Fun place to go. Definitely will go back to pick up some outdoor stuff. Staff is very friendly too.

Rural King is a very fun place to shop. You never know what youll find and at such good prices! Staff is always friendly and helpful. Added bonus of free popcorn and coffee is always a treat.

I love Rural King. Mostly because I get to check out the cute animals while my husbands browses around for things that husbands buy.But they have a good selection of clothing and shoes. As well as guns/ammo/accessories. We always check out the food isles as well.

Associates were very helpful. Store was clean and clearly marked. Will definitely go back.

This place has been giving me the run around and I’m quite over it this past June or July I brought a baby bunny in and sold him to the store the farm associates told me they would mail a check within 15 days took all my information and wrote it in a book they logged the animals in I left and waited it’s now been months have called every week with the same response I’ll look into it and they take my number and still no response some days I have to call a few times before they even answer the phone all this for 15.00. The store it’s self is nice I do agreee with another comment that King needs more room and maybe even an outside area if possible

I always enjoy stopping in this store when I come to Florida. Always clean and well organized. My only concern was the condition of the animals as there were multiple dead chickens. However, when I informed an associate they were quick to resolve.

We didnt find what we went there for.The rooster named King was standing up with his head hanging down almost to the bottom if the cage. I thought he was sick. He didnt look to good. Chickens need to go outside to get sunshine. My chickens like to lay in the sun. King also needs another chicken with him. They dont like to be alone.I hope someone will take better care if him. He is beautiful and deserves a better life.

Awesome place its like everything you ever needed jeans shirts I mean they have thousands of genes awesome. things thats really a lot of fun to go there and look around in the prices are very fair I highly recommend and bring the kids the little chicks are so cute to look at and they have little overalls little ones

Large selection of merchandise and good prices. Sales associates were limited in number as well as product knowledge. Lots of items were in the isles and not stocked on shelves. Had to search on your own for items. Very unorganized.

A good place to go for anything farm or rural living related. I go there for fence, chicken feed, and Mason jars for canning. They also sell an awesome jalapeno beef stick for snacking. Great place to buy seeds for your garden, baby chicks, guns, paint, hose fittings, an RK tractor... basically whatever you need for around the farmstead. Prices are reasonable, on par with Tractor Supply, but a wider selection available.

Went for chicken wire and came home with a hammock, honey.... great place. Very small selection of plants and quite a few empty shelves. Loved the place.

Awesome store with a little of everything inside. What makes it special is the free fresh popcorn for all shoppers and the animals. Youll hear the rooster crowing, the chicks and ducklings chirping and also have fun looking over the rabbits or whatever animal is visiting that week. Great place for fishing / hunting supplies, a car battery or some snacks.

This place is all right... For the most part Im on my own in the store. Several times where Ive asked for help Ive either not gotten any because the associate is too busy, not gotten any because I cant find anybody, or Ive gotten the nose nod should be a couple isles down in that direction.

My dogs loved the treats I brought home. Went for their dog treats for huge dogs. Also got a couple of ladies T shirts that were on sale for under $10. Bonus was the infused honey.

Love rural king always have what we need

We just love Rural King in Leesburg. It feels like a family business, even though it isn’t. In a lot of cases we find things less expensive than the big box stores such as Lowe’s and Home Depot.

Rural king is the perfect store for all of your country bumpkin needs. They have farm and pet supplies, guns and ammo, lawn equipment, garden supplies, work clothing and more. Its one of my favorite stores. My only complaint is that they dont have one in umatilla.

Bought 3 of the 5 items I went in for. They were out of 1 (found an acceptable sub) and I needed to do more research on the other.I brought along my dog this time. She was warmly welcomed by staff and customers and totally enjoyed the experience. We visited the rabbits, chickens and the many troughs filled with little ducks and varieties of chicks. She passed the test by not ending up in there with the chicks so 1st exposure to tiny chirping things went very well.Final stop, of course, was Dog Treats.I brought home my very tired 6 year old Pit Bull who slept for hours.

One of my favorite stores. Has absolutely everything from seeds to lawn furniture to saddles to toys to motorcycles to groceries to hog food.......you get the idea. Great prices and a wonderful staff. A must stop even if only to browse. Oh and free popcorn.

