Jason and Cassandra were excellent I really appreciate them both for talking to me and assisting me with what I needed. Store looked amazing. It’s a huge store on the inside. It kinda of feel like a food court inside a mall. All the associates were busy working keeping the store looking great earlier in the day. I do hope and wish I could visit this locating more often. Everyone was super friendly and nice. Thank them sooo much. Most people wouldn’t say anything to me, probably just speak. But I thank them for even coming to work to even deal with us customers. Thank you to everyone at this location.

Very clean store. Good staff. The only issue is they have 38 paid parking spots but about 80 or more are marked reserved. Last time I came here, front row was reserved. This time its back row. How are we supposed to know where to park ??? Ended up paying for a spot because they havent taken care of this issue.

I love stopping at the palate on every trip that we take. I like to drink their coffee and the Cinnabon cinnamon rolls are the absolute bis absolute best probably my favorite part.

I always stop here for fuel and Bean to cup Coffee. Don’t forget to try their Pot roast, my Favorite. Friendly service. Truck Parking can be a pain, its always full even early evenings

Manager elizabet she’s the rudest person ever sitting in the office doing nothing we purchased parking early afternoon and i came here theres no parking avaliable and people park at reserved spot doesnt even purchased parking she said its cold outside im not fkong going out to do anything she said next manager will cone in 30 min wait for him really 👏👏what kind of service is this ??? Really thats how you treat people purchased parking spot?

This pilot is very tight getting in to the fuel Island. And out…However inside clean z. selection of food looks good, taste good, really nice staff . Best one I’ve seen in a long time

Went here because subway is supposed to be 24 hours. When i arrived the subway person was sitting on the counter eating candy and said subway is closed right now. I understand when its break time but when some regular customers came in and spoke to her..she immediately got up and started making them sandwiches. So unless youre a regular customer..dont go here, you will only be offered nasty pizza that has been sitting there for too many hours.

The nicest truck stop youll ever visit. The bathrooms are spotless, the food is fresh, and the staff is friendly. Plenty of seating and pretty much anything you could want to eat or drink. I will be stopping here every time Im in Lebanon. Theres also a free air pump next to the diesel pump out front.

Most UNREASONABLE & UNFAIR Pilot location.. The apps advertised 38 reserved parking total out of 150 spots.However there are 81 spots marked reserved parking, 1 handicap, 45 others.Which is totally UNFAIR to drivers more than 1/2 of parking lot is reserved.Thats why I am NOT going to PURCHASE any FUEL here, im going to Dickson location...I actually walk & count all spots marked reserved

I was literally just trying to cash out a scratch off ticket. The manager literally told me to take my business across the street. He talked to me like I was a lot lizard. I certainly was not dressed as one. My shirt was low cut but it surely was not showing nipples and a pair of regular jeans. Besides, who is he to judge? The obviously ill-tempered man needs a lesson in manners.

This is a first rate truck stop. Lots of amenities and features for every kind of traveler, both the working transporter and the general motorist.Friendly staff. Tons of USB and household outlet charging stations in the food court area.Lots of wide, easy access pumps. A good amount of parking. Entire facility -- including the rest rooms -- are exceptionally clean. The place is well maintained.Large food court with plenty of good seating. Choice of Dairy Queen, Subway, Cinmabon, PJ Fresh Hot food, plus package deli food and tons of snacks and beverages in the store, including alcoholic beverages.This place has everything you could ever want from a highway truck stop and then some.

This place is perfection! Had to swing in and spend a long wait here due to ice and snow. People are great, food was great, shower was great! Half my focus was on the dispatch details (road conditions, late load calls) so I kept asking questions and being distracted. The cashier was super patient and kind, and everyone has those off days. Masks were worn CORRECTLY and they were cleaning and sanitizing everytime I walked in. The whole building was on point, every staff member treated this store like THEY were the owners, they were proud of it and wanted to maintain that pride.Not to mention they truly care for their team. I was informed instead of driving home in the same dangerous conditions I had pulled over for, the decision was made to cover hotel rooms at the place across the street for those who could come into work. Amazing, and the first time Ive seen that level of commitment and dedication. Truckers are moving America, but we couldnt do it without places of rest such as this!

