Love the waiting area and comfortable accommodations. More importantly, the scheduled service was fast and efficient. Thank you for be considerate of your patrons time. I really appreciate the service which was provided.
Everyone was incredible from the start; from driving on the lot to driving off the lot. Mrs. Melody greeted me outside with a smile. I told her exactly what I wanted and she went straight to Tyler. Tyler heard my wishes and respected them as well. Tyler fought for me with the financial institutions and he won. Angelia sealed the deal with patience and kindness. Mitchel even put a smile on my face. The entire dealership is amazing.
First started working with the sales manager, Nick Hunter. He was fantastic to work with and offered a great offer for my trail boss. I really appreciated not being low-balled. I came back the next day and was then warm-handed to Melody who really was the icing on the cake. She was a relatable local who made the process very simple and enjoyable. This is my 2nd purchase from Wilson County Motors and I’ll definitely go back.
Check in person was very courteous. Service time was reasonable. Waiting area was very clean and nice. Free Coffee.Check out person thanked me and wised me a good day.Good experience.
Marco was phenomenal. 10/10.He is affable, knowledgeable, and very professional. He listened to me and took my needs into consideration. I cannot recommend him higher. He isnt like other sales people I have worked with in the past that feel pushy and disingenuous and have the typical salesman feel. He felt genuine and earnest. For a pleasant car buying experience, see Marco, hes going to listen to you. Thanks Marco for getting me back on the road in Style!I also want to shout out to Kristen in the service department. She has always been amazing. 10/10 every encounter. Affable, compassionate, and professional.Shes amazing.
I called to see if they took walk in appointments for oil changes because my truck was ready for one. Though they usually don’t, they made an exception and was able to get it done way under the 2.5hr wait they originally estimated it to take. I cannot stress how important it is for someone like me that I can get my oil changed on a Saturday and not have to take off of work during the week to have it done. The friendly staff, and the accommodating time frame is why I will be back
I have personally never taken delivery of a 53k vehicle with absolutely zero reconditioning. I would expect a GMC dealer to do a reasonably good job at delivering a 3 year old one owner Denali in decent shape. I traded for the car when it was raining so I basically put my trust in this dealership to deliver. They did not. I had to recondition all for wheels, they are charging me $300 to fix a blatant large scratch, the car was not detailed. I took delivery with a wad of chewed gum stuck in the middle console, I’ll also have to have a full detail inside and out at a cost of $250. The carpets were horrible and there are stains all over the center console and the leather seats have not been cleaned. Be a little cautious here as I will have to spend around $1000 to bring this car up to the way it should have been delivered to me.
It is always difficult to get an appointment for service. Its fine if trying to schedule regular maintenance and can wait a few weeks. But if you need a repair be prepared to wait a week or two. Happens every time. My AC went out and went in this morning. Have to wait a week for an appointment. Contacted another dealership and they were able to schedule it immediately and got great customer service. Will be doing business there from now on.
Found a beautiful C7 Z06 here with very low mileage. It was a seamless and low pressure encounter when going to purchase the car from out of state. When I got the car home one of the tires wouldnt hold pressure and I quickly realized they were all cracking due to age. I called the dealership and without any hassle at all they said they would replace the tires for no charge. The sales woman I worked with is named Sherry and I couldnt recommend her more. Very quick correspondence when it came to purchasing the car as well as handling the issue that arose after purchase. After this interaction I can confidently tell you that when you purchase a vehicle here you are in good hands and they will cater to your needs even after youve signed the papers! I purchase vehicles on a near yearly basis and I will definitely be back when the time comes for a new one!
I drove down from Oklahoma and burned up a RF wheel hub assembly, called and told them I was bringing it in the next morning and they had my truck ready to go by 1pm that day, that was awesome and a great relief because it kept me on schedule to return home on time. Great work and great experience. Thanks to my service writer I believe her name was Crystal.
I have always loved a chevy until I bought the 2015 chevy trax my catalytic converter has went out for the fourth time in six months time something is definetly not right but the worst thing about it is the wait time for a new part to come in I havent had my car for three weeks now and ofcourse they dont offer loaner cars anymore I cant afford to rent a car plus pay the 1332.29 for my car to be fixed when and if the part ever gets here its ridiculous having to wait this long when I was told the parts were coming from Michigan and when I just called someone else said they were coming from overseas I will not buy another chevy ever again I do have one good thing to say though teri has called everyday to let me know the status and I do appreciate her
Brandon our salesman made our experience easy. The owner Mitchell made sure we had a no nonsense experience. We traded and was placed a new vehicle in record time with little haggle needed. It was a pleasure doing business.