Lots of masks worn beneath the nose...I would rather they be honest about their contempt and not wear a mask. Good prices on clearance stuff. Good selection of Ariat jeans.

I came here for the pig and buffalo ears for my little dog, who loves them and they were out but found other affordable things. I like this store, HUGE!!! Lots of clothes, shoes, purses, little, cute baby chicks, spices, pet supplies and more.

My wife and I have always loved going to RK but last couple of times we have went it has gone down hill. The outside was littered with trash and just looked unkept. Not much better on the inside. The whole store just seemed in disarray. The chicks section was dirtier than any other time I can remember. I hope they can bring it back.

Always a great experience. Didnt go in for chocolate covered almonds, but, hey, you only live once.

Great store, but there was a dead chick in the bin and I had to tell the worker twice and he still didnt do anything about it. The poor baby chicks were circling around it. It was hard to watch.

Big store! I didnt get to see everything but from what I did see the selection of clothes and home goods was very good. I picked up a couple pair of utility jeans for work and found the prices to be better than I pay at a competitive retailer.

Very happy environment to do your shopping. This store surprises you, dont expect this level of down home good friendly associates. Little disorganized and small but my experience every time Im there (6-8) a year has been fantastic. And you can pick up a chicken or two while grabbing some hay, mayo and toilet paper!

Ive never had a bad experience at Rural King. Their warranty on tools and equipment is top awesome. Issues are handled in store and you arent left chasing down the manufacturer. The live farm animals are pretty cool too.

Prime house direct meat sale was a bust!! Very expensive prices for quantity of meat.. drove 30 minutes for nothing.. didnt even offer BOGOs... Not very friendly

Update:It gets 1 star because I can’t pick zero.Absolutely the worst customer service occurred at this same location, 12-31-19Did not get his name, but he was a tall skinny kid with a orange Larson Farms baseball cap on and a finger splint. We did not mind bagging stuff due to the splint. The 2 words I got out of him were car door and I tried to see if he had the ability to communicate verbally.If his job title is cashier he needs more training, on how to use the chip card reader.If you hate your job that much maybe you need to find a new job.Wow, this is a great store, so much merchandise. We found a lot of items to buy and take home. This is not a store that can be truly appreciated in 1 trip. We will return and browse again and I am sure we will find more things we cant live without!

Place is dirty.. the animals they have always seem so unhealthy and the pens and stuff are dirty... Its very unorganized on the inside of this I prefer the one in Ocala to this one due to these issues

Rural King is unlike any other store around here. They have everything from underwear to live chickens. It is a huge store with helpful reps everywhere. If you want to see everything, pack a lunch, or, you might go to the free popcorn station.

Love this place. From jeans to auto supplies to home repairs- they have a little of everything. Kinda low stock on some things lately, but thats everywhere now it seems.

One of my favorite places to go . This is the only place that I have found that carries the dog food that I like. Its called Taste Of The Wild and is number 2 on top 10 list of best dog FoodsAlso, they carry baby chicks for local farms and most times they have bunnies as well. They have a wide variety of foods for dogs, cats, and wild birds. They carry stuff for horses too. And of course you have to have the right kind of clothings to wear while you are caring for all these precious creatures. Their selection is wonderful and way in the back you can try things on. Did I mention they have paddles and life jackets if your neighbor invites you out on their Patoon boat? Yeap!

Kind of like a Tractor Supply with Harbor Freight kind of pricing!

Each time I go to a Rural King, the less impressed I become. Its as though they just dont care how the stores look. How clean they are, how much stuff is in the middle of the aisles, the shelves being messy..No covid precautions whatsoever. No curbside pickups any longer.➡Tractor Supply will be my go to from now on. Shame...real shame.

Excellent. Great prices, service, great choices. They have a line of 5 gallon tanks called U-Jug that work far better than anything else.

Bought unsalted peanuts BIG economy size, dog treats and rabbit food. Visited King the store Rooster and checked out the baby chicks, ducks, Ginnie hens, and Ginnie pigs. I could spend a whole day looking through store, so many things, clothes, shoes, jewelry, snacks etc.

Unique store for farm and rural living. The kids love the baby chicks, rabbits and guinea pigs! Incredible assortment of work gloves. Competitive pricing. A fixture in Leesburg for a long time.
