We really enjoyed working with our Mattress Firm representative Brandon from the Lees Summit Store location. We had a special case when we spoke with Brandon and he agreed to meet us at the Lenexa store since it was closer to my parents house . He listened to our concerns and was very knowledgeable about all of their products. He went out of his way to to meet us at a different location to ensure that we had a five-star experience. I was very impressed with his customer service skills especially when dealing with my elderly parents. Im more than happy to refer friends and family and feel safe in the knowledge that they will also have a 5-star experience.

My experience at Mattress Firm was excellent! I went in looking to test out a bed I found online before purchasing. I was greeted by Stefanie. She was very courteous and knowledgeable! I was glad I went in because I actually upgraded to a higher quality mattress that I know I will be more happy with, thanks to her!

Our first mattress had an odd odor that did not disappear. Mattress Firm agreed to replace it with a similar mattress at no additional cost to us. We were very pleased with the folks who delivered both the first and the second mattress. They were clean, efficient, courteous.

It was such a pleasure shopping at Mattress Firm in Lenexa! Not only was there a great selection of mattresses, but we also received 5-star service from Stefanie! Stefanie was absolutely wonderful to work with! My boyfriend and I are in the process of moving in together and needed to find a quality mattress, but didnt know much about the process or what kind of mattress would be best for us. My boyfriend and I actually ended up going to Mattress Firm in Lenexa at least 4-5 times, just to make sure we were confident in our mattress selection. And each and every time, we revisited the store, Stefani always greeted us with a friendly demeaner and a warm welcome. She made us feel completely comfortable during this, what can be, a difficult process. There was no pressure to buy or get anything extra - though they do offer pretty good deal on bundles like getting 2 pillows, a mattress protector and quality bed sheets, that we did purchase. But overall, if you need help buying a mattress or would just like to understand the process better without the typical pressure from a sales person, go and work with Stefani! Truly an enjoyable and stress free experience! Without a doubt we would work Stefani again! I highly recommend working with Stefani!

We have used mattress firm twice now, both times for urgent needs, and both times they have come through for us. Amazingly efficient customer service, were so pleased!

This was such an easy process! Nicholas P. was our sales associate and he was AWESOME! He is so knowledgeable and answered every question we had. He got us into the exact bed we wanted along with some great add ons. Could not have asked for a better experience. Initially we just went in to start the process of shopping around but Nicholas just provided such great service we decided we didn’t need to look anywhere else.

My granddaughter and I went into the 95 & Quivera location to buy a bed frame. They had just installed a new system to place orders. The gentleman that waited on us was extremely courteous, he was just learning the new software but made a great impression and experience for us. Picking the frame up at the warehouse was easy and the staff there was professional, and very helpful. I will go back to Mattress Firm when I’m ready for my new Tempur-Pedic.

Michael at Mattress Firm in Lenexa at 95th and Quivera was very helpful in helping me and my plus 1 find a new bed.He was so patient in explaining all of the new technology in beds that has developed over the last 15 years since I had purchased my last bed.Michael worked with us to find the right bed and also the right pricing arrangement to suit our comfort level.Mattress Firm also was excellent in communicating the delivery time and correct location. We purchased one day and were able to get next day delivery.After visiting the store three times and deciding on a mattress, Michael quickly entered the delivery data and has us out in 10 minutes as satisfied customers.

Great experience finding a new mattress today. Very friendly but not pushy staff guided us through their selection based on our needs. We’d tried about 20 beds at a few cheaper places that same morning and didn’t like any of them.After trying 4-5 mattresses here we settled on a great bed even though it was a little higher than our original budget. We decided to take advantage of the President’s day sale and went for a better quality bed that had the bonus of an adjustable base free with purchase.We were able to pick up our new bed ourselves from their warehouse and had it ready to go in less than an hour. Will shop again when we are ready to replace our guest bed!

The gentleman that helped me here was very helpful, but when I was sent to the warehouse I was not helped at all. The man had me drag my own boxspring from the back to the front door instead of having it ready for me by the time I got there. His name was Courtney I believe ... could have been a bit more helpful.

Excellent price and quality quick service. Visited here after another retailer failed to deliver in a timely manner. Chris was great. He helped me find just what i was looking for, told me about a sale, suggested a cover that would help with cooling (something important to me) and set me up for delivery surprisingly quick. I couldn’t be happier with my experience.

I went to mattress firm at legends and Courtney was not only rude to me but also an elderly couple that came in after me. I left and refuse to go back to that store ever. I had to drive all the way to the lenexa location, which was completely out of my way. The experience and gentleman who helped me there was wonderful but I could of gotten a better deal had I just bought online from the website as free shipping and a free base was offered, but I knew he wanted the commission and since he was polite and helpful, I bought from the store but now I have to go pick it up. It is a very sales oriented place. They didnt even show me the mattress I ended up picking out at the store because they were very focused on selling me the priciest one they possibly could, which is the exact reason I didnt want to even step foot in this store in the first place.

Excellent experience! On Tuesday I called the store and got Mark Holland. I told him I needed a mattress but couldnt come into the store. He asked what I was looking for and what price he should be respectful of. He emailed me a few options along with his recommendations. I placed my order and gave my preferences regarding delivery times. I chose Thursday during the day. On Wednesday night, Mattress Firm gave me a 2 hr window for Thursday morning and then called again 45 min before they arrived to say they were on their way. They put a mat down and covered their shoes so as not to track dirt into my house. By 8:15 am Thursday morning I had my new mattress and I love it! I would definitely recommend using this store to get your mattress.

Offered 10% credit for next purchase, because mattress that is guaranteed for 10 years failed after 1.5 years. DO NOT PURCHASE SERTA MEMORY FOAM. It will be great first year and then the quality drastically deteriorate. I need physical therapy on my shoulder because of 4000 dollars bed.

Worst Mattress Ive ever!My back hurts, my hips ache, it sinks in horribly. Im tired. Im tired.Im soo tired, but its so difficult to sleep on this garbage-worthy mattress.I wish I had money to buy any other mattress, from a different company.😭 Talk about buyers remorse!Nice salespeople, but they said they couldnt help because it was outside of return period. (3 weeks) Unless... I paid $75 to haul away and purchased a more expensive mattress. I didnt even buy the cheapest one! Now I wish I had😭🙇‍♀️I would not recommend this company because they dont take responsibility for defective/low quality merch.
