Josh made the car selling process easy. I was ready to sell my Jeep due to the demand in the used market and Josh made the transaction seamless. He was up front and fair with me from the start and he had all of our paper work ready to go when we dropped it off. 5 minutes later we were out the door. I will be purchasing a new Tahoe in the next couple months and this will be the first and only dealership I will go to. Thank you again Josh!

Karen in finances is very good at her job as well and will position all options accordingly. This is honestly the best experience Ive had at a dealership. The service department did a fine job. They managed to get our VOLT in for a charging system error very quickly. My only disappointment was the amount of the bill I felt it was excessive seriously they had to hook up a computer and reprogram something.With no cars on the lot to sell they must be trying to make up for lost profit through the service bays. Ill have to work 15 hours to pay for this service call but without the car I couldnt get to work. Thanks again for the great job getting me in and repaired.

Went to shop for repairs, scheduled appointment, dropped for vehicle the night before using their key drop option and paperwork. When we went back to pick up the vehicle we noted that they in milage on their service paperwork was 4000 miles more than odometer...hummm...the service warranty is only good for 4000 miles .. I brought this up to cashier..she made a note of it...called back twice to get a corrected reciept. Not received one yet .. Sony recommendations to ALL. WATCH your paperwork for this issue and get corrected before you leave shop...

After months of looking, yesterday I finally bought the truck I wanted, a 2021 Trail Boss but my post isn’t about that. I stopped by with my son and Jesus greeted me like all sales people do, I was in a hurry, asked a couple quick questions and asked him to text me about one of the trucks as I was In a hurry. Late that night he did and apologized for getting busy. He was so polite and extremely informative even to the point of making me realize I could do a pass through with my current vehicle to my son, which I never heard of before. Unfortunately he was going on vacation the next day but told me that Skeeter would contact me and within an hour he did just that. He messaged me and answered me on so many questions I had (I was working) and we met that next day. I do not like buying vehicles or being pressured to buy but these two gentleman made this experience the best I have ever had to go through. Completely upfront with everything. Major thanks and appreciation to these two for being patient and helping me and my son out.

My wife and I had loan approvals and agreements to purchase 2 new vehicles returning on sat to sign documents one car was sold to someone else after verbal agreement our credit scores were same but my car ended up paying $2000 more interest they should have compaired both rates with GMFinancial first the one car had a small chip on bumper Also car should have been first come first serve to customer dealer refused to offer thing to correct all issues as a first time customers the cars were not prepaired right still had dirt lines on paint from plastic while shipping on doors I feel warranty’s should have been offered for free or reduced dealer was very rude handling issues they said take delivery of vehicle or we can tear up contract never been to a dealer who just wanted a sale over customer satisfaction we had 2 trade ins which they will make $8000 off of and dealer makes $8000 selling 2 new vehicles then in contract they agreed to install a bike hitch on one car and service wanted to charge customer $30 to install it contract says no charge on delivery has to order hitch from GM will not return to buy another vehicle in future

My trip to Bob Pulte Chevrolet was top notch! The location is very clean and the pricing is very reasonable. Deondre, my salesman, went above and beyond. I was blown away by how professional, knowledgeable and totally awesome he was to work with. He was quick to respond to emails and answered any questions I had with full transparency. I never once felt pressed to purchase a vehicle, the type of behavior that sent me away from another dealership just this past week. I was over the moon with the help I received from Karen in finance as well! She had the best financing options laid out very quickly, was incredibly informative, and made the paperwork process quick and fun! 110% worth the drive to Lebanon. I have used this dealer multiple times for our truck. They have always been professional and very helpful. Two years ago we were loaded with a bed full of luggage, food, ect. We also have a bed cover. When leaving for our trip the tailgate latch came undone and we could no longer get into the bed of the truck. Called three dealers in route and no one else could get us in, But Bob Pulte took it on and had it fix and us back on the road in no time. Been pretty dedicated to them after that experience. Thanks again.

I would not recommend Bob Pollly to anybody. I bought a used car off them the water pump started leaking Key was broke not even 30 days after purchase of the car. And they didn’t want to stand behind their word and fix it instead wanted to try to charge me $700 to replace the water pump.

Terrible experience! I went to look at a Jeep Wrangler. The first time it had an issue with the battery, then it had a thermostat issue. I finally got to test drive it and we made a deal on price etc. I go to make the deal and the Jeep is leaking oil like the Exxon-Valdez oil spill. They then said they have to fix it and order the part. Took over 2 weeks to get it fixed. So then I am told its ready but they raised the price $1500 to cover the repairs after we made a deal and agreed on the price. I am told we are losing money.... I waited almost a month for this Jeep for them to jack the price up! Then the real trick is they made another inquiry on my credit without my permission to try to get a lower rate and get the payment I was wanting. I am contacting legal advice about running my credit without my permission after 3.5 weeks of waiting. Really shady deal. I would avoid.

Took my car in for a simple fix, code P2138. My appointment was at 8:15am. I waited in the parking lot for 5 hours expecting to wait maybe an hour. My husband called them at the 5 hour mark to see what was going on with my car and they told him the guy that was fixing my car went on his break. Then got a call about 20 minutes later when we had given up and gone home that my car was done. 4 days later my engine light came on again and threw the same code. Ended up fixing my car myself. They couldn’t even figure out why my speakers weren’t working with the 5 hours they had my car. Worst service I’ve ever had with a Chevy dealer. This one is a waste of time and money.

I had 2 passenger side window deflectors in which the 3M double sided tape was coming off that was installed by the dealer when I purchased the vehicle. I contacted Bob Pulte Chevrolet and spoke with Blake in service. He ordered a different (better set) than was originally installed. They went inside of the door, instead of sticking to the paint on the outside of the door (much better design). These new deflectors were at a very reasonable price and I could not be happier with them. Blake and the service manager Randy were really helpful and the folks at Bob Pulte really seem to have the customer at the forefront of their business model.

I have to say I love this dealership first time I went with my girlfriend and she got a nice deal on a nice optima and didn’t take long at all. We love the car and the experience. Then 2 years later on that anniversary of buying that car I went and got a used Chevy truck again in and out in barely anytime all great deals and vehicles and I love it...way better then anywhere I’ve been like a dealership that wastes 3+hrs of my time ...so I suggest coming here when they have a vehicle you want, you won’t regret it.
