Sandra P in Services is exceptionally great! If you have to go for ANYTHING. Wait for her to help you. I cannot stress enough how helpful she was with everything. A lot of people help you because its their job. She helps because she cares. I had to get a few things changed in my car and she set it all up for me. Gave me my price, no tricks. That was that. I cant stress enough that she is genuinely good at what she does.

Robin was an awesome sales person. She took the time to show me all feature of our 2022 Toyota Corolla LE 2 hours after closing. She did no pressure. This is our first car and we were so excited. We’ve worked so hard with no help since we were young. Now at 22 we got this car with 5% interest. Thank you robin for your time.Only negative thing is mark carl is inappropriate with customers and rude. Especially will talk about his co workers rudely. He talks about politics and racial things.

I bought my first car here in July and super grateful for having such a positive experience with Raul Ruiz! I did prior research so I already knew which make/model/color car I wanted (RAV4 Hybrid XLE Premium) and Raul made it happen. After I put down my deposit it was estimated that I would have to wait a few weeks for the exact car I wanted to be shipped over, due to production shortages. However, Raul called me the following week to tell me that another car of the exact model I wanted became available (someone had backed out of their sale) and quickly got me in the door to finalize my deal. I also got a fair trade-in price for my 2015 Mazda CX-5, and then later Raul was really kind to put on my license plates once they arrived today (note: plates take 4-6 weeks to come in after you purchase). Definitely recommend folks to reach out to him for their next car buying experience!

Watch out for when they want a deposit to hold a car for you. 1000.00 dollar deposit. Wouldnt get car till Sept 25th. Papers I signed said that you had 10 days before delivery to get deposit back. Found better car in stock at Mazda. Went back for deposit and manager through a fit saying that I couldnt receive it back. Made them show me paper I signed and read it out load for everyone to hear. Only 3 days had gone by, still had over a month before new car arrived. Manager finally told them to give it back, they didnt want a confrontation. Very shady manager. Wouldnt even give me a quote on the value of my trade in until new car arrived. Toyota or owner should look into this. Will never go back there. BE VERY CAREFUL BEFORE YOU SIGN ANYTHING WITH THEM!! Make absolutely sure of the car you want before leaving a deposit.

One of the worst/unprofessional car buying experiences I have dealt with. I called them and within hours i was willing to buy a car, however, they had $4,000 in add ons I didnt want. These add on included life time tint warranty. I will never pay someone an additional $4,000 for something so worthless. They kept reducing the amount but i told them i will not sign until there is no add ons.Once the Sales man Matt, who talks and dresses unprofessionally (this is the kindest way to say it), noticed that I wasnt going to buy the car with the ad ons he began to start insulting the car I am driving now. He said, are you just going to keep your s**t-box mustang? I will not spend tens of thousands of dollars to be scammed with ad-ons and to be treated poorly. I will find a car without add ons and then ill update this comment with the dealership who conducts business correctly. This is so anyone who reads this can bring their business to a professional establishment.

Ray helped my boyfriend and I get into an amazing car, after the clutch broke on mine and I was car less. He took very good care of us, worked for hours to get the deal we wanted. He definitely went above and beyond. So on 16 June 2021 we started our vacation, and half way from San Antonio to Houston our check engine light came on. We tried Katy Toyota first but they had no intention on helping us, luckily we found Mac Haik and Daniel Tucker a service advisor. With a car fool of kids and pets Daniel saw the predicament we were in and took it personally, he made it his mission to check our Sienna and get us back on the road as soon as possible. He got us back on the road within an hour. Daniel and the rest of the staff were friendly and efficient, frankly the best Ive ever encountered. I cant thank you all enough for the peace of mind you gave us and dedication to service!