It was pleasure to work with Marco. He is very knowledgeable and answered all the questions immediately. Every step in the process was very clear and all the numbers communicated up-front. I came from Atlanta area to buy 2021 Yukon and do not regret driving 4 hours each direction (definitely spending few hours in Nashville).
Took new vehicle in for axle rattle in a 2021 Colorado. Service bulletin from GM outlined the issue and how to fix. Kept the truck for 3 days and said they couldn’t replicate the issue but did tighten leaf springs. It still rattles.
We purchase new cars about every 2-4 years and have been to several dealerships in our area, but Wilson County Chevy GMC is the best by far!!! We have purchased 2 vehicles from them now and each time they have treated us very fair without a whole lot of haggeling. I knew what I wanted and had all of the information on each of the vehicles, trade in and new purchase, and they pretty much gave me what I requested. On our recent purchase, Sherry was a great sales rep and handled the transaction in a very professional manner. I think it was the fastest car buying experience that we have ever had! Thanks Sherry!!!
Everyone was extremely nice and helpful. Felt like we were dealing with friends.
I arrived at 9:15 am for a 9:20 am appointment. All three service bays were full of vehicles so I had to wait outside. One by one, the vehicles were more to be serviced. At 9:20 am, the bay door opened and I was motioned to move my vehicle inside. I was promptly greeted, asked my name, and received confirmation of my appointment. The attendant asked if I was waiting while my vehicle was serviced and I responded, yes. I entered the waiting area, set up my laptop at a provided table, and began what I thought would be a long wait in view of the number of vehicles in front of me. Shortly, someone walked up and asked me, if we would like coffee or water while I waited. After waiting only 45 minutes, my name was called and I was informed my vehicle was ready. I gladly paid the very reasonable service amount, enter my waiting and surprisingly washed vehicle, and happily exited Wilson County Motors eager to tell everyone about the incredible experience and service I had received.
I purchased a pre owned certified GM vehicle from this dealership in April 2021. My sales lady was Melody. I cannot praise this lady enough for her assistance in helping me to get into my car. Then there was the two ladies in the finance office that helped me get the paperwork done in a timely and smooth fashion.I would never hesitate to do business with this dealership in the future or to recommend this dealership. It was like doing business with an old friend. Loved the way they took care of me.
My salesman Marco Dos Santos was very helpful during my recent purchase. He is very professional, courteous and kind! I did not feel pressured at all during this buying experience. Marco explained all of the available features in my new car (2021 Blazer) before I drove off the car lot. If you are looking to purchase a new or used vehicle, I highly recommend Wilson County Chevrolet! The team is Awesome!!
Arrived early. Took me in right away. All staff was courteous & professional. One of your staff checked on me to see if she could assist me on my car status. I was in & out of the dealership in 1 1/2 hours, which I find is quite remarkable! Many thanks to your service team members.
Initial contact was via online with Darlene West and ultimately spoke with her and she was excellent in every way. Darlene setup my appointment with sales (Matthew Freeman). Matthew is very polite, cordial and respectful. Really enjoyed dealing with him. Mike in financing was great as well.We did have an issue in the process that has a real possibility of killing the deal and ruining my impression of the dealership, however Mitchel Bone sent an email to follow up on my review of the visit and to his credit he investigated the issue and resolved it. Mr Bone’s attitude and effort is the reason I returned for a second chance. I was worried how we would be treated upon returning and I have to say it was for naught. Everyone was fantastic and I am so happy I returned. Hats off to the entire team at Wilson Country Motors.
Great salesman and other staff. Dealing straight to the point with no run arounds. Beautiful facility with lots of customer amenities.
My car suddenly slowed and warning lights came on while driving home on the interstate mid-afternoon on a Friday. I called Wilson County Motors and told them I was on the way. I knew there was no way it would be fixed in a hurry, but I couldnt drive it like that! I dropped it off and got a rental from Enterprise with the dealership rates. They called Friday before close and told me what the codes read. Not expecting to be worked into the schedule until Wednesday, I was called on Monday with my car service complete. I couldnt be happier with my service!
