Ever since moving to Lenexa, Ive generally been coming here for the past couple of years whenever Ive needed to purchase auto parts as its the one of the most convenient locations. Everytime Ive been here, Ive never been disappointed with the level of service Ive received from any of the various employees Ive dealt with, always nice and helpful with finding products when asked for assistance.Recently, I called to verify they had battery terminal corrosion treatment on hand, which they did. I didnt have the tool I needed to take the battery terminals off, but they said I could use their tool in the parking lot! They also were able to test the battery, and help confirm the next step was probably going to be an alternator, which was correct. Im pretty sure Collin was the name of the employee that assisted, shout out to him for going out of his way to assist and being professional. Im usually in and out of stores, but since I was there for quite a while using their various services, I wanted to make sure to put in a good word for this place.
LA helped me with replacing my car key batteries in a very kind and prompt manner. He also showed me how to do it myself so next time, i know how to replace it. Thankful for the service. Very good auto store.
Incredible service. I usually go to the AutoZone on 95th and Antioch ( incredible service as well ) after the young man who helped me at this location I was just blown away. I support companies that hire people who have autism or any other type of disability. ( the young man was far from disabled ) he knew exactly where to look for my auto parts and was one of the most amazing, kind and knowledgeable people I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. 10 out of 10

Had a very unpleasant experience yesterday. Upon entering the store, I had the welcome in and you need any help greeting. Luckily, I know what I needed to get so I was able to go straight there.Few minutes, Im getting ready to checkout, the older gentleman there was on his phone. After waiting a minute, I say Im ready. He proceeds over to the register and rings me up and goes back on his phone which was laying next to the register and I see a chess game in flight while he is on the clock. Im waiting for the payment to go through and I ask him did you get the payment and he press a key on the keyboard for the total to show up and my payment went through. It was a mom and pop shop, I would somewhat understand but this is a national brand and to be on your phone while on the floor is unacceptable. Ill never step in another AutoZone ever again.

I went in to buy a new headlight today and asked if they could help me install the bulb. Ive had my bulbs replaced at AutoZone before, so I didnt think this was a ridiculous request. The employee working informed me that they had a new COVID policy and could ONLY help with batteries and wipers...what sense does that make? She was extremely rude and insisted that she was unable to install the bulb. I called a different location and was told there is no COVID policy in place and that they would be happy to install the bulb as a courtesy. I decided to give them my business instead due to the horrible customer service I received at this location.

The staff here was so incredibly helpful! I came to replace a bulb I had purchased just a month ago. After some sleuth work on the part of the employee helping me, it was determine the bulb died prematurely because I installed it incorrectly. Even after determining this, the employee was going to give me a discount on the replacement, but the manager decided to cover the whole purchase because the previous employee who sold me the original bulb didn’t help install it to ensure it was done properly.
One guys was working the Commercial side. Completely ignored the other side and didnt explain why he was ignoring us. Guy on our side was taking lunch and there were three people in line. One finally left. When he came off of lunch, he started to help me, but then finished with customers after me. I needed my battery replaced and wanted it done there. The guy on the commercial side took off for lunch. That meant the guy helping me had to quit and go in the store whenever anyone came in. I finally left my vehicle for him to fix and walked home. The guy working the commercial side was the worst. He came out and smoked and watched the other guy work on my vehicle. Did not offer to assist. He was also in a very bad mood and made that clear to anyone around him. I have never been so frustrated in my entire life. 1-1/2 hours and I still didnt get my car battery replaced.
Great selection and great location. It took a while to actually pay for my items as there was only 1 counter person, the other was scanning stuff with an absurdly loud scanner.

