My provider on 03/16/21 was Ms. Majors. I am only writing this review for the sole purpose of praising this woman. ( as well as the sweet lady at reception, she was very kind! ) Ms. Majors took all the time I needed to hear me out about how Id been feeling. We talked about all sorts of possibilities, and she ruled them out one by one. It came down to a third positive strep test in less than two months. Ms. Majors listened carefully to all of my whines and concerns, and she truly made me feel as though I was the only patient that stepped foot in that room the entire day..and I showed up half an hour before closing. She really gave me her undivided attention and addressed any and all issues I had.Thank you, Ms. Majors. And if you see this, remember, youre wonderful!

I went to an appointment here during a time I was feeling so bad that I didnt want to get out of the house. It turns out I had the type A flu. They got me in and out so quickly. I was so happy of that and the services there were great !

Last Sunday the doctor and the nurse refused to treat me. I arrived at the clinic approximately 5 minutes from closing time.They claimed they could not see me because they had no available appointment times.Their website claims they allow walk-ins. They ignored this and stuck by that they had no available appointments and could not see me. At the time, I thought I had the flu.Also, no patients were being seen at that time and both rooms were empty. The doctor and nurse were cleaning their work stations.

Went in on Friday afternoon. Diagnosed with the flu. The doctor and nurse was very courteous. Only complaint I have is on the pharmacy side. 45 minutes for one prescription.

When I need quick care for myself or family it is easy in with a very reputable medical group.. also happens to be my medical group so all the better. Plus I get to hit the candy aisle on my way out.

I believe I myself have been misdiagnosed at this clinic. The lady diagnosed with a very diagnosis that was very scary. To get a second opinion, I went to my doctor, and they said there was no sign of the original diagnosis. On the other hand, my boyfriend came to this clinic and she diagnosed him with the flu (did not test him). Within the same exact day, a few of his friends came into the clinic with the same exact symptoms as my boyfriend...she said they had a sinus infection... very disappointed in this clinic and will not ever be returning.

Been here a few times over the past year or so and couldnt be happier with the staff here. Theyre friendly, and knowledgeable. Love how quick and convenient it is.

Tried making an appointment today refused to see me was told to make appt through the app which i tried didnt work called back to tell them this still refused been going there for 3 yrs i called bcbs they helped with mdlive finally got antibiotics really sad vandy really sad

The Walgreens clinic was my #1 choice to go when my children or myself got sick and needed to be checked out without having to schedule a Dr appointment. Now that Vanderbilt has taken over the Walgreens clinic, we wont be returning as patients. While the 2 ladies that work there are wonderful, they no longer have the screen to quickly check in, its not a quick process anymore, the wait and appointment took over an hour and a half as opposed to maybe 15 minutes before since they no longer schedule appointments its walk in only. I did not like the new experience, I dont like the new website, and now Ill be looking for a new, quick, convenient clinic for when we are sick.