Good except they didnt wash my car and I had to request it. But not a big deal
The sell was amazing with Lucas, but I haven’t always had a good experience with getting my vehicle serviced. It has really dropped the way I see the dealership. I think a lot of work needs to be done in leadership in that area. If you go through anyone in the service area ALWAYS schedule with Kyle or else you can expect everything to be screwed up. He is genuine as well as Lucas!
Wagner was a great Car Salesman. It did not take long at dealership to buy a new car.I was very pleased with the kindness and courtesy.I am very satisfied with the customer service and all the explaining paperwork and warranty also.I had to do this purchase on my own my husband passed 14 weeks ago and I was afraid to do this purchase. But I trusted your team completely making me feel like I could trust them and felt I made a good purchase.Look forward to seeing them again when I get my car serviced when its time.I cannot Thank them all enough for making this purchase an easy process.
Marco and Mike were amazing to deal with. The process was swift, relaxing and very friendly. I will highly recommend and will be back there for my next purchase. Thanks,Tony & Heather Green
Went for an oil change and told about issue with alternator light and did a diagnostic check without hesitation and no cost.
Courteous and kind, professional yet HUMAN; very personable staff. Great, recurring care of my 2015 Chevy Express, although I was shocked they refused a repair on another GM product I possess based on high mileage. Who refuses to work on their own products? hehe. But the service they HAVE rendered has been exceptional and for that, Im very grateful.
We had an emergency on a vacation trip to NC. Check Engine Light came on, gas engine on Volt no longer available. Proceeded to Wilson Chevrolet on battery alone. After car was checked, a fuse was replaced and main battery was partially recharged. The staff was exceptionally supportive and worked with us to get us back on the road as soon as possible. One of the nicest group of persons at a dealership I have experienced.
Service was complete without a hitch. Waiting accommodations were extremely comfortable with social distancing.
Just bought a car 1 year ago from here. First car that I have ever been able to actually go to a car lot and purchase. The shifter quit working properly and common problem with the newer Chevrolet but instead of fixing it they wanted to charge 400 dollars to do they car is under warranty???? So I tell them no thanks I will get a second option so the charges me 80 just to tell me yea it’s broke just like you said. How can the part the shifts the transmission not be part of the drive train I’m not sure but pretty ILL about it. Do not think the truck I’m about to get will be purchased thru the same place.
Nice new waiting area and prompt service.
I called 4 times and kept getting transferred and was told to leave a message and someone would call me back. I left multiple messages to order a window for my car as my window is currently broken. No one ever called me back. I finally was transferred to the parts manager who said he would order and call me when it came in. I had a feeling he never ordered it. It’s been over a week, I just called and spoke with someone who checked. I was right, he told me nothing was ever ordered for me. So I have been driving around for over 2 weeks with a trash bag covering my window while waiting on getting a window delivered for my car. Thanks for the run around and all your help! I will be sure to drive further for service from an honest Chevy dealership.
Marco and the rest of the team at Wilson County Motors made the buying experience quick painless and fun. Thankfully they had what I wanted and made the experience very smooth. I highly recommend going to see this dealer for any automotive need that you have.
Recently purchased a 2020 Silverado 1500 and both Brandon Vaden and Sherry Jackson were awesome to work with! Answered all my questions and were easy to communicate with through the entire process. This was one of the easiest vehicle purchases Ive had. I highly recommend the whole team over there!
Would not recommend if you want you car or truck to come back with cracks after they fixed something on your vehicle. They said they had me sign a paper before my service that said I know about all the cracks and what not in which I did not sign nor did they inspect my truck to even see what was there. I now have an inch crack in my dash because they “serviced” the air bag even though the light is still on in my truck saying that my airbag needs to be serviced and now I have a crack in my dash Coincidentally right above the passenger air bag that was never there before. Thanks a lot for nothing.
In the past, it would take 2 hours or more for an oil change and tire rotation. This time, I had oil change, tire rotation, and alignment and balance and it only took 1hour 40 minutes. The renovated waiting room is very nice.