I never was dedicated to a certain parts store until a few weeks ago. Usually I would just choose the most convenient location but not anymore. Im dedicated to AutoZone and especially this particular location.In the last few weeks I have been here for parts for our fleet vehicles and my personal vehicles. Headlights, thermostat, radiator and more. Tonight, I was having an issue with my battery staying charged and realized I purchased it from AutoZone. Brought it in and they tested it out to find out the battery is bad. But since you purchased it from us and its still under warranty here is a new battery for you at no charge!But I really want to thank Corey at the location. Met him a few weeks ago when I came in. He helped me out and thanked me by name as I left. Came back a few days later for some other stuff and he welcomed me by name as I walked in. I have probably been to the location about 10 times in the last few weeks and hes always there with the same great customer service. He is extremely helpful and gives you his honest opinion/recommendation. He does not come off as being pushy but just straight honest. You dont feel afraid to say, no I will take the cheaper option but you also truly believe his opinion that sometimes leads you to purchase the better (sometimes more expensive) option. He is just very nice and so was the other guy working with him tonight.I run a business, have multiple employees and customer service is extremely important to my company. So I often find myself just watching and observing employee reactions with customers while Im out. Everyone that comes into the store has to walk out feeling the same way I do when dealing with him. I see him treat everyone that way.I highly recommend going to this location and I hope you get the chance to have Corey take care of you. (Longest review I have ever written but just could not stop with how awesome they are.) KUDOS to these guys and I hope upper management thanks them for their great customer service.
Awesome service! My first visit to this location. They promptly helped me find 3 needed products. The manager, Michele, was so helpful... accompanying me to my car to evaluate the weather stripping and advising what products and how to use them to resolve my leaky door. The other associate offered to put my fuel engine cleaner in my tank and completed that promptly and was very polite. Happy to support this new location closer to my home than my usual location. The staff is friendly and helpful. AutoZone may not beat the competitors prices every single time but theyve got a good rewards program that you can save quite a bit of money with if you plan some of your maintenance out ahead of time.
I was worried that my coolant was low and went into auto zone to buy some. Curtis came out to my car and opened the hood and checked all my cars fluid levels. He told me they were fine and I didn’t need any. Curtis went out of his way to help me and let me start a long car trip feeling much better.
Super helpful staff. Just needed a tag light. AutoZone had been my choice since i first started driving in 1999. Thank you for being consistent and friendly.
This is the best AutoZone store I have ever been to (I prefer OReillys, but this was convenient for me today). There was a good selection of products, and the A.Z. rep there today was very attentive and helpful. He mentioned how he wanted to earn my business. I can say that this AutoZone location has definitely earned my future business, and I will be back again.

Was passing through town on a Friday evening when our alternator went out. Being after 530 no way to get to a shop. The manager working went above and beyond to make sure we were not stranded. Thanks autozone for hiring great people.

Stopped in just to grab some cleaning supplies and there was an older gentleman there who was very helpful and very professional in how he handled the customers, Normally when I walk in to an auto parts store it’s just a bunch of teenagers goofing off not paying attention. I think more stores need to hire more employees like this gentleman at the store.
These guys are great!My tiny dumb car needed a head light changed and it’s SOO hard to get to. These guys worked on it IN THE RAIN until they figured it out and got it done for me.Curtis, the store manager, and Zac, an associate, were so polite and helpful. They worked as a good team to get the job done!Best experience I’ve ever had at an auto store!

Understaffed, the GM is a nice enough guy. Spent more than I wanted for a battery, but the last Duralast battery i bought lasted just over 6 years. Battery was over priced, if it had a 5 year warranty, it would have been a good deal. $30 less at Advance, but they didnt have it in stock. Very clean and organized store.

My engine light came on passing through KC and stopped to but a small code reader, but they used their own to scan my ECM. The code was a simple emissions problem and we were back on the road with new wipers and peace of mind. Great service, Thank you!
Some will have mixed reviews. A lady ahead of me waited three minutes to buy something, got impatient and left. I could tell the attendants were thoroughly helping each customer. When it came to me they helped me SO well. They had extra time and actually INSTALLED my alternator belt (which was NOT a part of their job description and was a pain to install). Then they helped install my rear blinker. Granted they smoked right outside the entrance and chewed tobacco in front of the customers, but their service was impeccable and I couldn’t have asked for better attention and service.
