Everytime I take my car here it is always excellent service. Everyone is super friendly and helpful and willing to answer all my questions. Maybe a little pricier than your neighborhood garage but the exceptional service is worth it. I never doubt my car is in good hands while they have it. Will never go anywhere else anymore.
About a month ago I purchased a new Passat here. Not only do I love love the car, the service and talent on this team is outstanding! Shout out to AJ, Stephan and the others at this location that helped transfer it from Lancaster. 10 out of 10 would buy here again!!
Very smooth experience with buying my 2019 jetta. Nate was extremely friendly and professional. The day I brought the car home, they had forgot to put gas in it so the sales associate went out of his way to fill it up at Rutters. Great group of people.
Start to finish was a smooth process. I was given updates periodically, so I didnt need to keep following up. The text/chat availability was also a plus! The interaction I had with employees was great, very professional and polite.
I was just leaving the car that we use primarily for family behind after it had caught on fire. I Literally just paid off so that was my familys day and my state of mind. The two sales people never rushed us and were telling us straight not hyped up anything. After waiting for approval or denial we had some great conversations about family and current events. The main thing is it was about 2 hours after they were to be home with their own familys but actually were concerned for mine and trying to get it done that day. I dont write reviews too often but this place and people deserve recognition
I found everyone at Autohaus Lebanon to be very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable . I was very pleased with the deal I made on a new 2021 Volkswagen GTI. These folks bent over backwards both in the sales and service department to make my experience a great one. Quite frankly, Ive never had a more positive experience at any other auto dealer than at Autohaus Volkswagen in Lebanon, PA. These are the kind of folks you want to deal with. I highly recommend this dealership.
Customer Service is alive and well in Lebanon. While unexpected mechanical breakdowns are never fun, It was obvious that staff at H.A. Boyd Volkswagen was on it from minute one. Thru a challenging electrical issue they kept me informed and clearly laid out the plan to resolve. Communication via text and phone was excellent. Both Adam and Amanda went out of their way to keep me in the loop. They said what they were going to do and they did what they said.Their may have been other dealers closer to me but their are none that could have have exceeded the experience I had at H.A. Boyd Volkswagen
All around great service from H. A. Boyd Volkswagen. The Manager Scott, was very helpful in the process of choosing the car that suited me best. Scott was very knowledgeable on all of the vehicles. Scott also gave very good input on what made the most since for me financially. All the way from trading in my vehicle, down to my final selection. The salesman A.J., has the most knowledge about Volkswagen vehicle’s. All the way from the exterior, interior, to the engine, etc. A.J. is the man to see if you ever need to know anything in regards to a Volkswagen. The Financial consultant Parker, was very helpful in the process from start to finish. Parker was able to get me in a price range that I could afford month to month. Also, was able to get everything processed on a Saturday within an hour of closing time. All around great service from the entire H. A. Boyd Volkswagen team. Will definitely use them again in the future, and will definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a new vehicle.
My service experience at H. A. Boyd always exceed my expectations. They are very professional with all phases of their service. OUTSTANDING!
A true no-hassle buying experience and fantastic deal on a new Atlas courtesy of Nate, Stefon and Parker at Autohaus Lebanon. My wife and I stopped in on a Saturday afternoon to simply look at a new Atlas which caught our eye, and by Monday evening my wife drove off the lot with her first brand new vehicle. Nate, Stefon and Parker were true professionals who worked together as a team to ensure our questions were fully answered and they provided us with the best vehicle purchasing experience weve ever had. We highly recommend stopping in at Autohaus Lebanon because it is very apparent they put the customer first! Stop in and ask for Nate first as he will work with you to find a vehicle you like and explain the ins and outs of the vehicle just like he is your best friend showing you his new car. Once Nate is sure hes situated you in the perfect vehicle he will bring in Parker and Stefon to work out the financial details. A fantastic experience for us and we look forward to working with the Autohaus Lebanon team for future vehicle needs! We highly recommend you stop in!!!
Scott, AJ and Parker were very helpful, and even though they had limited staffing restrictions their team went above and beyond with preparing my car to leave the shop. They are very straightforward and have a good selection at the lot. I would recommend them if you’re looking for a nice VW!
