would get for the standard low priced bed it did get me to Ck out the sale but even at that the bed sells itself only bed I’ve been able to have no complaints about in my 62 yrs of sleeping 😁

Sleep number is the most insanely addicting place west of Overland Park. The people, the sounds, the aroma all of it masterfully craft a sensation of comfort.The X12 is the definition of luxury. If you were to get a car bedframe and strapped that baby in youd feel like you were in a Ferrari.My brothers, even the adopted one love sleep number and wish we could live there instead of in our drug den of a house.

The gentleman who originally helped me was fantastic. Allowed me time to ask questions and explained everything very well. Then the manager took over the sales pitch. The manager was so aggressive that I no longer felt comfortable buying a sleep number bed.
