Absolutely an AMAZING set of guys. I had what I thought was 1 bad tire on my car trailer. I was towing a dodge dually on it and noticed a tire separating. I stopped here and 2 guys came out to greet and help me. They showed me that one of my other tires was bad and needed replacing. So they replaced both tires. 4 employees came out big jacks and jacked my entire car trailer up and removed the 2 bad tires and then swapped the good ones to the front and then reinstalled the new ones on the back. These guys were TOP NOTCH in my book. All the employees lended a hand some how, some way and they all were very helpful and polite. They made us feel thankful in a time of need and not taken advantaged of. Very informative... GREAT GROUP OF EMPLOYEES. Whenever I am in Oregon again, I will go here for tires.

Lost a tire off my trailer these guys were the best! Im probably the only one thinking they undercharged. Im in Corvallis and Im tempted to come out here to these guys for new tires even though we have two Les Schwab shops in town. I highly recommend. Staff very friendly, cost conscientious, and helpful.

Truly fantastic service from this location! I had a wheel bearing replaced at a local shop and was told I needed tires. I immediately came to my local Les Schwab to get some good tires put on, and weirdly enough, after picking up my car with new tires I had a funny noise. According to them I needed a wheel bearing on the same side. Amazing! I am so thankful they were able to resolve that for me, oh and I apparently needed a CV shaft and the full left brake assembly replaced to solve the problem. Thank you Les Schwab for your quality work, even if you did bend my heat shield to cause the noise. :)

Les schwab tried to quote me 4-500$ for new rotors and brake pads that didnt need to be replaced! Took it to another place to see what the actual issue was and they didnt try to take advantage and rack up a bill because Im a female. Wont be doing business with them again!

Amazing customer service from start to finish on a busy Saturday. They rotated my tires, performed a brake check, removed 2 nails from a tire, and didnt even charge me. Wow. Yes, of course they are the higher price point for tires and brakes, but you get what you pay for. I will absolutely come back to this store.

I miss the boys running up to your car to see what you need like the good ole days, but they still have great service and helpful staff. I went in for a flat repair and I knew my tires needed to be replaced soon, but they werent pushy and just gave me a quote (which I asked for) and told me about each tire and their sales. Even though you can tell the boys are working really hard and must be tired, they always have a smile for the customers.

I came in five minutes to closing and asked about tire rotation based on cupping. A coworker had pointed it out. I told the guy behind the counter, I dont know if you guys have time today.... . He didnt let me finish. He said, what do you need? and we proceeded to get my tires rotated. The other guy talked to me about a lift kit with no pressure tactics so I appreciate the customer service.

Needed tires, didnt have the funds to pay for them right now. Asked if they had terms, havent had any kind of account for anything for over 12 years. The employee was patient and professional. With in 15 minutes I had a account, able to get my tires an alignment for my car. Thanks Les Schwab for trusting me.

This particular store is very timely even when they are busy. Great for tire rotations. Only 4 stars because I had issues with a drum brake install one time but that was it. Definitely good place for general tire repair and off road needs.

I have been a customer of this store for over 25 years. In that time, there have been very few issues arise, all of which were resolved to my satisfaction without delay or hassle. Many of their employees have been there 10 years or longer and so there is a good depth of knowledge when it comes to evaluating your car for service related items. I am glad I have this business in my community. Does it rate a perfect 5 score, probably not but it certainly could be a 4.5.....

Ive heard some people have had trouble getting them to honor battery warranties.I have gone in for a warranty tire replacement and they were very nice about it. They even fixed a flat for free for me.This particular store seems to be working really hard to undo the negative reputation the chain has started sinking into the last few years.

I think Ill make the trip to Albany next time I choose to continue my life-long business with Les Schwab Tire Center, and would recommend others do the same. Heres a quick review of my most recent visit: I was ignored by two unoccupied employees people behind the desk upon entering. After some time, one of the two approached the counter where she simply looked at me with no expression while the other finally acknowledged me from behind a computer. I politely asked to whom I should direct my request (for new chains and a tire rotation), seeing as both employees appeared reluctant to be courteous and neither made it clear whether or not their intention was to help me. I was met with snappy hostility from the person who had approached the counter. I exchanged a set of un-used chains for a set that fit my wheels, but since I had no receipt, they attempted to bill me for a new bag ($10). I stated that I didnt want a bag. I was met with an even greater sense of distaste by the same employee as she asked her coworker if such an unthinkable thing was allowed. I was then told that a tire rotation would be quick and that my car would be taken right in to start the service. It was 20 minutes before they started on my car, with no explanation about the delay. When they finished, I went out into 5 inches of snow while freezing rain began to fall to install my new chains, right by the front door. I assumed I would be offered assistance. It wasnt until I had been struggling for a bit that I was offered minimal help with the first tire before the employee hastily retired himself to the lobby without a word while I struggled with the second. I have purchased 4 sets of tires, several sets of chains and a set of brake rotors from Les Schwab since I started driving ten years ago, and never sought wheel/tire service anywhere else. I have always been greeted quickly, politely and professionally (in Eugene on 18th), which has helped motivate me to continue doing business with Les Schwab. In Lebanon, the staff made me feel as though a free tire rotation was a service they would happily abolish, and that they couldnt afford to give a damn to be helpful and courteous to somebody who wasnt spending money that day.

