Have stopped there twice within the week while traveling and the bathrooms have been pretty unacceptable both times and at different times of the day. I do not recommend using them. I thought it may have been just a busy time but it seems the store just doesnt care about customer service or cleanliness.

I love to buy my gas here because its so convenient but they are always 20 to 30 to 40 cents a gallon higher than Springfield I dont understand that Ive been told that break time has a major saying what the gas prices are in Lebanon I wish this was not true but I believe it is

Stopped there on way to Columbia for bathroom break. Nasty bathrooms. My daughter said the womens bathroom was bad too. Dont guess the owners care enough to have management make sure the bathrooms are cleaned hourly. To bad there wasnt a luvs travel stop near by. They keep hourly charts on cleaning their bathrooms. And they always have had clean bathrooms.

I was just stopping in lebanon we are on a vacation to branson and we stopped to use the restroom and the Men’s bathroom reeeeked of urine like there has been peee just sitting on the urinal and hair that has mot been cleaned definitely do not recommend at all clean your bathrooms

Nice people, clean store and clean restrooms. Good place to stop and shop. Big store compared to others in this chain, and outdoor seating for picnics.

Horrible management can’t keep any employees never any help

Pumps never give receipts Ive complained to the the manager numerous times and all I get is the person before must of ripped it out causing it to jam . apparently they do this to all the pumps . The whole point to me paying at the pump is because I dont want to go inside for various reasons. Maybe its cold and I want to get back in my pickup or I dont want to chance catching covid.

The employees dont know how to refill anything they dont even know who to ask to get something refilled. No communication among the staff.

Good service most the girls are great, lol Im there almost everyday having problems with,being overcharged on my debit card trying to get that resolved....but other than that the girls are great n friendly...place is clean...been going here since the day they opened.be a shame to,blast all that overcharged fees.😁

The last two times I have stopped to use the bathroom here, the mens bathroom was disgusting. it was almost unbearable. The urinal has not been cleaned in so long that there is yellow residue build up around the rim and pee literally in pools on the floor and all over the walls. You can smell the urine in the hallway outside the bathroom. My wife could smell it when she left the womens restroom (which did not smell). I told the cashier it was disgusting and he said he just cleaned it 10 mins ago. He went and sprayed some air freshener and that was the cleaning I guess. Im going to find a new place to stop from now on, this is absolutely unacceptable and probably going to report it to the health dept. I did not even want to take my toddler son in with me to change is pull up. I was afraid he would touch something.

Great place to fill all of your gas station needs. Kinda wish some of their food was more competitively priced as you dont seem to get what you pay for size and quantity wise. $6 for a dry gas station burger seems a bit over the top. Other than that its a pretty nice place to fill up the tank, grab a beer/smokes, and maybe indulge in a quick bite.

My experiences has always been good up until the night of 7/28/18. Daryl I believe was her name, was very rude and not friendly at all!! She refused to sell my husband cigarettes after waiting in line forever because I, his wife, did not have my id on me! I’m 36 and he is 45 might I add. There was no I’m sorry I can’t sell them or anything! Then was hateful when he tried to redeem his free drink!! Not sure I’ll be coming back if I see her behind that counter!

This store has almost anything! Get the rewards card. I have it and get .10 off every gal of gas and get free fountains and coffee all the time. The downfall to this store is the SUPER LONG AND SLOW checkout lines. It drives me nuts... Otherwise, its my favorite convenience store in Lebanon.

A nice place to stop at. They sell prepared foods, have a clean store staffed by employees who are generally nice. Decent parking.

Hreay customer service for the most part

My husband complained of the bathroom urine stench the week of Sept. 4th. The male Cashier said the smell was coming from a leaking pipe. My husband responded, it is not a sewage smell it is a urine on the floor smell.On Sun 9/25 at 3:15pm the disgusting bathroom urine smell was unbearable. He asked the only cashier, Crystal to see the manager. Crystal said the manager left for the day. He asked who was in charge of the store, Crystal responded no one.Will not be back!.....Found nice CLEAN STORE...The Express Stop on Mill Creek Rd. by I-44.

Love the .99 drink selection - however, apparently the employees on staff that day didnt care much to keep things well stocked. No one (and there are several customers) could find straws for the larger drinks and the employees simply said they were out (it was pointed out on our second visit for the day - the first time we stopped - we just assumed they didnt realize and had gotten busy). However, my husband looked in a cabinet under the drink station and was able to grab some from a box for us as well as a few other customers (not once but twice on the same day). He also put a hand full in the bin they are supposed to be in for future customers both times we stopped.

Dont leave your car there if you have car trouble...as the girl that works night her husband will come out and tell you he will have your car towed even if your car cant be drove...very rude people here...