Dirty bathrooms, dirty coffee area. Not busy at all, I know why, except for fuel area, even that was dirty. Employees checking out had no clue what they were doing and were as rude as their subway counterpart. Professional driver with gas fuel but wont be back to this local. 11:40/12AM, fri/sat. Someone should also teach checkout people that debit is a form of cash....

I’ve been driving for 4 years this is the first time I got the that type of service at a truck stop omg I was waiting on a shower while I was waiting a service desk person name MACK came to me asking me can I get you a coffee or cold drink while you’re waiting he was such a gentleman family raised him right all of them was nice the food was fresh and the place was clean this is the type of service we need because after a long day driving we want to feel welcome some truck stop makes you hate driving cause of they workers attitude I want to thank the manager for hired the right person for the job Mack was the best thank you I wish I could give 100 stars his attitude will get him far in life may God bless him and his future.

THIS TRUCK STOP FOOD IS A STOMACH FLU READY TO HAPPEN!! I ate the beef broccoli mash potatoes and less than two hours on the road I had to pull my truck over to the nearest bathroom!! I BARELY MADE IT TO THE BATHROOM! I FELT SICK AND STUCK TO THE TOILET!! The Health Department weds to review the cleanliness of this food prep at this Truck Stop! PLEASE BEWARE! 😡

Went in for some food and wanted a pizza. All 4 pizza options had pork on them.Called manager and asked if they could add an option for pork free pizza. He said if I buy the whole pizza they could make it.So I asked why you don’t have to pay for an entire pizza with pork but non-pork was all or nothing. He had no answer. I told him not to worry about it...he obviously wasn’t.Too many of your customers don’t eat pork for religious and health reasons. It would seem like an easy fix but not this time.

One of the best Ive been to. Get the pot roast and broccoli for a side. Man thats a good meal.Manager is cool, the lil girl working the register is awsum.Leave your road rage in the truck these folks are fun.

There are two entrances for trucks ; but you won’t see the sign of the 2nd one after you exited from Interstate

Been Stopping/Showering At This Location Since August 21, 2020...Each Week Theres A 1-2 Hour Wait On A Shower. Poor Management And Lackluster Staff Consistently At This Location.

The store is cleaner than average. The shower line is ridiculous, WiFi is not so premium as it wont stay connected and the DQ is closed at 7:30 PM.

Oh this place was amazing! I was going over my receipts and couldnt place it but when I looked at the photos it all came back! Its huge! There are little shops and food booths all throughout, tons of things to buy on the shelves, many that are healthy, and a good refrigerated and frozen section, many drink selections. Its almost like a mini mall but not too big that youll get lost or exasperated/overwhelmed. I can only imagine the services they have in the back for the truckers. There was a big sign on the door that said they accepted EBT even.Friendly people working there, as I must have looked lost and a lady at one of the food stands directed me to the restroom. Then another clerk saw me standing there with my arms full and waved me over to get checked out. All very nice. The parking lot for gas was pretty crowded, but thats to be expected and worth it. I noticed that it says today (5/23/20) that gas is $1.60 but I noticed I paid $1.66 on 5/13/20. Normally gas is going up and its a bit more expensive than what I paid on my trip. But still reasonable. Ill definitely be on the lookout for The Pilot when I have to go through there on my way to Arkansas next month!

I always unplugged the fan. I think this photo speaks for itself of what I do not want blowing in my clean hair. I would greatly appreciate if The Pilot Traval Center Management could have this addressed by that clean department. I guarantee your fan at home doesnt look like that. So if the moto is * Serving Americas Drivers*. I think you need to raise your level of service to your Patrons. That in no way shape or from quilfies you as the cleanest showers on the road. As I have heard this company boast in advertising. Thanks for your ear.

This gas station used to be the best. Always had the best breakfast etc. We have tried multiple times to come and get breakfast here recently and every time we go they are out and nothing is prepared. The employees are just standing behind the counter talking. 😡

We stopped at this Pilot traveling both directions on our trip. Its a good place to buy gas, and we ate breakfast there on the way home. The biscuits and gravy were very tasty.

