The people who work here are awesome and helpful. My boyfriend is on a first name basis with staff who go out of their way to put things aside that they know he would like. Theyre friendly and knowledgable and are fun to talk to, even when just their to browse. You dont feel pressured to purchase anything, and you never feel like your questions are annoying the employees.

Yesterday we were in and a guy, who I believe was named Walter, behind the counter was going on a long rant about politics and was bad mouthing a particular group of people right in front of the customers. I found this extremely inappropriate for a video game store, especially when you dont know anything about whos in there. Nobody comes to Gamestop to listen to you *yell* about your political opinions. Very disappointed with the management.

Take your membership to best buy. I have been a gamestops member since they bought EB games out of business, and I recently found out that the membership now falls under two classes and two prices after my renewal. Wont ever renew again. Not only that, but through the years, Ive watched them get worse and worse towards customers.

Oh bought the last NEW assassion creed odyssey Gold, that was the demo case that had the plastic cover sleeve that goes over the metal case. And when they put the cd in the case they never pointed out that the metal case was crushed. I paid a new price for a case that lookes like hell.

I wish I knew his name off the top of my head cuz hes wonderful to my son and I. We shop at the one on Bowman st. when we call or go in and hes there I know my sons questions are going to get answers and we are getting awesome service!! Hes really good with people(customer service) and has patiences, and always goes over and beyond with us. Some of the other employees not to crazy about really idk who he is but the one time he waited on us and kind of seemed to me like he just wanted to ring us up and for us to leave didnt really want to keep answering my sons questions. So basically for the most part we come out of the store happy customers!!!

Some of the staff here arent as friendly as other GameStop locations. I actually worked there for a day, but left after I discovered they knowingly lied to customers about dates in order to get pre-orders. Dont know if its a company-wide thing or only this particular store. Because of this, I am very hesitant to ever shop at any GameStop again and will not even set foot in this particular one.