I highly recommend anyone looking to purchase a new or used vehicle to get one from Wilson County Motors. Everyone is very friendly and courteous a great group of folks. Brandon Vaden was my salesman he is honest and thoughtful of the purchaser. I went in and told him what kind payment and type of vehicle I was looking for and I left very satisfied. I still love my car. I will never buy from anywhere else. Thanks again for a excellent experience.
Where do I start? Let’s see, this is my fourth vehicle purchase from Wilson County Chevrolet and I’ve used Brandon Vaden every time I’ve purchased a vehicle whether new or used. Brandon has become more than just a salesman to me. Brandon has become a friend that I speak to on more than just vehicle purchasing but we’ve grown to know each other and he is sincerely interested in a person not just money. Angelia in finance is amazing. She has always made sure we receive the best treatment and makes the buying process so easy and stress free. I will always use Brandon and Angelia for my vehicle purchases and I would highly recommend them if you’re looking to buy a vehicle.
Lucas and Nick, the manager, were fantastic. Nick got me the number I needed for my trade and Lucas got me setup in my new High Country. Very happy with my purchase and buying experience at Wilson County Chevrolet.
Everyone in the service department went out of their way to help us after our wreck. They gave us a private room to call our insurance company. They even helped us find a rental car and took us to the rental place. A bad day made easier by Wilson County Chevrolet!
I have a 1200.00 ceramic coating on the paint on my truck. I hand wash my truck biweekly with a special no rinse solution, a special sponge, and a special towel and bucket so that there are no swirl marks or scratches. I never take my cars through a car wash because the brushes are full of grit and rocks that are imbedded in the brushes. It has been a known for a long time by those that care that car washes scratch your cars paint. Wilson County has a car wash that they run everyone’s car through when service is done. When I have my truck serviced, I always have the service writer write no wash on the ticket, and I also have a big placard that hangs from my rear view mirror that says NO WASH. Yet the other day when I had my oil changed, they still ran it through the car wash. I am about hand wash it today and will put a light on it to see if it was scratched. This on top of the service department wrecking another truck I owned before this one while they were servicing it. Maybe I am cursed with Wilson County and should try another dealership.
If I could give Sherry Jackson one million stars I would she was AWESOME super knowledgeable and helpful can’t wait to buy another GM product off her in the future! Thank you once again Sherry your awesome
Dropped a Buick Regal off for service on a Thursday due to an engine light. I let them know I was traveling for work early the following Monday. I called several times on Friday afternoon trying to get an update on the vehicle. Each time I was told someone would call me back, but they never called. I then called 3 times on Saturday trying to get a status. The first 2 times, I was told I would get a call back, and again never happened. Finally later Saturday afternoon, I called and they let me know the technician working on it had the day off so nothing got done. Unfortunately, all car rental places are already closed and it is too late to get a vehicle in order to make appointments on Monday. Very displeased with the lack of any communication and what seems to be a dont care attitude.
Wonderful experience! Looking for the perfect Yukon XL had been like looking for a unicorn! Then when we would find one, it would be sold before we could even get there. Brandon was able to find our dream car, and it was the easiest car buying experience we have ever had! We will be back for our next car for sure! Great experience all the way around!
Beautiful, relaxing waiting area. Friendly and fast service. Thank you!
There were a few salespeople that were nice and seemed to really care about the customers but its not the best place to work. It was like being back in High School and its sad that a bunch of grown people act like teenagers. Working here was like living the movie Mean Girls. I hope things change because Ive heard good things from customers and I think it could be a good place to start a career as soon as some of the staff grows up.
My husband Ryan and I went in just to “look” at vehicles as we were getting ready to buy and I wasn’t 100% sure what I wanted. We were greeted by Marco who took the time to ask me questions about what I was currently driving, what I was interested in and what kind of monthly payment was I trying to stay within without making me feel pressured at all. He wasn’t about to waste our time by showing us something we may love, but then couldn’t really afford. AWESOME!!!We ended up leaving that day with a new 2020 Terrain, which I absolutely LOVE❤️! If you are looking to purchase a new vehicle you owe it to yourself to take a drive to Wilson County Chevrolet, and don’t forget to ask for Marco. You will be glad you did, he is a Rock Star!!🌟
I have had the the worse experience with this dealership service department. My car was left for a day and a half and. No one contacted I had to contact them. The next day they still had not fixed my car and no one knew why. I still have to take it back because they failed to program my key fob!!! Crazy thing is they could not call be about my car NOT being worked on (per someone at the staff mine was the only one) but they DID call me to ask if I wanted a current value in my vehicle 😡
Lucas is a phenomenal sales person. He is very patient and listens to what you want. He also explained the entire process to us and helped us find what would fit our budget. He stayed patient while showing us different vehicles while we took our time to decide what we wanted. He was the best!
