Initially I came here for some cushions but I had the opportunity to witness an awesome display of customer service by the owner. A month later my wife and I decided to buy a new mattress. I returned and worked directly with the owner Brad. He provided tons of information and a few fun stories. (His family has been in this business forever) We LOVE our new mattress and we got an awesome deal. Thanks!!!

No communication.On Aug 22, 2015, I placed an order for two pieces of 1.5 thick foam, 30x38 and gave Brad the good piece from my chair to use as a pattern. I was told my order would be ready on Wednesday after I indicated that I needed it soon. He said he could fit it into his schedule since it was a small piece.I called on 9/9 to see if the order was ready, no answer, left a message. On September 12, I called 3 times and sent an email expressing my dissatisfaction.On September 16, I stopped in and I guess I was lucky to get half my order. Brad was apologetic for the wait and said he had lost my pattern piece but recently found it. When I said didnt I order two pieces? Brad checked his computer to confirm and printed another copy of my invoice. He said he would be placing an order and my other piece would be in Friday or Monday. Called twice on 9/22, no answer. Stopped in on 10/2. He didnt have my order and offered a refund. I said I needed the foam, not a refund. He would order it right away and ship it or deliver it to my house. I didnt get that in writing. Emailed on 10/4 to remind him to order the foam and offered to pick it up anyway. Called again on 10/10, no answer. Emailed again on 10/16, no reply. It is now 10/21. Tomorrow is two months since I placed the order and I still dont have half of it. I am so unhappy. I was giving him the benefit of the doubt. Good technician, bad business man, maybe? It happens. But were getting into willful neglect. I am not satisfied with my experience, though the foam itself is heavy duty and does the job.Edit: I decided to stop by again today (10/28/15). It seems this guy has vacated the premises. Signs that used to be on the door are gone, door locked and phone (temporarily) disconnected. Also a peek through the blinds revealed empty walls where there were pictures. So much for 2 stars.
It has been close to 5 months now and still singing for my merchandise from Brad. Got my confidence, credit card, my cushion covers and then everything downhill from them. Have left numerous emails and messages and no response. Have given him numerous opportunities to make good but not even the decency of a phone call. Wish I could call the cops on him instead of giving him one star !

Ive had 2 custom foam orders in the last month, before then I had never ordered foam. These guys are friendly, prompt, personable, and happy to help. They are family owned and run and I wont buy my foam (or mattresses when the time comes) from any other company. Thanks guys!
Big Fat Zero - Please, please do not use this guy. I thought he was very friendly and helpful at first; however after giving him $1,400 for a waterbed mattress (most of it cash, my mistake), I was delivered a Defective mattress with promises to replace it. I have not heard anything from Brad in over a month since he missed his last delivery appointment with me. I have called and emailed every day for a month. I have sent demand letters for him to mail me the mattress if he cant get to Topeka to deliver. He offers a year-warranty and that is on top of the fact, that they messed up the delivery the first time and now I have a worthless $1400 pile of junk. - I will be taking him to court for my money back. I gave him numerous times to make this right. But no contact and reading the other reviews really make me sick that I got taken for a ride. Im a single mom with two toddlers and just dont have $1400 to throw away. This was a hard enough decision for me since I was replacing a waterbed I had for 30 years. Now I dont know what to do.
BUYER BEWARE!In Sept. of 2014, I placed an order for $500+ worth of foam over the phone with the supposed owner of the company. I was told that they were backed up with orders; but that I would receive my shipment in approximately 6-8 weeks. I wasnt in a hurry so I told them I could wait but that I would be moving at the beginning of Dec. and would need to make sure the foam arrived before then so that it didnt get lost in shipping. I was assured that it would get to me in time and my account was debited for the money that day.8 weeks passed by and I hadnt heard anything from the company. Not even a confirmation email had been sent. The only verification that I had even ordered anything was the debit to my checking account. I called the company and spoke with Brad. He looked at the order and said that it had been cancelled. I asked him why it had been cancelled with no notice or refund given and he had no answer for me(!).He apologized profusely and assured me that the foam would be cut right away and shipped immediately. I agreed and then waited another two weeks with nothing. I called the company several times and was always told that Brad was either out or would return my call when he got back. I never received a call and was getting tired of this game.After digging around online a bit I finally found an email address for Brad. It was only after I sent him an email threatening to take legal action that I got a response back. Even then, the foam haD STILL not been cut or shipped! I demanded a full refund immediately which finally happened and I could put this horrible experience behind me.I wanted to support a family run business but, instead, was essentially lied to and stolen from! If I had not called back when the goods were not delivered I would never have known why the order was cancelled. I never got an answer to that question either. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE! THEY ARE FRAUDULENT AND WILL ONLY OFFER YOU COMPENSATION IF YOU THREATEN THEM!!
We took our couch cushions to the Mattress Warehouse fro restuffing, It brought our couch back to life! Reasonable prices and good service with quick turnaround.

I needed new foam for my couch and did not know where to go. So I looked online and found this company and decided to I order some new foam to bring my couch back to life and make it better then new. I have had my couch cushions for over 5 years and my cushions are just as firm as the day ordered them. I recently decided to order some more foam for them and it ship out quickly and I got then within one week as prosimed and once again I got the same high qaulity foam shiped out to me. I was glad to see that after 5 years the qulity of the foam has not changed and the customer service is still top notch as before. Thank you for the great experinces over the years. Repeat customer and many more years of orders are ahead of us.