Toyotas are great cars. Mac Haik is as shady as it comes with car dealerships. Dealer add-ons are way over priced and the vehicles are no where near the MSRP price listed by the manufacturer. The salesperson had to speak with a manager every 5 minutes to get approval for this or that (eye roll) but the manager couldnt be bothered to talk with us directly.After we finally agreed on a fair price with a less than fair trade in value, my wife returned to the dealership to get her license plates a few weeks later and the salesperson stood their and watched her put them on herself with an infant in the car. Every other dealership we have ever used at least offered to put the plates on the car. Guess this guy didnt want to get his polyester suit dirty.Buy Toyota...just not from Mac Haik in League City.

I knew after extensive, countless hours of researching safe and dependable vehicles theres no way I would go with anything other than Toyota. My son and I had different goals when purchasing the vehicle, mine being safety and dependability, my sons being nothing like your first car, mom :) I wanted safety, he wanted sporty. I will be very specific with this review...Robin was an absolute delight to work with, she helped me very patiently during the whole process of purchasing my vehicle which my family and I love. I purchased my vehicle from Florida and flew out to the dealership to pick it up, during this whole time Robin was great! However, even though I had a draft check from my bank with the pre-approval I was forced to finance through the dealership with another bank which charged me more money for the Gap insurance, but I had no other option. Then I was convinced to purchase a warranty that I later asked to cancel but I had to wait more than one month to do so. On top of that, I paid for said warranty with my Personal Credit Card however, the dealership put in the contract that that money was paid as part of my down payment which was not true at all. Now, I was finally able to cancel the warranty on my own because the dealership didnt proceed correctly with this process but the money that I paid on my credit card was paid to the lienholder. My rating is solely based on the Finance Department, at first, very nice and professional not typical of this piece of buying a car, but in the end, showed that theyre exactly what we all dread. Not happy at all with this.

10/10 service. Since the first day I went the staff was incredibly friendly. We got there a little before they closed and Abraham helped us immensely. He took his time and never rushed things despite the fact that they had 20-30 mins before they closed. I am a first time buyer and he was very patient with me and answered all of my questions, and inclusively answered the other 100 questions that my dad threw at him. I would definitely recommend not only this dealership, but Abraham’s services!

We bought great cars from this location many years ago under different ownership. We went back a couple of days ago to look for a Toyota Sienna minivan after our car was totaled. We were surprised to find that they didn’t have any on the lot. But instead of simply sending us away, one of the salesmen, Remington, told us about another Toyota dealership that usually has them and exchanged info with us to send us that way. Mid-trip, his contact at the other dealership texted and let us know that they actually didn’t have any at that time (so glad we didn’t get to the other side of town before learning this). We were disappointed, but figured we would just find some thing eventually on our own.The next morning, Remington reached back out and let us know that he found one for us at another Toyota dealership with somebody else he knows. We ended up connecting with him and bought the exact van that we wanted by the end of the day. It really stood out to us that Remington was more concerned with making sure that we got the van that we showed up to get than trying to sell us on something else. And he did the legwork to reach out to his contacts and find us what we needed. Thank you so much to Remington and thank you to this dealership for remaining a local resource for us!

We were referred to Fleet manager Nick who said he wasn’t aware of an appointment which we didn’t have. Didn’t come out to meet us and said another associate Kurt would meet us. Waited and no Kurt. We looked around the dealership in the sprinkling rain for this car. Ended up driving straight to classic Toyota in Galveston where we just bought our new 2020 Corolla SE. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP TO OUT OF STATE PURCHASERS. This dealership uses a third party to process out of state vehicle registrations. I purchased a truck they had posted on autotrader.com in November, and they have still not processed my registration (5 days shy of March). Over 3 months and no license plates for my vehicle. Straight Liars!

Two minutes later: I receive a message that there was a hard inquiry on my Equifax report. The salesperson totally misled me but honestly it was not intentional, he just did not know what a hard inquiry is!