My experience was one of my most pleasant and efficient truck purchasing experiences ever. Marco was knowledgeable, pleasant, and straightforward. Thanks Marco!
If you’re looking to shop online with Wilson County Motors, I strongly suggest looking elsewhere. I cannot speak to how they treat potential customers who shop in person, but their actions made it clear that they do not care to sell to online shoppers. Also, do not give them your email address, they will spam you with auto-generated emails that you cannot unsubscribe from. This is just a summary, the details of my experience are below.I have clicked the unsubscribe link and followed directions to unsubscribe at least 4 times, yet I am still getting spam emails from them about a vehicle they don’t even have anymore. I sent an email to the salesman (Marcus Lewis) named in all the spam emails asking to be unsubscribed but that email was ignored and I continue to get spam emails to this day months later. I have filed a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission to report this spamming since I have gotten no response from Wilson County Motors.Soon after I decided to look elsewhere for a vehicle, I got an auto-generated email from Wilson County Motors asking for my feedback from my experience with them. I sent the email below to both the salesman (Marcus Lewis) and the owner (Mitchel Bone) and have yet to get a response. This email was sent in late December 2020. I am not including the timeline referenced in the email in this review in an effort to not make the review longer than it already is.“Marcus/Mitchel,In hopes of future customers having a better experience, I am providing my feedback on my experience with Wilson County Motors.Overall it was an extraordinarily poor experience. Looking back, I am glad that I did not proceed with purchasing a vehicle from Wilson County Motors because I have no reason to believe that I would have received any more attention or assistance during the purchase process than I did during the inquiry process.Instead of trying to explain what my frustrations were, I have included below an entire timeline of my interactions with Wilson County Motors. The main points that should be taken from this timeline are:1) My requests for someone to contact me via phone were ignored 6 times. I was never called at any point by anyone at Wilson County Motors.2) My inbox was spammed with auto-generated emails sending the same information that I had already obviously looked at on the website. Sometimes I was sent the exact same auto-generated emails multiple times. Makes it clear that nobody is paying attention to the questions I am asking or actually trying to help potential customers.3) There was absolutely zero follow through from anyone at Wilson County Motors. Marcus never followed through with calling me as he said multiple times that he would. Mitchel never responded to my email or called me as his email said that he would. My experience with Wilson County Motors was in stark contrast to a dealership I sent an inquiry to on 12/22. From the time of my sending the initial online inquiry to that dealership to the time I got a call from them was 7 minutes. Compare that to the 6+ days since my inquiry submission to Wilson County Motors and still no call.I spent so much time on this feedback because I will likely be posting in a Google review soon so that others don’t have to waste the same amount of time I did in trying to conduct business with Wilson County Motors. To be fair, I will wait a few days in order to give you the chance to respond or ask questions and will include your response to this feedback (or potential lack thereof) in my forthcoming Google review. Thanks,Justin”
My wife and I, on Sunday, July 18, traveling from Arkansas to North Carolina on vacation with our 2 grandsons, suffered an electrical problem with my 2016 Tahoe at Lebanon, TN. After stopping for gas the Tahoe would not start. Monday morning, July 19, I was able to get diagnostic service at Wilson County Chevrolet and after several hours and $400 expense, my Tahoe was returned to me and I was advised repair was complete following installation of a new battery and a repair to a loose wire under the spare tire compartment (as per a Chevrolet Bulletin.) We continued our travel and after a stop 300 miles further the Tahoe again would not start...exhibiting the exact same conditions prior to the repair at Wilson. I had to get the Tahoe towed to Boyd Chevrolet in Hendersonville, NC and was advised that due to summer travel related work load it would be one week before it could even be looked at. I had to cancel all pending reservations and travel plans with my grandchildren and rent a car to return to Arkansas. Due to travel season volume resulting in NO rental car availability in Hendersonville I had to locate a rental car and find travel arrangements 75 miles distant from our location for the return trip. (The good news is that Boyd Chevrolet was excellent in their diagnostics and repair work and were able to locate the real electrical problem within the day. ) Unfortunately, as a result of the failure of the Wilson diagnostics and unsuccessful repair and the distance I had to travel to procure a rental vehicle, my family departed the area and now I must return the rental vehicle 700 miles at a cost approximating $1000, to Boyd to pick up my Tahoe. Boyd Chevrolet is to be commended for their rapid response and accurate diagnostics/repair work. This was a very disappointing experience with Wilson County Chevrolet and it leaves me the impression that as we were just traveling through the area with no potential for repeat business, the Wilson folks had no interest in the effectiveness of their efforts.
