Worse place to get your Mercedes Benz looked at. They need to get rid of the service manager, has a bad relationship with customers and never solves the problem unless it benefits him and his team. Remember the Customer is always Right when it comes to automotive repair in any dealership.

Very professional & curtious my sons car is under warranty and there were also two recall issues so we had to bring it in for service. Within 30 minutes my so was in a loaner vehicle & we both were on our way to work. Outstanding service!

Unfortunate that this dealership is willing to lose big clients. After numerous calls and driving an hour to check out a new car, I was told that I cant test drive it because of the exclusivity of a car. This may be industry standard with the this sort of vehicle but I called to make I would be able to test drive it and they said yes. In any case Derrick with sales was nice enough to show me the car from outside but overall it seems like his manager Jimmy doesnt want to sell cars.