They listed a Ford F150 limited as I attached the picture. I talked to Mike and Frankie and they confirmed the truck is in there lot. I asked them twice if it is limited edition. I told them I will drive 1 hour away if it is as they listed. They told me to drive. It is limited for sure they said. I came 1 hour away to see the truck. When I arrive, Frankie told me the truck is not limited. I was so mad. He tried to show me different trucks etc. This place is fraud. They are scam. The truck is still listed as same and they are trying to scam you. Be aware and never buy a car from this place

I’d love to save someone stress and hassle by highly recommending them, specifically Kurt Fraser (salesman) and Mr. Broussard (financing). They were laid back, open, honest, and easy to talk to. Not happy at all. I am not one for talking negatively but last Saturday at this dealership put a very bad taste in my mouth. Contacted Kurt that I was interested in the RAV4 but unsure if that was the vehicle for me. I am driving my sons challenger who is in the Air Force and stationed overseas but will be home in a few months so he will be taking his car to next assignment so I am in search of my next vehicle. After the test drive of the hybrid I was actually ready to make my move. While sitting at Kurts desk to talk numbers there were 3 calls that he took to other people about coming to dealership or to talk about vehicles. Did not feel valued as a customer. Then when I asked to get Lease info he got a little aggregated and it seemed like I was wasting his time and said I dont deal with leases and as you can see Im very busy but Ill go get the quote. Well guess what!! You just lost my business. When he came back to the desk and showed me the numbers. I said we would discuss it and his face got red and he put his hands on his head . I got up said thank you for your time I will let you know. They could have dang near given the car to me and I wouldnt have given him the business. I took my happy self up to AutoNation Toyota and walked out feeling like a valued customer with my new Rav4 hybrid. The quickest most painless car buying experience ever

I made an appointment to have my vehicle diagnosed and dropped it off at 8:30 a.m., by 12:30 no one called me, I called and was told there was no update. By 2:00 p.m. I was frustrated, I never got an update and ended up picking up my vehicle. They did not do any work on my vehicle the 5 1/2 hours they had it!!! Whats the point in scheduling an appointment if my vehicle will not be looked at or worked on. I do not recommend this location.

I would love to give this business 0 stars. Do NOT bring your car in for service here unless you want to be ripped off/scammed. I was having AC problems back in late April 2020, came in and was told I needed an entirely new evaporator. I paid over $2,000 for them to do so. I am STILL having AC problems, and sometimes have to turn the entire AC off and back on just for the AC to produce cold air. Also, when they took my radio out to get to the evaporator, they failed to reinstall it properly. My radio no longer gets any stations. All stations have static now. So now I am having a trustworthy individual fix my radio, but this is all costing me more money when I shouldnt be going through the issues in the first place. Also, they (probably intentionally) WAY overfilled my tires (I am assuming to cause issues to get me to come back so they can take even more of my money). The tire pressure for my car is supposed to be 30 PSI. Multiple tires were over 40 PSI after getting it back from them, and it took me a while to realize it, so it was probably even higher than that when I left. This causes serious damage to tires, which are not cheap. Back in October 2019, I was having tire pressure sensor issues and the light would always stay on. They convinced me to spend the money to replace the bad sensor, but now I am having the same issues despite now having the proper air amount in my tires. I was told by another mechanic that the issue is most likely the computer reading the sensors, and not the sensors themselves - and that mechanics will say its the sensor as a quick money scam. I have had these sensors replaced so many times. Itll be fine for a few months, but then the problem arises once more. I am also 100% certain that someone rummaged through my center console the last time it was in the shop in April 2020. All of my things were carelessly shoved into the console when I got it back. Thankfully, I do not keep anything of value in my car for this exact reason. I will NEVER come back or do business with these people again. This kind of business practice is simply disgusting and repulsive, and the employees AND owners should feel ashamed of themselves.

Of course before you buy, the dealership was all smiles and overly helpful, but I once the purchase is made that’s when the problems really started. I purchased out of state so the 4 hour drive home the car presented issues no one mentions before purchase. I’m not even mad at that bc I should hv done a better job at researching the car. My real issue is that I purchased my car 2 months ago and paid taxes and everything there. I STILL HAVE NO LICENSE PLATE OR TITLE. Desiraee in “Customer Relations” is a joke. She had an attitude with me because I wanted a resolution ASAP for my temp tag issue. It literally expires in a week and no one seems to want to address it until it expires which makes no sense. I don’t hv the luxury of coming to pick it up another temp tag and Mac Haik doesn’t have the luxury of time left since it’s less than a week left. Don’t 🚫 buy out of state with this dealership and the Customer Relations team is a JOKE!!!! Don’t make the same mistake I made.