Got a 2019 Jetta. Love the car. Scott Ortenzio was great. Easy transaction. Only problem was car was not cleaned after purchase but besides that I see me going back again ...🦀
I really appreciate working with Scott Ortenzio the GM at HA Boyd. I wanted to purchase an Atlas during this pandemic and Scott managed to make it very easy for my wife and I to do so. He has been very quick to respond and is very transparent about the finacing, which turned out to be an awesome deal. We Love our new Atlas and highly recommend working with Scott.
H a Boyd is one of the friendliest honest dealerships I had the pleasure doing business with they are courteous at all times and keep you in the loop I would recommend them to anyone thank you once again
Great experience buying a car from H.A. Boyd Volkswagen! The manager is a great person!
Poor customer service. Period. Find another dealer. Would not give them any star if I could. Took a car in and they blew me off. POOR SERVICE...POOR SERVICE... POOR SERVICETake a further drive and get help.
My tire pressure light came on. I go to a convenience store, put air in. Light still on. I try a different store, same result. I pull into HA Boyd, no appointment. I explain the situation, they take my keys, pull my Jetta right in and Im out within 5 minutes. No charge. Amazing service.
Service is excellent, they communicate prior to any repairs. I bought my Jetta here 6 years ago after shopping at two other dealerships, no games, just a bottom line price. Highly recommend.
I was stuck on the interstate in July of 2016 with a really unusual part failure. The service manager and tech at Boyds bent over backwards to get this distressed traveler back on the road to NC. There was one part and a couple of hours of work; it was done as quickly as possible and for a very fair price. Boyds gets five stars!
There are very friendly people special Scott and AJ I recommend to anyone 5*****
It wasnt bad. They charged me a large amount for what should have been a miniscule fee. The customer service was very kind, however, and overall I felt as pleasant as I could with an empty wallet
Leasing a Tiguan from them was really easy and I didnt feel like I was being taken advantage of at any point which was very refreshing. They allow you to walk around the place without hassling you which is also great. Service center does a great job and has been very efficient.
The parts/service manager takes advantage of elderly people. My 87 year old grandmother ordered a extra set of keys for her 08 jetta. 4 hours later she called to cancel that order because she found her extra set. They told her to call back, the person who cancels orders isnt here. She kept calling back, about 6 times within 48 hours of ordering the key. Then they said the person is on vacation and its too late, you have to buy the key for $230.I finally got on the phone and said were not coming to get the key. We have been trying to cancel the order since the day we ordered it. So they took her to court. They actually went into the court house and filed papers for a set of car keys against an 87 year old women.I went into H.A. Boyd to pay for the car keys myself before it gets to the point where my grandma has to go to court. So I go to pay the $230 and the guy says well now its $415. I said what for? He says well I think thats what I would get if I win in court so thats what I want.As much as I hated giving this low life $415, I couldnt let them take grandma to court. She already was so upset that she spent all last night crying. So I go to pay him and he said, well I throw the car keys away. Are you serious??? Then he has some mechanic fish them out of the garbage can and $415 later I get them.H.A. Boyd and anyone who fanatically take advantage of elderly people are some of the lowest scums on earth.
I am always pleased with the service and hospitality.
When you cant even get a straight answer over the phone as to the cost of an initial diagnostic on your VW, the red flag goes right up. Goes to show, be careful who you have answering calls for your business! Uh... which way did he go George?
Attempted to get a hold of someone to get a price on replacement mirror turn signals but they kept putting me on hold and then they would pick up the phone and place me on hold again. If this is any indication on how they do business at all then I dont and wont take my jetta to them to give them any kind of business.
Brought my recently purchased 2014 passat there for a stalling issue and a check engine light. Also asked for an oil change. 4 days in the shop and i NEVER got a single call. On day 5 i called just to be told 9 codes were tripped all do to low oil. I call BS as i checked the day it was dropped off add it was 1/4 quart low therefore it didnt even need oil. The amazing (blind apparently to) 40 year mechanic said he had to add a quart and a half to the vehicle. I picked up the car on day 6. Despite its only put 5k miles on this vehicle since I purchased it they charged me 77$ toreset the codes and that wasnt covered under the certified warranty nor my additional bumper to bumper warranty. Now I drove 2 blocks from the dealership before it stalled again. The same reason I brought it in for. No oil change was ever done per suttlif vw where my car was towed after Boyd dropped the ball. I was notified it had way too much oil in the vehicle. Surprise exactly a quart and a half extra 😂 now my car had a faulty sensor causing the stalling issue and the oil was changed for real this time. So if you want to be lied to and choose to not get the real issues resolved then yes Boyd is the place for you. As their mechanics are obviously to notch and cannot even check your oil level accurately. Bravo you crooks. Volkswagen makes an amazing car. Its unfortunate a dealership like this is allowed to hang the VW sign above while disgracing such a fine German machine. Yes Ive been awaiting my return call from Boyd still. However they apparently cant even admit when they make a mistake as we all do. 👏
Always where I purchase my VW. AJ is a great sales person. Easy to work with.
