Similar to another reviewer, I was abruptly told that I should purchase accessories from x dealer if I didnt buy my tractor from Batchelder. Nice. Go to another dealer that actually appreciates the business.

Dealing with the folks at Batchelder was about the rudest customer service experiece I have ever had. They refused to service my Kioti tractor because I didnt buy it from them. I asked politely and my money is still green...business acumen not so much. Thanks Batchelder! Can pretty easily say my next Kioti wont be coming from there either!

Awesome service! Eric helped me out with the purchase of my first tractor. He took the time to answer all my questions and helped guide me to the right tractor for me. Couldnt be happier with the service and professionalism. They really are great people to deal with and wont just sell you something for the sake of selling something, they really take the time to understand all your needs. No pressure to buy either. Highly recommended! I will be returning for many years to come and also recommend anyone looking for a tractor to go see these guys, you wont be disappointed! Keep up the great work guys!!!!!!!

Quick and easy with good service.

Don’t waist your time.I just purchased a new Kioti DK6010SE HC from Orchard Hill Farm Equiptment in Belchertown Massachusetts. It’s approximately 100 miles away. We have a Kioti dealer 15 miles away in North Hampton NH, but because of the videos on YouTube and the professional interaction we had with there sales team over the phone, we decided to buy our tractor from the dealer that was in Massachusetts.Today I visited for the first time the dealer in North Hampton to pick up a hydraulic filter for my tractor. My son called in advance to make sure they had it before I drove over. The guy was extremely rude and told him the tractor we purchased doesn’t exists or it’s over 20 years old because it’s not in his books. He asked about the hydraulic fluid. The type the man told him wasn’t in the manual. My son asked if it was still ok to use. The man replied with I already answered your question I’m not doing it again.When I arrived, there was a woman in the front office and another man out back, I inquired about the filter and the man came in from the other room, stated he talked to my son and right away wanted to know why we didn’t buy the Tractor from him and why we were buying service parts from him and not the place we purchased the tractor from.I ask why he needed to know that? He stated that he normally only sold parts to people he sold tractors to and would never service my tractor.Due to his rudeness and unprofessionalism, I then told him to keep his filter and walked out.

Amazing local family run business!

I bought my first Kioti 8 yrs ago from batchelders l have never had an issue with anyone there. Or the tractor. It always got the job done .l upgraded to a new one an look coward to dealing with them in the future.

Purchased a tractor from these people in 2013 Service was horrible, could rarely reach anyone on the phone. Drove miles to pick up a set of bolts. They didnt even stock common loader sheer bolts. They ended up driving to a hardware store to get me bolts which were not even the right thread pattern. They are so incompetent they didnt even give me the right bolts. They were horrible at returning their calls. Finally sold the tractor (losing thousands) because I refused to ever go their for service. I have purchased many tractors by many manufacturers in over 32 years of business. This dealership has been my worst experience by far.