If you don’t like to feel pushed or haggled, this is the place to go. I can’t stress enough how at ease it is just walking in the building and people asking how your day is going.I bought my first Toyota when I was 16 at this exact dealership. I went back because of how well they took care of me for years. I knew I wanted a new 4Runner and all the bells and whistles and I found the one I wanted at mak haik. Nick T was our sales guy. Super easy going and fun to talk with. We spoke with the GM Danny regarding some negotiation and came to a fair agreement. David in financing made it a breeze to get through the paperwork and he made sure I understood everything I was signing ( that fine print can get ya!) and was super friendly to speak with. He took good care of me and didn’t have to go out of his way, but he did. Lawrence the Manager was the final person to make my experience amazing. He was so easy to speak with about any concerns I may have had and it was obvious he cared about his customers a LOT. He made sure I was extremely happy with my 4Runner and not only am I happy... I am in love with this Car!!! Thank you all so much from the bottom of my heart! You guys rock!

I DO NOT recommend this dealership when purchasing a vehicle. They:1. Pulled a bait & switch misrepresenting what was on their lot.2. Refused to provide a retail breakdown of add-on accessories3. Tried to pressure me into filling out a credit app even though we hadn’t agreed on a sales price4. Provided misleading, partial or inaccurate answers to direct questions5. Tried to wear me and my wife down by back-and-forth delay tactics6. NOT accredited with the BBB7. Have only 2.5 stars on YelpTheir behavior was so unscrupulous the manager actually ran into the parking lot and chased us down as we were leaving trying to salvage the sale after it was obvious we weren’t going to be taken advantage of. I found them to be unethical and unprofessional. Buyer beware!

Got a brand new Toyota Rav2020 in April and after 4 months the battery died. After a “reprogramming” we got the car back. On Saturday we dropped the car again for transmission inspection after experiencing very low starts....The car currently has 5000 miles and last week we did the first service. It’s brand new. They gave us a call the same day that that car was ready to picked up and that they did not find anything wrong...The car was fine on Saturday! On Monday morning I go with my family to pick up the car, signed the release documents and I am told in the front desk (Sandra) to “wait a bit” because tires have “low pressure”(after being serviced the week before)..That seamed to be a lie, as the car had a flat tire...nobody seemed to take responsibility for this and we lost the entire morning waiting for the damage to be fixed...never heard an apology from the service manager. When I complained that I am actually picking up the car at worse shape and with a patch than when I dropped it, the manager had the nerve to tell me “do you want to purchase a new tire”! Completely unprofessional! While waiting I saw the other manager Mary Jack smoking and w/o a mask inside the service room and when I told her that “I don’t like the fact that I will make a 2500 miles round trip with a patch on my otherwise-brand-new-tires” her response was “ohh wow good for you”...these people don’t deserve our business. I would never come back and would never recommend anyone purchasing a car from them. Being incompetent is one thing...but rude, unapologetic and disrespectful to the time and nerves of your customers is another! The 1 start doesn’t even do justice!

I received this coupon in the mail. I took my Toyota Camry in this morning waited for 30 minutes and then was told that I cannot apply this coupon because I have never taken this car there before. I believe this is false advertisement because the flyer did not specify which vehicle I had to take it only said it had to be a Toyota. I ended up leaving without getting my vehicle serviced because they were going to make me pay full price. They also do not give free car washes like most Toyota dealers.

