Don’t ever step foot in this place! Employees are rude, refuse to do their job, make you move boxes on the fellow to get to register, give our fake names, call security on you when you take their picture to provide to corporate. Corporate will tell you the employee has been fired, we are sending a gift card and an apology written out for you to give to your stepdaughter from us, yet they don’t follow through on a single thing promised. Which is why just 6 days ago someone else had a negative review. They choose to employ people who could care less about their job let alone the rules of social norm and human decency. Also, they don’t have AC and haven’t got at least a month. They blame this on covid, of course.

It was closed when we got there. No one was working doors locked even though it was during their business hours and online said it was open.

Was closed when we came by. Apparently, to them, going on a 1.5 hour lunch break during peak shopping hours (3-4:30) is a good idea. You literally have a 6 hour work day and you need a whole hour and a half? Hope they automate all your lazy a’s outta work soon

I have attempted to go to this store THREE times in the past 3 months and every single time they were closed. One time they were closed from 3-4:30 like a previous poster said, one time they were just closed for the day, and another time they closed at 3 pm on a weekend day. I would like to never go back, but unfortunately my kid really likes their clothes. This is a sad way to run a business.

Needs more variety bring Roxy back also get more creative styles things look so basic for styles. Its sad. Used be be more pattern and colorful and unique. Its disappointing. Where did fashion go? I always loved styles of all the brands now its plain and looks a like. Billabong and Roxy and Quicksilver where all great fun and unique now its plain and simple designs.Need to order fun stuff.

Employees very nice always helps me out

PacSun has been my favorite store for years, however after horrible customer service and clothing quality, its hard to say Ill ever go back. On Black Friday I had bought a pair of pants. They didnt have my size, so I went a size bigger knowing I could tie a cute belt around it. After wearing the pair TWICE, the pants tore down the side seam of the pants about 4 inches. Irreparable. I contacted Customer Service on Dec 11 regarding a refund. After e-mailing back and forth with over 10 people, talking on the phone with a few, mailing my pants with the receipt back to headquarters, having them lose my return, then finding it weeks later... they e-mailed me and let me know that theyd call me in 1-8 business hours to receive my info for a refund. Its been a week since that e-mail and I have yet to receive a response. I have been dealing with this return for TWO MONTHS, still no refund has been received.

Worst pacsun ever it might of been my personal experience needed an exchange to be done and it was a quite simple one same shorts, same color, same style, full priced item, never worn, and still had a price tag the employee refused to give me an exchange and so I called customer service and they were so kindly and friendly to me and said it could be done so when I told her what they had said she rolled her eyes at me and yet I was also extremely kind to her telling her that I was extremely sorry for all this confusion, saying thank you so much for doing all this for me yet she did not even say one word and gave me so many eye rolls and sighs finally i got my exchange done. worst employee i’ve ever encountered at pacsun. i love the company and all the employees just not this specific one.

This store needs a more variety & more sizes, I would have loved to buy certain things but they mostly only carry smaller sizes.

Fantastic! The staff was super helpful and friendly, and the selection of clothes (especially pants) is monumental. The only downfall is the line for the dressing room!

Great clearance deals, but the rest of their items are significantly overpriced. The staff also didnt say a single word to me until I got to the register.

I hate this store, its fashion, its service, and its factory layout.
