Super quick and very helpful. I was the only customer there at the time. Had to get a new trailer tire and they good a solid job.

Took 2 hours to change two tires that had already been ordered and shipped there a day before.Took them 2 hours even though I was the first and only one in line this morning. I dont not recommend getting tires installed here. They take too long over all. Price is good for buying tires but not for getting the installation done.

This is a good Walmart auto center. Service is always well done, and my car is well taken care of here. Mainly youll come for either lube or tire services. They have a pretty good selection of tires at a few price points. Tires are usually done quickly. Oil changes are also good, fairly straightforward. However, there is usually a long wait for an oil change. Id only recommend it if youre not in a hurry.Theres not a waiting area right now, however, the whole store is under remodel, and Ive been told a new waiting area is on the way.

Drove 45 seconds down the road to them for 4 new tires & asked for them to check a few minor things & replace them if needed. I was quoted 45 minutes, but waited 2 hours & 20 minutes.. Whatever. I can be patient. So when I paid for my service, it was $500+. Thought nothing of it, figured the little things would bring the total to right about that number. Didnt think much of it as we hadnt been driving my car, because it still needs some work. Literally just took it there for the tires it needed BADLY. 2 weeks after, I go to check some things & work on my car & notice some of the little, simple things (that they always do upon request) arent done. I pull out the receipt & LITERALLY EVERYTHING I ASKED FOR WAS MARKED NOT CHECKED let alone REPLACED & the reason my total was so high was because they charged me $48 for disposing of my tires (although no one asked me if I wanted them to get rid of the tires for me or if I wanted them put into my trunk). Additionally, they gave me different tires than the ones we agreed on.. that they said were in stock. Same price, but no one ASKED me if it was ok to put on an alternative to what I had asked for. Valve caps left off of 2 tires too. Will not return here. Sloppy, lazy, shady work. Better believe Im calling to get my money back too!

The tire Changers a few months back did some damage to my rims two of them. But I didnt Discover it until about a week ago when I took them off and was cleaning them. Contacted Patrick who is head of the tire department as I understand it, he took care of me right away I got a quote they paid me no hassles whatsoever.

My experiences with Walmart Auto Center have been good. I have been purchasing tires there since 2013 and never had issues with having the tires serviced or replaced. You have to get the road hazard warranty, its one of the best decision you can make and there are Walmarts everywhere. I have been to multiple locations, the cashiers, the service techs have been great, they are very helpful and polite.If there is anything that I could ask to have improve, it would be the waiting time. Get there early for sure. They also dont take appointments, but you can drop off and theyll call to let you know when the work on your vehicle is complete.Bonus, you can shop while you wait.

I love coming here! There is a lady at the front (I believe her name is Rosie) and she is literally so personable and nice! I live right next to a super nice automotive shop and my mom always tells me to go there because it’s close and highly recommended, but Walmart always does good with the oil changes, and honestly Rosie makes it worth the drive !!!

The mechanic Ricky really knows his stuff. Weve been multiple times just to have him work on our cars. Fast and friendly, definitely recommend

We had our oil changed in Hobbs NM at Walmart and they cross threaded the drain plug. We went to our local Walmart and they immediately help us out and got us in touch with the right people to have our vehicle properly fixed. Great job to the manager here over the auto department.

I would usually give them 5 stars, I always get my oil changed by them, I called ahead and was told over an hour wait, I didn’t mind I was going to drop my car off, when I got there and walked inside to get everything set up the lady said they have a new way where you sit in line and they write the ticket there, 3 cars in front of me and it took over 20 mins for 1 car to get taken... if you have the time to waste sitting in a vehicle to just drop it off then they’re worth it but not for me, not going to waste an hour of sitting there for my vehicle to be taken to be put in a line.Guess next time will try to set up an appt if they do those anymore.

I went to get a nail removed from my tire at 1. I was there until 3 until they finally called my name and said it was ready. I asked the lady how long it had been ready for and she said 30/40 minutes. I checked the paper and it said it was completed at 1:33. Bs that i was there for an hour and a half extra for no reason

We came in to get our oil changed knowing it would be a bit of a wait. They told us one hour and forty five minutes. After two hours they hadnt called us so we went to check and were told the procedure had been cancelled. No one had notified us after 2 hours and furthermore when we took it somewhere else they had no problem changing the oil. I will never go back there. Absolutely ridiculous. Wasted two hours of my life.

You might get the same value for your money going to the dealership, if it was just for an oil change

Wasted my time, saying it would be 45 minutes until my oil was changed, with one person in front of me. Came back an hour later and they hadnt even started the person in fronts oil change, and did not let anyone know that nothing was being done.

Arrived at 3:30-3:45ish for an oil change. I was told it would take about an hour. Which I had no problem waiting I understood there were others ahead of me. I did my shopping (took about 30 minutes) waited about 45 minutes after. Walked out side to check on my vehicle just to see it sitting up on the bay no one around & the hood is open. I walk inside ask the guy what’s going on because now at this point I’m starting to feel contractions, oh yes I did I mention I’m about 9 months pregnant? So I’m starting not to feel to well and inform the guy that I need to go soon. He tells me it’ll be another 30 minutes. As frustrated & uncomfortable as I am, I tell him okay I’ll wait because I’m already here I can walk off the pain & I just want my oil changed so I can go and rest. After that 30 minutes pass, they pull my car around I walk up to pay & they proceed to tell me that they were unable to change the oil in my car due to not having the correct part to let the oil drain out.. so almost 2 hours of being at Walmart, hour & a half spent waiting for my vehicle, I am told they were unable to change the oil.... I then leave with my vehicle upset in pain & head home. I call to speak to the manager Sean & he can’t even apologize he just asked me what would I like him to do about it and he’ll speak to his staff about better customer service. While he himself is not even giving me good customer service over the phone just says he’ll take care of it next time I come in. How does he expect to help me without asking my name? Or what vehicle it was?.. I know I take a risk taking my car to Walmart but I have never had an issue like this the two other times I have taken my vehicle to the Walmart off el dorado. I was in an out hour max! Ridiculous & highly disappointing

Line was too long. And didnt want to do my oil change due to a leak. They said it was an oil leak but i know its not that. I have an emission leak.

Adam and Francisco did a great job thank you guys. Lisa she really needs urgently a customer service training, she needs to realize that she is there for customers, and listen more and talk less, mostly when we are right and she is wrong.

No one ever seems to want to help you. They never really know what you are talking about or looking for. Terrible customer service. Stood at the counter for a while with arms full and kids with me. The large lady with dirty clothes at the counter just continued talking about personal issues with another employee while other customers where lining up behind us.