I have been purchasing new and used cars from here since they were STAR Toyota. I have used LT Green almost every single time - I would say at least 12 years. I have purchased or referred the purchase of 6 different cars in that time.LT has always been helpful and Ive never had a bad experience. I converted my mom, my son and husband to Toyota users, my niece and I bought used cars from them. Easy process! Although I know what I want when I go in.For service, please ask for Janie! She is my husbands go to for maintenance care for his truck. He only uses Toyota for maintenance and works with her Every time.During the Thanksgiving holidays our son was back from the Navy visiting. He was going to be driving his 2011 Camry to Jacksonville. On Saturday morning the car started acting up. We took it to 3 other shops and they were closed due to the holidays or it was too late taking it in or they just didnt know. My husband called Janie at 11 am and she said - please have him bring it in now so we can get it checked out. They checked and found that some work that was done at another shop (which was closed for the holidays) had not tightened some nuts from a brake jobs that had been done. Janie and Make Haik saves the day. Our son was able to leave the next morning and safely arrived in Jacksonville FL.This is what creating a relationship is all about. Not only for them as the service provider but for us as the customer. Im loyal to my salesperson and service person. In return I feel like they are loyal to me and my family!

Just bought first Toyota Tacoma from this dealership and certainly will be my last. About as unprofessional as Walmart. Good at double talk but nothing else. Will not listen to customer even about something as important as address. If you need any help after the deal you will do better calling Ghostbusters! If you are looking for a pleasant car buying experience this is not the place to shop. I would give 0 stars if available.

Came here looking to purchase a new Rav4. Sales guy wasted both of our time by bringing Rav4s with random upgrades despite my specific requests. Never knew what car this guy was going to drive up with. After multiple iterations of this, the sales manager came over and informed me that we cant always get what we want. Left soon after to Community Toyota in Baytown where I was able to easily find the exact car I wanted on the lot, test drive it the FIRST time, and drive away with a new car that same day. This is my nearest Toyota dealer but refuse to come back anytime soon.

We went down there to buy it.However, after we were checked the credit, they gave us another price which was higher from what I agreed in email. This dealership is a liar so be careful before you go over there. Let people judge on the email.

One star due to dishonesty! Taking advantage at this day and time is shameful! I took 4Runner in for low tire pressure. I was told the puncture was too big for a patch and they do not do plugs. They tried to sell me a $237 tire!! Took the tire elsewhere and they fixed it with no problem!

Then I get a call from toyota. Sorry we sold that truck😬 cost me a credit check and waist of time. My personal exp. Might be different for other people. Was exploring different options of who to buy a used vehicle from, and saw a vehicle of interest at this place. I normally dont care for going to dealers based on past experiences, but decided to give them a shot.Salesman was initially courteous, until I started asking questions about the vehicle, condition, price, etc, to which he wouldnt even acknowledge the issues I was pointing out, often chuckling at me, eventually saying, What are you even doing here then? Yes, because thats a good way of making your potential buyers feel like theyre welcome here.Way to shed the stereotype that dealers are a gigantic pita when it comes to doing any sort of business and how they often talk down to you. Ill continue my support of smaller local businesses elsewhere.

Took my sons Toyota Prius for repair there after warning lights came on. We had to have it towed because the car would not switch into gear. We were told it needed a new 12V battery and they did some other recommended service work such as a brake fluid flush, transmission drain and fill and adjusted rear brakes for a total cost of $811. My son drove it about 15 miles and the warning lights came back on and the car would not shift into gear again. We had to have it towed back and they kept the car over a week and seemed to have problems diagnosing the correct code for the problem. They finally said it was the main battery, which I had asked them to let me know in the beginning, because the main battery was under warranty elsewhere. The other company replaced the main battery, but also told me another code came up that affected the brake actuator. Mac Haik denied ever seeing this code and now I have to worry if the car is even safe for my son to drive. I asked two different people if they would at least refund me the $85 tow fee that I had to pay after they did not fix it correctly the first time. They flatly said no. I now read another review that a person had problems after they had a brake fluid flush and had much better service at another Toyota dealer. I feel the money I paid them was wasted and I wonder if it even needed the 12V battery. I also own a Toyota Prius and will drive further to keep from going back to this dealer for service.