My local VW dealer has proven itself dishonest in sales, so I sought a new one. I found my lifelong dealer in H. A. Boyd! Sales and service are both unparalleled. Staff keep their promises, and never artificially inflate prices like their competition. Make the short trip to Lebanon!
Just bought a used car from here yesterday. Great salespeople who didnt try to rip me off and sold me a so far amazing car at a low price.
The dealership is okay. I have shopped here for parts and things for my past few VWs with a few hiccups here and there. I love the people and the atmosphere. Although Last time a few months back I went to have service for my 2016 GTI which is not old or worn out. I told them that I believe my wheel bearing mite be having an issue. They had my car for a day and had it returned and was told it was just Tire Noise. . . After roaming around with my car for a week I got 2 other opinions on my issue each saying I should take it back and that something is absolutely wrong. Since my car was under warranty I later took it to Autohaus Volkswagen in Lancaster. They took my car on a drive and confirmed something was wrong and I did in fact have a blown wheel bearing on the passenger side front wheel and some issue with the hub. This left me with a bit of a thorn in my side after that moment. That being said I am not saying I wont be back but I will be more mindful.
Honesty, Integrity and Communication:3 things that automatically come to my mind with good business practices.I feel that HA Boyd, specifically the service department, failed to show any of these in my dealings with them. After the check engine light came on in my Tiguan, I had the error code read (for free) at Auto Zone and was entirely prepared to shell out a lot of money for a new turbocharger but was hoping that the code simply meant a smaller issue, which HA Boyd confirmed is the most common issue in seeing this error code.My Tiguan was at HA Boyd for over 6.5 hours when I finally recieved a call.(Mind you the error code specifically stated this was a turbocharger error which could indicate multiple specific issues according to searching the code online, so the time elapsed was nothing more than latency on the service technicians side)According to whomever I spoke with, my turbocharger was officially blown, would cost $1700 with labor/parts and 5 hours of work time. The gentleman said I absolutely could NOT drive the Tiguan because it would cause further damage to the car.Upon questioning him and explaining that my car drives as it ALWAYS has and shows no indication of problems, and why am I not noticing a lack of power, etc if this was truly a broken turbo, I was put on hold. After a few minutes on hold, my turbocharger suddenly went from being blown and broken to, it actually isnt, it works intermittently and you can still drive.THIS sudden change of information, along with the fact that my car was driving as perfect as it was prior to the check engine light, solidified my decision to tell them to simply charge me for the 6+ hours it took them to find the problem and kindly put a breakdown of what parts and what labor, specifically, would be preformed. In picking up my car, I was charged the expected ridiculous price for what seems to be a false diagnosis and not provided with the breakdown of what work they wanted to perform- just an invoice stating that I declined service at this time. For what its worth, the reviews listed seem to be VERY accurate. I felt like I was trying to be taken advantage of and if I were less intelligent, I would have paid over $1700 to replace a broken, semi-broken, intermittently working turbo charger.Who knows what it was, they certainly didnt seem to?Im now into week 3 of driving my Tiguan since having it returned, have driven it over 600 miles since, and its driving as amazing as it always has with no check engine light.Keep up the good work, guys.
Helpful and nice, had my part and had awesome VW merch
Worst people working there ever, charged us too much money for the things we didnt want them to fix. People are not friendly at all, worst experience ever.
Great customer service!
Great place to get your new vw
The place is okay but like most dealerships any service work is overpriced. Oil changes take a long time. Sometimes I go here to ask questions and cant find anyone at the service desk.
Amanda in service was very friendly and knowledgeable.
Very good place to get your car needs.
No parts people in on a Saturday what a joke
Best dealership around
Fantastic service!
Would not recommend going
Service is always first-rate, but costly.