Marco was professional and pleasant through recent purchase. No bs back and forth on pricing, which was low private party. He even delivered vehicle to my home. Impressed with this dealership and Marco as a rep.
Had an amazing experience here from the moment i got in contact with Sherry Jackson. She was very personable and worked with me even when i was overseas. She was able to work with me during the times I was available even if it was not convenient for her, she was even able to pick me up from the airport to bring me to the dealership. Sherry was just as nice in person as she was on the phone, truly cant thank her enough making the stressful experience of buying a new car as easy and seamless as possible.
I like being able to schedule online.Appreciated same day repair on the issue.Cost was very high though.Appreciated washing my vehicle.Liked the service advisors involved, all were friendly and informative and worked as a team. This can be something they do on their own, but can be because of the atmosphere and culture by management- only you know the answer to that question.
I had a very pleasant experience, everyone was pleasant and attentive. The wait didn’t seem long at all. Very satisfied!
Very professional and friendly. Got the job done quick!
Marco was very courteous, answered all of our questions. We bought the truck and it was delivered to us like they promised; very satisfied with the service.
My wife and I walked in and was immediately greeted by Sherry. She was instantly kind, excited, and welcoming. We have had many other encounters with other car salesman at other dealerships, that are very pushy, and closeminded, Sherry was the total opposite. She went out of her way to make sure we found the perfect car for our family, and not just trying to make a sale. She was fun and I loved the energy she had the WHOLE time. We HIGHLY recommend her and her whole team. We will definitely be going back when its time to buy a new car!
Alot of people say going to the dealership for repairs is the most expensive place to go but not at Wilson County Motors. They got the issue fixed fast and washed my truck to.
The staff from the time I drove onto the lot until I drove out with my new Chevy Equinox were pleasant, knowledgeable, professional, and accommodating to my needs. Stuart Peeler was an excellent sales consultant. He listened and understood my concerns and went above and beyond to find the best fit for my needs.
I purchased a GMC SUV on January 2, 2021 here. Wonderful sales crew. No pressure just informative and helpful. I have bought vehicles from them since 1972 and have always been treated wonderfully. Yesterday was no different. Lucas Miller is a great young salesman and I would strongly recommend him to anyone who is interested in purchasing a vehicle. You will not be disappointed!!!!!
We have purchased many vehicles over the years, and this was the best by far.... Renae was awesome to work with and very knowledgeable. Everything went smooth from finding the truck we wanted all the way through to financing :) Highly recommend :)
Timely efficient and informative to make needed decisions. The team was helpful in making a difficult decision regarding an engine repair.
Marco was extremely helpful and diligent in assuring I was able to get what I wanted. He made the experience painless and enjoyable. You could tell he cared about my desires for my purchase based on him reading over the notes in my file. It was also nice that he was able to entertain my daughter as we were going over paperwork. I have already recommended your dealership since my purchase. 5 stars is an understatement to the commitment and efforts made at your dealership to ensure your customers are taken care of and happy when they leave.
Marco Santos made everything super easy! He is probably the best rep I have ever worked with.
Mitchel, Sherry and Nick all were a pleasure to do business with and helped me with a purchase that was involved and maybe even a bit unusual. Despite this, they went above and beyond to see that we were well taken care of and Sherry made our experience enjoyable and relaxing, and I might even add - fun! I will definitely purchase another car from them in the future. Love my car and thank yall so much!
It’s a great place to buy a car, you can get a really good deal there. However, it’s a terrible place to work. I would strongly caution anyone against going to work there.
