Awesome service down here at Fort Awesome tire shop. Had Nathan put these tires on the truck and he did an excellent job at a very fair price. Then I got a screw in one of the tires and he came up after the shop was closed to do a tire repair for me. Super nice guy and I’m very excited to have found this place. Will be a returning customer.

This is less a review and more a declaration. Hello! My name is Nathan, and I am the automotive technician that is now in the shop. Some of the more local folk might know me from Headleys Value Tire (7 years at their shop) or more recently at 4 Wheels Auto (a bit over a year there).I work with John (the owner) to do tires, alignments, and small automotive repairs and maintenance such as tie rods, control arms, brakes, oil changes, etc.Unfortunately, the building is no longer a Honda dealership, nor are there any more mowers here. These things were before my time and I would be lying if I suggested I could repair your bike or your mower. The previous comment about it being a waste of time to come for those jobs is regrettably true.But! I am now present in the rear of the building. If the two big bay doors are open, I am around and we are open.The front is still empty and if anyone has any ideas for something profitable to do with it I am sure John wouldnt mind hearing them.

Evens is so knowledgeable and helpful in finding the best deals, with amazing customer service. He also runs Hard Heart Hall, and helps less fortunate individuals in the Lebanon.

Helped get my car up and going after having multiple tire and suspension issues . Havent had an issue since but if I do I know Im taking back to them!

Empty building for the most part ...no new motorcycles or motorcycle gear is sold there anymore...HONDA pulled out.Empty the place is completely empty....dont waste your time....😳😫

I had alot of problems with this the people seemed very nice and threw in the parts for my bike the bad news is. They said it would be a quick easy job. Thats was over three months ago. And now today I had to come puck up my bike that was running when I left it and yes it was there to get fixed. Now I have my bike its in pieces and doesnt run. The owner or the man beside the counter after 8 i talked to him over the couple of months kept tell me his guy would be there to fix it soon. Come to find out this guy has been gone for a while now and he was just trying to stall. And hope he figured out something....

They really need to update their pictures. Don’t waste your time here. They literally have NOTHING in their showroom. No bikes, no gear, nothing. I walked in and just kind of stood there for a second. Was never greeted or anything, went to the desk and asked where all the stuff is. Was told they don’t carry anything anymore. They apparently do Rhino Lining and possibly some bike maintenance. I know I’d never take mine there though. Looks like they’re about to close up for good.

Im surprised at how horrible our experience has been. We never even got my husbands bike looked at before Ive called it quits and decided to take my business elsewhere. My husband stopped by (Wednesday 7/24) and spoke with someone about needing some maintenance work on his Honda. They said theyd come out and pick it up and see what they could do. I called the next day (Thursday 7/25) see when they would be out and they said they couldnt fit it in that day and they would be calling the next day and took my information down. Monday (7/29) rolls around and we hadnt heard from them, so I called again. They had no idea what I was talking about. This was the service department manager. Said it was the owner I probably spoke with and that he had the truck and trailer and was in another state and he took my information down again. He said hed call me when he found out when the owner would be back and then theyd get the bike. Well its been a week (8/5) and I hadnt heard from them, so I called again. And they STILL have no idea what Im talking about. The guy was VERY rude. I said, they have my information down, I was just wondering when they are going to pick up my husbands bike. And he said that I needed to talk to someone else, because we dont pick up bikes, but they arent here right now. Are you kidding me? After TWO people have told me they will. Hopefully this review will help some others from going down the same road theyve taken me down.

Absolutely the worst dealership experience I’ve ever had. Called to get service work done was asked to drop my motorcycle off on a certain day, when I pulled up to drop it off the owner met me out front and said “we can’t get your bike in for at least two more weeks”. What?!?!?! No phone calls, no emails, nothing. Turns out when the mechanic came out to talk to me they don’t know how to work on a Valkyrie and are basically stalling to avoid working on it at all. Unless ownership changes I will not be running any business through Fort Awesome Honda.

Went for a toy drive. These people always try to do what they can to help others. They are on site and super friendly, always.

More like Fort Lawnmower. Hardly any vehicles other than ATVs and zero turn lawn mowers. Staff is friendly and professional.

I called on a fuel pump for a 03 vstar 650 . They told me it didnt have one . When i said the old one in my hand then he found it.priced it to me for over 300 i bought one for 60 online

We had this so called Honda dealer rebuild the carbs on an Honda shadow we got it back still running poorly and the pipes turned blue due to an extremely lean condition we took it back again still runs on one cylinder most of the time the dealers excuse is they dont know what to do to make us happy all we ask is that a two cyl cycle run on both is that to much evidently it is for this so called dealer hopefully they will do better selling tires but I doubt it

Unless youre looking for a Spartan mower, dont waste your time. We went in there looking to buy a dirtbike and found very limited inventory and never spoke to a soul although the place was empty.
