Great company, they were very competitive on pricing, they were able to get my truck in fast to get the machine off and were very helpful in guiding me on what to do when I needed to get the machine removed. They make updating the machine monthly easy. Great guys and easy to work with

One of the guys are really great the other is very rude and today on the way there a huge storm hit and it was raining so hard I couldnt see so I pulled off cause I have my 7 month old with me and called to tell them the predicament in hopes theyd be understanding being its Friday so after today its a 30$ late fee that I really cant afford onto of the 100$ it already cost but no such luck the rude guy answers and couldnt have cared less if I didnt make it there was a late fee who cares about you or ur childs safety right if I wasnt so far in id change companies for this I called back asked to speak with the other guy and got hung up on. Professional.

I needed an ignition interlock device for 6 months. The two gentlemen who worked with me at Absolute Interlock were always very respectful, non-judgmental toward me and very professional. I will start by saying getting a DUI is easily one of the most embarrassing and trying things I have ever gone through, and it is something that I hope other make better choices than myself, and dont have to go through it. What makes it all the more aggravating is the feeling that the companies that are supposed to guide you through the interlock process, are only their to get deeper into your pockets and gouge you at every possible turn. This comes with the feeling helpless, because this is a legally required component of getting your rights to drive back. I made the mistake of thinking the list provided by the state of out of town companies was my only path, and had I known it wasnt, I would have saved myself hundreds upon hundreds of dollars of my money, and hours of my time. The company I chose was Budget IID, it was a costly error. I learned immediately that I was just viewed as an atm, I was charged in excess of $600 of violation fees over the course of the year due to faulty equipment. The only saving grace of this whole experience was dealing with Scott and the guys at Absolute Interlock. They were personable, helpful, and knowledgeable. Every month without fail, I would show up to smiling faces, and a warm greeting. They took the time and provided the customer service I was hoping for from my designated company, even when I was not directly their customer. If I can make one suggestion to anyone going through this situation, it would be choose Absolute Interlock. You may not thank me later, because you wont have had to deal with what I did, but I will rest easy knowing this review may help someone in the future. Everyone be safe, and be well.

Came here to have an interlock system placed in my wifes car. Really friendly and great guys. We had gone to First choice but they werent able to place the device in the car. These guys were amazing, quick, and the knowledgeable.

These guys are great! Was using a different company before them that charged whatever they could. This company works with you and doesnt screw you over. Very friendly staff everytime as well and quick!

All around good guys who seem to understand your situation, they take care of everything, but you can tell its not all about money. If you or they have time usually will get asked how everything is going, just not money?...okay see ya next month dont screw up.
