Had a terrible experience with Albany Corporate store. These guys fixed me up in no time. Highly recommend

They didn’t come out of the break room even after knocking on the counter, calling the store phones and asking if anyone was there. Had to knock on the door and it still took 10 minutes for anyone to come out

The staff at this store treated me with far more patience than any other ive visited lately.I was welcomed into the store multiple times and felt absolutely no pressure and was comfortable asking lots of questions. The employee who was helping me is named Melissa H. She explained that she is fairly new to this position but I would not have guessed this was the case due to her courteous disposition as well as her efficiency in regards to the setup of my plan. Very helpful employees with great energy. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience in this store. They even charged my phone for me while I was there, so it didnt die while I was getting the upgrade on my tablet. I appreciated their knowledge and their enthusiasm. I also liked the fact that they were able to answer all of my questions and did so in a way that was professional, yet had a personal touch that made me feel comfortable and at ease. I left with a smile on my face, a phone with a charged battery and a really cool new tablet!

Bought our daughter a phone from them and paid $80 extra for lifetime screen savers. Went in to get them 2 months ago and they didnt have any available. Called again a month ago and still none. Called yesterday and they said they would have one shipped from Eugene and there on Tuesday or Wednesday. She just dropped her phone and cracked the screen. Sure would have been nice to have that screen protector I paid for......

Its a great store...... sometimes. Some of the workers are absolutely great. They are very knowledgeable and helpful and will take the time until you are satisfied. While others, in fewer cases can be rude. They also have let go of many of there great employees which is a main reason why I dont like it. But all in all, good and bad, out of all the phone stores in Corvallis I would recommend this one.

Went in for an Apple watch with my Boyfriend and we were very very pleased! Melissa was so nice and made the process very easy and pleasant! Best customer service, and she is knowledgeable! Definitely recommend going to this location with any wants or questions for your phone needs.

Sarah was EXTREMELY helpful, respectful, and kind! We got right in and she was straight to the point, gave us tons of information and was the most helpful person I have dealt with so far. We got everything taken care of and left satisfied and informed!

Melissa is the most outgoing and amazing person. She was very straight forward and made everything so simplistic with the most enthusiastic attitude ever. Very much recommend going to her for all your Verizon and phone needs.

I feel like Verizon likes to try and cover up the actual costs of things. Not only this store but Verizon in general. The times I have been to this location the staff have been professional and helpful but that is about the only thing good I can say. Verizon does have some of the best coverage out of all carriers but it comes at a price. If I didnt feel like they were trying to hide the actual costs of the phone plans by breaking it down to all the separate fees and start up costs I would give a better rating. I like the short and to the point knowing what I will pay every month.

Working with Sarah and the team was fantastic. They knew exactly what they needed to do to help me get everything that I needed. Theyre friendly and fun and made switching to Verizon the experience that I hoped it would be!

The Verizon store in Lebanon, OR is amazing!! The store manager Josh is fantastic and so helpful. We always receive the best service and leave satisfied. All of the employees are friendly. Ask for Josh he will get you all setup and make sure you understand what you are getting.

Great folks at the store, they really changed my attitude toward Verizon in a good way! They took time to explain everything and listened to my continuous questions with patience. I will definitely be by again soon to get my daughter a phone for her birthday.

Terrible service. They take far too long. Bought screen protector, went to get it replaced and they were out. Dropped my phone and screen cracked and they refused to fix it stating their lack of inventory was not their fault and my problem. Staff is rude and snarky.

We had originally gone to the Albany Verizon store and they sold us a phone, but zero service. Somehow they managed to put a different number on our plan on to our new phone and dropped one of our phones altogether. We went frantically into the Lebanon store and the manager Sarah calmly listened and fixed Everything! Shes Amazing!

Sent my Dad in to get a new phone (I have him on my account). Talked to him after the getting the phone, extremely agitated and frustrated.I called the store and talked with the employee that worked with my Dad.He had an answer for everything. Didnt do anything specifically wrong.Just didnt listen to my Dad (or me really), and be patient with his needs. When my Dad doesnt know what or why they are doing things, its frustrating.By the way, I had called earlier to ensure experience would go well. Oh sure, well take good care of him.DIDNT happen.When I called them after my Dad explained his experience. The guy at Verizon just didnt give me a good deal confidence that he really cared. Technically correct..I guess.Hes not looking at from an 85 year old and how he experienced the transaction.My suggestion...go to Albany.... to the real Verizon store. I usually get better service from the real Verizon stores compared to the authorized dealer.

Visited the Lebanon Go Wireless locations and had a great experience. Got myself the new Samsung Galaxy S7 and I LOVE it. Josh and Alex did a great job getting it set up and explaining everything, they even put my screen protector on for me!! A+ for Awesomeness!

