If I could this would be a zero star review. 3 ladies in the store & one was very rude. I tried to ask several questions but one lady wouldnt shut her mouth long enough for me to ask another question. She kept repeating the answer to the first question and talking over me. I went off on her & walked out! Will NEVER walk into that store again and will not recommend it to anyone.

Very friendly people, always helpful in guiding me through what service is best for my shipping. Have helped me package some odd shaped items and transported them safely to the recipient for me. They have helped me expedite documents and track them for my peace of mind. They have a great variety of packing supplies as well. You can fax things, copy things, have a PO Box at this location. Also found out today that they can do shredding of large volumes of old paperwork that I need to get rid of. Really appreciate how nice they always are. A great UPS store!

Excellent virtual / B&M integration service.

Walked right in, the fella helped me get my shipping label printed that the past office couldnt. Fair price. Will use again and again.

In and out to drop off packages

Dropped off a package on the 16th and paid a lot to have it delivered by 12 noon the next day. Now it is 3:30 PM on the 18th and the package has not been delivered. I call this UPS store and they said that UPS picked it up and they are not part of the UPS company but will try and call them. My dad passed away and we are trying to close on this condo and this might cause us to loose the sale. I would not have used this store if I new there were not part of UPS.

Its a UPS store, so if I go in there without packaging supplies I know Ill pay though the nose for them, but thats on me. And UPS isnt cheap shipping, but its not insane either. This shop has always been open when I needed them, always been friendly and helpful with my questions, and has always gotten my packages shipped. Ive probably used them 5 or 10 times, and sometimes for very large packages. So nothing special, but everything I need and convenient and effective.

Rude staff

Consistently bad customer support and service. You will most likely have issues at this location. I have yet to have a seamless experience here. This last time was a doozy...UPS QUOTE : $24.92 (for 32 pound package shipped UPS GROUND 4 hours away)STORE : $308.42 (After up-charges)Update: Fedex comes in with the win @ $10.00.- this may seem completely absurd, how could they think $308.42 was correct? I tried to ask questions and reason with the lady helping me, but it was like arguing with the umpire.

The woman behind the counter was so helpful and made beautiful flyers for the daycare I work at.

Avoid. Tried charging 59 dollars to ship package when ups list price was 31 dollars. Took to FedEx and shipped for $21.00

They charged me $2 to put some tape on my box to make sure it was secure