They fixed my car when no one else could. They had the best price. Amazing people with amazing hearts. The best in Tennessee
Was a little early but still met me and took care of svc-faster than I thought
Marco dos Santos was an excellent salesman. He listened to what I wanted and exceeded my expectations. The dealership staff that I encountered were all very kind and great to be around. I would highly recommend Wilson County Motors to anyone looking for a GM or Hyundai vehicle.
Took my Cadillac to this dealership with no appointment, but was taken care of. Very friendly and courteous customer service employees.
Clean garage, courteous staff, nice waiting area, and minimal wait time with an appointment.
Wait times too long in Service Department; otherwise everything is great!
Our Traverse was flooded in a local hotel parking lot on a Saturday night / Sunday morning. We were able to get it towed to the Wilson County Chevrolet Buick GMC and it was in non-operating condition. We were VERY FORTUNATE that the dealership owner visited on Sunday morning when we were trying to get our personal things back out of the vehicle. He listened to our situation and called his parts department manager and he volunteered to come in and make a key for us so we could get back into the vehicle. All the electronics were malfunctioning due to the flood waters. We were able to get our travel bags out of the vehicle with the new key. With a rental car from the airport we were able to continue our family trip to Florida with only a 5 hour delay. The vehicle was eventually deemed to be totaled due to the water damage. I cant begin to explain how much I appreciated the luck and subsequent dedication of the Wilson County team to customer to come in to the dealership on Sunday morning to make us a key so we could get our personal items and continue on while they addressed the issues with our vehicle.
It was fantastic! Im 3 hours away, found a Silverado in the package and color Id been looking for online, it was new to your inventory and Darlene took the time to work with me over the internet (email and texts) to go take pics of the truck herself, text them to me, then Hanna sent me a price quote, then Marco called me right before you were closing to let me know it was available if I wanted to drive down the next morning, which I did! He had it prepped and ready, finance options to explore, discussed a trade, then Belinda got everything printed and signed and I was headed home in @ 90 minutes. Perfect teamwork from the folks at Wilson County.
Broke down on the side of the road and was promptly towed into the hands of Stephen Moon at the Wilson County GMC service department. We suspected a fuel pump issue and I could have easily been charged for thousands in parts and labor for diagnostics, a new fuel pump, and more, stranding me out in Lebanon, TN for a week. Turns out my gas level indicator was going bad and I had just run out of gas. Stephen and his team quickly recommended that I take it to the gas station and continue on down the road. It takes an extremely honest dealership to help someone like how everyone at Wilson County helped me, so I cannot recommend them more. Thank you Stephen and team!
Staff was friendly and responded to my questions and concerns promptly. I took my 2001 Corvette in to have quite a few maintenance items addressed. The repairs were completed in a timely fashion. Thank you Kristen D. and David T.
Savanah is the best car specialist Ive ever met. Theres not a question she cant answer, shes not pushy and understands her customers
Got screwed by Murfreesboro GMC diesel mechanic. Service department couldnt resolve a warranty issue with my 2020 GMC 3500HD AT4, after 4 visits.Went to Wilson County GM and they got it fixed the same day. Even gave me a loaner for the day. Awesome team. Kristen in Service lived up to the hype shared with me by Marco in sales. I am over the moon happy with the team at Wilson.
Beware of how they use your vehicle when you take it in for work. Tracked my new 65k truck through the Chevy app. Watched them drive all over Nashville for 4 hours running errands and delivery parts. Returned my truck to me with unnecessary additional miles and a quarter tank of diesel.Service manager took no responsibility for the use of my vehicle. Very poor customer service. Refused to return my calls. Filed an official complaint with GM.Sad that this is the way they treat a new customer purchasing a high end vehicle.
Salesperson was great - Sherry Jackson. The man (unknown name) she had to get to approve the sale amount was rude and condescending. Drove 4 hours to buy a car, the dealership knew I was out of state; waited until we were done with paperwork to tell me they would not accept a personal check. I made arrangements to pay electronically and that was also unacceptable. I had to make another 8 hour (round trip) to get the car. Had it not been exactly what I wanted, I would not have returned. I left the first day feeling like a criminal - the only person who treated us with any kindness and dignity was Sherry. Lastly, I was told it would be 10 days of transfer paperwork - at day 17 I called. At day 23, I received the paperwork. Vicky (from Wilsons Hyundai dealership, was very nice and easy to deal with) found what I needed and sent it overnight, after multiple phone calls Vicky was the only person who provided assistance. I gave a 2 star rating ONLY because Sherry and Vicky were nice. The rest of the people we encountered were rude and condescending. It was the worse car buying experience I have ever had. Lastly, I arranged a time to come see the car. They knew I was driving 4 hours, one way and I was out of state. If their policy is to not take out of state personal checks, that would have been great information to have shared when I made the appointment!