Best Verizon store I have ever been in. Only had to wait 5 minutes for help. Caleb got the job done quickly and correctly. Wish all Verizon stores could be this good!

I went in to get an upgrade and was unsure of which phone to get. Josh told me a little bit about each phone that I was considering and decided to go with the Note5. The customer service was great, I got all my questions answered and left feeling very confident about my decision in the Note5. The other consultants were very friendly too. Very pleased with my service.

Customer service was excellent, Joshua B. Was both knowledgable and professional while helping us with our multiple questions between choosing new phones as well as arranging us into a new plan. Four adults on one plan can be hard to reconcile but everyone left feeling satisfied and heard. I would highly recommend him to a friend.

There was a 5 to 15 minute wait every visit. They cant follow directions and I ended up with two accounts and two bills because they didnt use the account Verizon had set up, instead creating another...in spite of my reminding them that the account was already created. They never had a replacement screen protector available for a phone that was the top LG at the time of purchase. It had to be ordered and I had to make an additional trip to their store.When I was looking to buy another phone, I went back a few times asking about promotions. By the time my phone died on Christmas Eve after 1.5 yrs, it wasnt worth the deductible the insurance charges, so I needed two phones. I called Verizon and took advantage of the BOGO promo, but the store didnt have them, so they were mailed. Imagine my shock when I gave my time and business to this store and they wanted to charge $20 each to put the screen protectors on them that I ordered from Verizon with the phones! I was still considering purchasing another phone, tablet, and accessories, but this very quickly changed my mind! It was worth the time and gas to GO TO THE REAL VERIZON STORE! I wont be returning to this store.

I had a phone that needed an unusual process to become active. Steven was most patience contacting tech services twice. After following their lead, he cleared my phone, found information, contacts, and pictures. He helped me with setting up new settings and apps. This process was time consuming. His patience was phenominal. While I was there both he and the manager, Josh, helped another customer with patience

After trying online to get a phone switched onto my plan, Shane was able to take care of the switch in less than 10 minutes with no fuss, no issues, no cost. Additionally, all 3 salespeople were friendly, upbeat and helpful.

The guys there are awesome. The Women are condescending and suck at customer service. She was unable to to for me what the did just a few weeks earlier in the same store. None of this would have happened if the first phone worked properly. I ended up just going to Albany. The looked at my license, gave me the SIM card that Lebanon was going to charge me 10 bucks for. You dont scold your customers, especially in front of other customers. Ill just go to Albany, less frustration

WHAT A JOKE! This store doesnt care about their locals or honoring what they say. Youre better off to go to Albany and go to Costco or the ACTUAL Verizon store on Pacific Blvd. Dont waste your time. Here theyll screw up your bill, charge you extra for things you really dont need, and tell you that you have a warranty-only to tell you months later that they wont honor said warranty any longer. This establishment doesnt care about their customers, thats clear by the employees lack of desire to help the employees in the store during my latest visit. What a disappoint for a small town store.

Initially I asked my son to visit the store for issues concerning my Verizon bill. I was feeling distraught and upset . In may i purchased an i phone.at that time i was offered the promotional tablet . I was told it would only raise bill little. Six hundred more! Caleb a lebanon employee was more than willing to help. He did everything in his power and then some to put my heart and mind at ease, he spent over an hour adjusting talking and explaining to me. He trulywent above and beyond . I am satisfied..

I have been a customer with these guys for a long time. However, when I walk into a store to inquire about iPhone pricing, I do not want to hear is how Apple is a horrible business partner that is hard to work with. I want to hear how I can get into a new iPhone. Tonights experience reminds me of when I first went to these guys for an iPhone. The sales person tried and tried and tried to switch me over to an Android like he did on the customer before me. It wasnt until I finally got him to sign me up for an iPhone that I got him to admit they were making kickback commissions on every Android sale.

Absolutely the worst customer service ever. My aunt joined verizon almost 2 weeks ago. Order a new phone. Was told it would be here in a few days. We are know going on 2 weeks and no phone. All they keep telling her is that it should be here in a few days. REALLY!!! If we ordered it online we would have it over night.

I had quite the experience with Verizon this week. Updating to IOS 10 caused my phone to just die, basically. I spent an entire day on the phone with customer service trying to have a new phone sent to me. Enthusiastically waiting my phone to arrive, I was crushed to find out it was sent to my parents house (who is the account holder). I recalled customer service and they overnighted the replacement again. It arrived the next morning as anticipated. I brought my new phone into Lebanon Verizon and Jay was awesome. He helped me with everything I needed and was super understanding of my frustrations. If you got problems.... GO SEE JAY!!