You charge the same per slice and this is equal?Not going to come here again.

Great selection of food and drinks, above average bathrooms, at least 2 cashiers every time we stop in. They lose two star due to false advertising. They post sale prices on cold drinks, but registers ring up higher prices unless you join their discount club. They should clearly state that on the coolers.

This company has travel centers (truck stops) at a large number of interstate exits throughout North America. I use them on business trips quite often. They accommodate the average travelers as well as the professional truckers and couriers. I have found that their facilities are clean and well maintained. They usually have a fast food restaurant from a nationally recognized chain; as well as, a huge selection of handy travel food, blue tooth electronics, and vehicle accessories. I have been using the Pilot Travel Centers for many years and can highly recommend the company.

Not even worth giving one start as a review. The assistant manager is very rude and he’s more worried about talking negative about people that work their at the pilot then doing his job. His name is DeAndrea. This should be a place of business strictly not filled with drama especially from the assistant manager. Be aware if you are applying for a job here. They also hire people that are just straight nasty and they don’t practice good hygiene This isn’t even the beginning of the problems this store has.

We love Pilot. Clean bathrooms, fresh foods, polite employees.Plus if you have their card you get5 cents off gas. Even though it is a truckers stop, it is always clean.And if you are traveling long distances you can even take a shower there. AAA rating

This was one of the cleanest truck stop gas stations I have ever been to. Great location and atmosphere. They have everything you could possibly need for a long-haul driver and even non commercial vehicles, nice showers, nice restrooms. Great place to stop for a rest if youre traveling. Oh yeah 87 gas was 1.86 gallon.

Clean bathrooms and roomy drivers lounge. Do your laundry, get a shower. Or just sit and relax. Nice hot food always available. Plenty of parking, usually, or you can reserve a spot if you wish. Pleasant atmosphere and kind faces behind the registers.

Clean updated showers. Very friendly staff all around. This is one of the best Pilots Ive been to. Only wish there was more parking but theres more than the really small ones at least.

Stop there when going out of town. Love the convenience of it. Nice friendly staff. An endless supply of drinks and snacks and fresh baked goods and sweets. Never a bad time there.

The staff was very friendly and everything was clean and tidy. Some of the best selections on teas and coffees Ive ever come across at a gas station/convenience store. Parking lot well lit and clean and bathrooms were very clean as well.

ConveniencePros: offers a market, restaurants, fresh coffee and seating, and showers to over-the-road truckers. Very friendly people that greet you as you come in. A variety of fast food.Cons: the meals are inexpensive and not filling. They could have a more varied selection of eateries. Dont try to exit at the stoplight or you will possibly wait 5 to 10 minutes for the light to change.

Pilot stores all a great place to stop while traveling. Great place to freshen up, stock up on snacks, take shower, usually have fast food restaurant attached and have their own hot food also. Coffee is usually very good also

Zero star for tire service, I wait in the office 15 minute and white fat guy with beard speak me nothing and I left with no questions. I need to put 8 new tires to my trailer . Need to change the staff member very rude

I stop by the Lebanon Pilot 3 - 4 times a week.This morning I have the attendant $39 cash split between fuel on pump #6 and a 3 for $6 breakfast meal. They only authorized $27.44 for fuel. I have been up all night working and Im tired, at first I left to go pump my fuel but before I got to the door it hit me. How did $27.44 + $6.56= $39. It doesnt. Thats stealing.The attendant told me that I only gave her $34 in an condescending tone. I know exactly how much cash that I had and where every damn penny came from. How dare this person act like I was lying to her without an audit of her register.I WILL NEVER WASTE MY TIME OR MONEY AT THIS LOCATION AGAIN.Update:The response from the owneran hour agoWe appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback.Seriously????This is a testament of how sad this location actually is.No apologyNo concernMr. or Mrs. Owner, you may shove your appreciation straight up your backside.

This location is amazing. Weve stopped at several pilots during our travels. The coffee station is amazing. I think its awesome that I can grind the beans and have my coffee made all at a push of a button. The hey have a great food selection. From subway to the centers own creations. Its always clean and neat and the staff is friendly.