Swung by the collision center to get a quote on a scratch in my door after being sent away from another dealership with a touch up pen and vague instructions. My attempt to touch up the paint was laughable. Upon my arrival, Julian Martinez greeted me and asked what he could help me with. Mr. Martinez was able to clean up the mess I made and did so without charge. He was also very honest with the quote to get rid of the scratches and his recommendation. If you make an appointment with the service center for the first scheduled maintenance on a new car and show up early and are given an estimated wait time of 45 min to get finished, expect an hour and 10 min to have your vehicle go back and then expect about 5 people who show up after you for more in depth services to get out before you. Idk what they are doing but its taking forever and Ive been here for 1 hour and 40 min for basically someone to inspect things and rotate the tires. If it wasnt free for the first 2 years, Id take it somewhere else.

BAIT AND SWITCH MANAGERS AND SALESPERSONI have lease vehicles for 40 years. I currently have 3 vehicles on a lease and I know exactly what I want when shopping for a car. I contacted this Dealership and spoke to a salesperson to get a lease price and never called back. I contacted the dealership and spoke to LAWRANCE Finance Manager. we discussed that what I needed on a lease which has always been 36 Months 12K miles a year. He quoted me a price for the vehicle and I drove 45 miles to get there, after I get there I was introduced to salesperson KURT SHEETS (Run away if you go there) who i should of none was going to be a problem when I saw him as he was standing around doing nothing. we discussed the vehicle after I agreed and started to do the paper work all of the sudden they wanted to charge more for mud flaps that were on the car and get this also for Mats. I told him if they were going to be so petty I would not buy the car he said ok and I left. I contacted Lawrence again who this time had a completely different attitude and we discussed the issues he said just come back and we will throw in placemats but no Maintenance which is something I get all the time. That night the salesman KURT SHEETS texts me and said to trust him that an extra year was not needed since this car comes with maintenance for up to 30 miles and more than likely I would not use the 3rd one. I accepted that, the same day KURT SHEETS texted me that he was leaving early and he wanted me to be there. I told him I would go as soon as I finish he then wanted to do a n application over the phone I said I was not comfortable with that, instead I went to the Toyota web site and got approved. I once again drove to the dealership, an hour later they call me back to sign the documents and all of the sudden things change again, now they said that it was only for 10K miles. I walked out and didnt buy it buy it.I dont know if they figured that since I was a Latino man i would fall for their lies and bait and switch practices but I am not, i have leased over 12 Toyotas, over 10 Mercedes, over 6 Hondas and 1 Infinity, does that sound like someone that does not know what to ask for when lease a vehicle? of course not. These people thrive on BAIT AND SWITCH. I never heard back from Lawrence the Manger, and Kurt could care less I walked away, which leads me to believe that they only care to sell to people with low credit where they can count on those poor people needs and take advantage of them RUN FROM THIS PLACE and take it from me if you go DONT USE KURT SHEETS or Lawrence and let me tell you the other finance Manager is as bad as KURT and LAWRENCE... Mostly they do good service but todays experience left little unpleasant taste. Four months back, when I went for routine service, they told my car keys are low on batteries and I asked them to go ahead and change batteries. I realized they broke inside mechanism of key but I never went to get it fixed. Thought I would do next service. Today I went for my service and I asked to fix my keys. Gentlemen acknowledge that its their problem but Manager Darrel Devillier refused to help as it has been 4 months. When I asked to see him, he was too busy. I will get new keys, may cost me couple of hundred dollars but customer service was below par.

Will never purchase another vehicle here and I informed my family and friends not to as well. Brought my truck July 2019 come Oct 2019 (not even 3 months) transmission went out. When I purchase the truck it had 26,000 now @31,000 this is practically a new vehicle. Put a new transmission in now there is more problems with my vehicle. I shouldnt be having these problems.Update 1/16/19Found out the car that I purchase from this dealership was a lemon car. If I would have known this I would have never traded in my car for this now I am stuck with a balance because Toyota stated they cannot pay for this. This has been the worse experience I have been through with purchasing a vehicle. Never again will I do or my friends & family do business with them. Plus they have horrible customer service.