I was there for an oil change. My appointment was at 8 and I left at 9:15. Felt that was a little long. They did not rotate my tires because a tire dealer did that a couple of days before.
Immediate courteous service, and finished in a very efficiently short time!
Our experience was amazing. Nick Hunter and Savanna Took such great care of us. They were quick and efficient. I expected to be there for so much longer than we were based on other past dealership experiences but they had us in and out with a brand new car nice and quick!! Will definitely be referring my friends there in the future!
Everyone was friendly and courthouse they did a good job on the service and cleaning the truck but the wait was to long I felt. My appointment was at 2pm and I got there around 1:40pm and got my truck around 4:40pm. It was among time to sit and wait.
Staff was professional and very helpful. Definitely a great experience
The service provided was great, but the time was too long. My appointment was for 1:20 pm, I arrived at 1:00pm I left there after 3:00pm for an oil change with tire rotation.
Update: this situation was resolved.I can’t say trustworthiness is at the top of their priority list.Went to test drive some vehicles and run some numbers on a few cars. When we first sat down, we were told our current vehicle (2012 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited) had a recall that did not have a fix on the air bags. It was then explained that the airbags could throw shrapnel throughout the vehicle in a wreck, which isn’t an ideal situation, especially with children in the car, and that it wasn’t safe to drive until it was fixed (but remember, they said there was no fix). Understandably, we were upset. We were quoted a “wholesale” price for a 2012 Jeep that had 75k miles with multiple after market upgrades and an extra set of wheels and tires.Of course we traded because who would want their wife and children in an unsafe vehicle? (This is where things get worse)4 days later they have the “unsafe Jeep” airbags fixed. When brought to their sales managers attention, we were told “they didn’t know” it could be fixed and they didn’t know where the Jeep was currently. then offered us 2 free oil changes. $70 worth of service when they get $5k-$7k more worth out of a vehicle they had convinced us could kill us.So if you want to be lied to, cheated, and made to feel your life is at stake, this is the perfect place for you. But if you were looking for the hometown car dealership you grew up with, this isn’t the place to go.
My car was taken on time and returned about 45 minutes later. The car was serviced and washed. Great experience. Thank you.
Went to wilson county Chevrolet and Marco went above and beyond in getting me in the vehicle at my price range he was amazing
Service Manager, Kristen, was great. She kept me apprised of the progress and even found a way to use my Ally warranty to pay for most of the service. The mechanic dig deep and found all the issues with the differential, instead of just settling for better. It was definitely worth the wait and I would definitely not only have my service done there, but also buy from there again! Thanks!!
Great price on the car, great service from Brandon and Sherry, and total buying experience was positive and easy. Enjoy dealing with a dealership that is responsive and engaged, but doesnt pressure you into a buying decision. Nice job team!
Today Mathew and Tyler saved my entire week! The wife kids and I were headed to myrtle beech from Illinois 6/8/21 in our 02 toyota sequoia. The first 5 hours of the trip everything went smooth until we stopped for fuel in Lebanon. Soon as started the engine after filling up it was miss firing on cpl plugs, chugging cutting out etc. No way in hell would have made the remaining 10hr trek. I happened to pull In to the car lot and Mathew came out to help us. (I really wasnt intending to buy a new vehicle but knew there werent many other options) after maybe 30 min he showed us a 2015 equinox with 89,000 miles that was in the range I needed to be. So we said lets give it a shot (both mine and the wifes credit is not the greatest) so really didnt expect for it to go very far. Buuuut some how they managed to pull it off and with a affordable payment even. Start to finish we were there maybe 2.5-3 hrs. Thats impressive especially since were from A dif state. We will definitely do future business with these guys even tho there 5 hrs away
Does people right stood behind the vehicle they sold me.
I trust the service department with any maintenance or repairs my car needs. They are friendly and provide quality service at a good price.
Everything thing from start to finish was excellent
