The person on duty this past Monday closed the store about 15 minutes early. It seemed silly that the sales associate pretended that she couldn’t see me standing outside the glass door, so I called the store to ask what the hours were since they seemed to be different than those posted on the door. The sales associate really tried to argue with me about what time it really was and then hung up on me. I don’t think I’m a difficult customer and I don’t do stupid, so if that’s the best service they can give then I’ll just order off of Amazon like everyone else.

Clean, good selection, and reasonably priced. Gentleman at the checkout saved me a trip by verifying shoe sizes, any pre-existing damage, and right pairs. One of the three boxes had a pair for left foot. He went and replaced the item instead of asking the customer to get the correct box. Wow, what a customer service! Ivnt experienced it for a while.

When I visited I was communicated with politely but not overly bothered or pushed into trying to select anything. I have worn New balance before so knew what styles work best for me. There was a lot of stock in the store when I visited, but some attention could.have been paid to the tidiness of the shelves.I would visit this location again when looking for active wear shoes.

It’s 6:43pm and closed. Closing hour is 9:00pm showing at the store front window and 7:00pm at Google map. I didn’t understand the situation here. If you don’t want to make sales, you can just close the store permanently.

There was at least one kid in there today that cared about his job, and thats probably the only reason they dont get a 1*. Limited mens sizes, limited colors, or styles for that matter. Theres so much floor space, yet I kept walking around going wheres the rest of it? Train your floor staff to at least look productive when a customer comes in, not just slumped over, leaning on displays with no hello or greeting. Or standing in the mirrors fussing with their faces with customers in the store. Prices were okay, nothing Amazon couldnt have done.

DISHONEST, UNETHICAL SUPERVISOR. Sorry to post a negative review but we were treated really poorly so I feel compelled to share my experience--read it and MAKE UP YOUR OWN MIND whether my rating is appropriate.GIST: Got accused of wearing a pair of shoes outdoors, one we had not even purchased yet, by a dishonest, disingenuous supervisor with terrible attitude and poor customer service.DETAILS: We live in Indiana, and are visiting the area for a conference and to see my partners parents. I have been using New Balance shoes for several years to great effect, and FWIW, plan to continue doing so despite what happened at this store. On Thursday, we visited this store. Were helped by a customer representative (Denise) - we tried on a few shoes and eventually asked about their return policy. In particular, we asked if we can return shoes if we wore them indoors (inside ones house), Denise said that is totally fine.So both partner & I purchased 2 pairs of shoes each -- we will call these pairs M1, M2 (mine) and F1, F2 (partners shoes - total cost for 4 pairs: $300). We bought these having agreed with Denise we would probably keep one each and return the other, or return both our respective pairs and buy a replacement instead as necessary.1) I tried on M1 indoors back at the house, immediately did not like it so put it back in the box to return it even without walking for >30 seconds. Then I tried M2 indoors per our agreement with Denise. M2 seemed to fit pretty well so I decided to keep it.2) Partner tried both F1 and F2 on indoors, neither fit well. She decided to try a larger size of F2.On Saturday, we went back to the store. Partner tried on a larger size of shoe F2 (we will call it F2-REPLACEMENT) and found it to her liking--YES! We were ready to check out. Denises supervisor checked us out - sorry, we could not get her name--she was belligerent and repeatedly threatened to call security when I tried to explain the fallacy of her point (see below), we unfortunately did not have the presence of mind to record the whole thing on our phone. Here was the situation: We wanted to return M1, F1, F2 while keeping M2, and to buy F2-REPLACEMENT. Dishonest supervisor person looked at F2-REPLACEMENT (in case its not clear, this is a pair of shoes partner tried inside the store--we had NOT yet purchased it) and said this had clearly been worn outdoors so she could only give us in-store credit for our returns. After initially thinking she was talking about M1, F1, or F2 and protesting that we only tried those shoes indoors (and how Denise had promised we could return shoes worn indoors), we realized she was talking about F2-REPLACEMENT so we pointed out this was an in-store pair that we could NOT have worn outside! She repeatedly said I am a supervisor, just giving my policy that can only give you in-store credit. without paying attention she was accusing us of wearing a pair outside that we had not purchased. Eventually she started threatening to call security. We asked Denise who was standing right there if she could deny to our face promising to take back the pair we did not want. Again, we got a threat of security being called. We decided to cut our losses and get in-store credit for $164 and to walk out of there though we went in expecting full credit back on our card.I thought of disputing the excess charge with my credit card company but I dont know if thats going to work. Nonetheless, I wanted to share the whole sour experience in case someone else finds it helpful and/or plans to return shoes purchased at this store.Like I said, I plan to continue using New Balance assuming they fit well for my walking needs---I am not a fan of I will never use New Balance line of thinking. It was one terrible and dishonest human at one store, or worst case one store with a bad policy. We plan to move on.

The staff are super helpful, the sales are kinda gimmicky though. I wish they would just have better prices on shoes without needing to put them on perpetual sale

They only carry small shoe sizes. I asked for my size 10.5 and the employee told me they only carry small sizes for international tourists mostly. They had like 15 pairs of size 7 and 15 of size 8 and thats it.