It was awesome. The cinnabon lady Nikki was amazing. Greeted me with a big smile and happy Welcome to Pilot, when I walked through the door and went above and beyond to make sure my visit was delightful. The restrooms were exceptionally clean. The coffee host was amazing and her greeting was just as wonderful as Nikkis. This is the best pilot experience Ive had in a long time.

I always stop at Pilot any time i am driving. I really have never had a bad experience at any of their facilities. They are always clean and well stocked with all your travel needs

No COVID safety practices enforced. Customers and employees walking around with no masks or masks pulled completely below chin. Nothing was said to customers entering without a mask.

Not bad for in the middle of no where. It was clean. We didnt use the showers we just got fuel this trip. But typical pilot. Good coffee for coffee drinkers so my husband says. Idk I dont drink coffee. But I cant wait till pumpkin hot chocolate hits the hot chocolate machine again this year. 😉

When I’m on long road trips, I prefer fueling up at truck stops. They’re just so much more roomy. Pilot and Love’s are my two favorite truck stop chains. Pilot always has fresh coffee and their gas prices are usually cheaper than most other stations in the area.

I stopped here three times a week 4 gas. One day they had no gas, four five times dairy Queen was closed at 3 in the afternoon, Subway is open 24 hours a day but they dont make bread on third shift so they may be out of bread. Dont do much good to stop and get a sandwich made if you dont have bread. I suggest that yall get some new management!!!

Great stop! Clean store, showers were clean with lots of pressure and the hot water never ran out. The staff made this pilot even better friendly made us feel welxome from the time we entered until we walked out the door.

It was great. Even though I just get coffee, I loved it. The people were nice and the costumers were in good control. Most every place has horrible people in it but this was probably the best experience of a Pilot of any other store for that matter. Thanks!

5 stars just because I love this pilot. But as a truck driver its usually a total pain getting through the fuel islands then through the parking lot. Once your parked and that stress is behind you its a top notch place. Friendly staff(just like all pilots and FJs) and good food..

This is the nicest Pilot Travel Center Ive ever been to! The restrooms were very clean and modern an orderly. They even have a barber shop! Large coffee selection large soda fountain selection, and even frozen drinks. Like most quick stores like that they have all the snacks and bottled drinks available also. This one has its own daily where they had fried chicken pizza but there was also a Dairy Queen in a Subway. Follow that with a Cinnabon! Friendly service. They have showers available for truckers.

Nice & clean place to stop for gas & get a bite to eat. Always good, fair prices & friendly service. If your traveling with a pet, there is a grass lot on left side thats always mowed & perfect place to let them stretch their legs too.

I saw all the good reviews about the main store and regular customers bathrooms and agree but as far as the driver lounge and showers are concerned I have to give it one star. Very, very dirty. Skip this shower if you can.

No option to rate Subway. Found a hair baked into my my cookie. A think white one. They gave me a replacement cookie but now I’m afraid to eat it.

Very friendly. And not that long of a wait in line during busy hours. Staff is always nice and helpful. The bathroom is clean. Ive never took a shower there. But I do know that if they are out of showers the manger is nice enough to run to dollar store down the road and buy more. And that he also helps the homeless that come around when he can. The food is really good as soon as you walk through the door you can smell it and the price is just a little high. But hey if you want home cooked food on the go then you pay for it.

I only took a shower because after that I didnt trust anything else in the store, no toilet paper when the dispenser holds 2 commercial rolls, the towel rack falling off the wall, the towel itself looked as old as the truck stop and the wash cloth was one of those cheap ones that come 10 for a dollar at Walmart I dont mention the condition of the floor mat because there wasnt one. I definitely wont be stopping here again its hard to believe their corporate office is right down the road.

Even though this is a very busy location, the employees were friendly and helpful. This store has just about anything you could want or need for traveling long distances or just across town. Prices are good as well, especially on gas.

This Pilot has been recently renovated and the new setup has lots of lunch and on the go options for travelers or locals looking for a quick meal. The store is clean, has convenient access to I40, and the staff that I have interacted with are friendly. About the only negative with this location is that car parking is limited and seems to frequently be full.