Just go in knowing a couple hours can mean 5+ hours. Pretty crazy for a level kit and new tires. Staff is nice, though.

Ill start by saying up-front that I have had stellar customer service from various Les Schwab dealerships going way back to the early 1980s, and have sent lots of family and friends there, spending many thousands of dollars on Les Schwabs great products and services. That said, I feel I must mention a recent issue:I purchased an ARB Deluxe Bull Bar Winch Bumper from this store, and also paid to have them install it. I had originally planned to install it myself, but their price for the bumper was somehow less than I could find it elsewhere. I figured spending a little more to have a professional installation backed up by Les Schwab would be worth it. And it was worth it, until a week ago.I was washing my truck, and noticed one of the rubber bumpstops was loose. As I looked closely, it nearly fell off into my hands. I then noticed that the head of the mounting bolt had pulled through the slot on the back of the bumpstop. That seemed like an obvious installation error to me, and when I took it in to the store, the technician I spoke with agreed - he even indicated it was improperly torqued without me mentioning it.He told me I needed to leave the bumpstop piece with him, and I did. He later called to tell me I would need to pay for the part myself ($96!). When I reminded him what he said about the improper installation, he just mumbled something about it not being covered. And in that moment, my near 40-year opinion of Les Schwabs great customer service took on a tarnish. It was backed up a few days later when I returned to the store to pick up the broken bumpstop and explained the issue to the counter service person, who offered nothing but a shrug.UGH. At least the popcorn is half decent.UPDATE 4/2/19: I discovered that the bumpstop pieces are installed on the bumper by ARB, so this entire issue is their fault, not Les Schwabs. Whats really terrific is that Andy at Les Schwab called me to offer a meet-in-the-middle resolution that they really didt have to give me. I thanked him, but declined, since it turns out they were not at fault to begin with. I want to clarify this review, and upgrade it to a 5-star rating. Les Schwab continues to be awesome as far as Im concerned.

Quoted me for a bunch of work of which only half was needed. Scheduled an appointment for future date. When I showed up for the work I had found some warranty info in the glove box. My 300 dollar quote ended up being a 25 dollar fix which was covered under warranty. Lesson is make damn sure you talk to the right person working... or at least more than only one of them.

This place is a complete rip off. I went to them to get a flat tire fixed and they told me that they could not repair it and that I would have to buy 4 new tires. They then showed me a quote of almost $800. I went to Canaga in Lebanon the following Monday and they not only fixed my flat but said they didnt understand why les schwabs wouldnt repair it since there was still plenty of tread. I saved $800 by going to a business that actually knows what they are doing and doesnt push sales over customer service. I will never go back to schwabs and I will suggest to anyone to avoid them at all costs because of this experience.

Friendly service but we had to wait a hr. Longer then told just to get a battery for our car.

I went in to this location to have some U-joins fixed on my vehicle. After about three hours of waiting, one of the mechanics informed that there was an issue. He advised me that my stub shaft was bent, and there was no way to remove the new U-joints and replace the old one, simply because they would not stay. They then told me the vehicle could not be driven due to the condition that it was in, and they would call me when the issue was fixed. A couple hours later they called me and stated that they went ahead and pinned the new U-join to the current stub shaft, and that the vehicle is in running order and would be drive able for some time but will need to have the stub shaft replaced here soon. I pay the man over the phone, and go and retrieve my Jeep. I start the Jeep, and proceed to drive away when I hear a clicking sound, and when pushing on the breaks they grind, and make the vehicles back end slide left and right. This was not the condition that I brought this vehicle in this morning, and theyre not doing anything about it to help me out. I used to come here for all of my needs, but honestly I wont be looking in their direction anymore

If I decide to use Les Schwabs then I take the time to drive to this store. The local albany store is worthless. The need to fire everyone and start over. Lebanon store has always been great and really have done an amazing job. They are always proffesional and honest with any dealing i have had with them.
