AutoZone the service is wonderful if you do not know anything about the parts of your car they would like to help you, and they are bilingual in Spanish or English they will help you

The workers here (Shauna & JJ) were awesome this morning and so accommodating. They went above and beyond to help me and it is the nicest thing anyone has done since I been in TX.. They were component, super efficient, and fast! Thank u!!!

Had a amazing time at this autozone, customer service is phenomenal. Shauna had assisted in checking my battery and showing me what batteries are available for my make and model. Also, she put my new battery in my vehicle which I didnt know autozone did that. Will definitely be coming back to this autozone 😁.

I visited the League City location today after experiencing some battery issues. I was quickly greeted by Shauna and upon telling her the issue I was having, she went out to the vehicle and diagnosed the problem. I not only had a dead battery but excessive corrosion built up on both terminals. After purchasing a new battery and some battery cleaning supplies she said she’d be happy to install it for free. She did an amazing job with the installation and diligently cleaned both terminals in the blistering Texas heat. She took the time to explain why I was having corrosion issues and gave me some pointers on preventative maintenance. Beyond impressed with this experience. Thank you Shauna I appreciate your help.

The person helping me helped me figure out what kind of oil to get without having the car there and when the check engine light didn’t shut off he took the scan and found the problem(not an immediate problem but he still gave us a printout of the scan for when we scheduled the appointment for the car at a shop). When the register decided to cut out he was more than happy to move to another instead of asking for cash. The entire ordeal was made easy by his experience and pleasant demeanor :)

Funny how the last couple times I’ve taken a battery to get charged I’m told it’s bad and they try to sell me a new battery. Then I take it somewhere else and am told it’s fine.

I had to wait to get waited on, even though I had called ahead and put the item on hold. And I wasnt comfortable because not 1 person in the place had a mask on except me and I just dont agree with the fact that weve been told that they are unnecessary in a public place.

The store manager Boyd is very unprofessional, my husband went into this location wearing an old Auto Zone shirt because it is one he works on cars in, he asked Boyd for a sales AD the gentleman replied with there is no sales AD but you should know that which Auto Zone do you work at my husband replied I dont work for Auto Zone this is an old work shirt the gentleman had an attitude towards my husband the second he walked in the door my husband then asked another employee and when he did that Boyd walked up and got into his face regardless of what he thinks of my husband he was unprofessional and as a store manager he should not get in customers faces and cuss at them. We are very upset and will be calling corporate.

Wasnt there for myself

Amazing employees, women and men, who are extremely busy yet found time each time (3 x 1/mo) to help me out with installing, instructions, etc...Last time there, a woman was raising such he🏒🏒 because service wasnt quick enough.Not realizing shes slowing the flow, its was her turn but wouldnt calm down.Shed only been there less than 5 minutes and happened to see someone be helped before her that just walked in the door.She tried to consort with me, I explained to her that he had it called in similar to a curbside pickup. I told her, in an effort to calm her down, that he was just here and this is the end of his order (as it appeared).Thats when she when in to a rage about being cast aside because female...Regardless, it wasnt AZ prob 😊👍I wouldnt know what to do without your old school ways.Please dont stop. Stick to your core methods, its what makes it hard but keeps people loyal and faithful at the end of the day.Generations more...

Went into return a part that didnt fit my car. Tried to convince me to buy a different size when I told him that I found it online his entire demeanor changed. Found a replacement battery for my Honda Fit when others did not have one. Then fitted it for me, refusing to take any payment. Wonderful service and really nice people.

Good selection, friendly people and a huge parking lot.20171202 - After experiencing starting problems all day and having to get my vehicle jumped several times, I ended up her at 7:30 this evening, walked inside and asked for help.Joe was very helpful, describing a couple of things the problem could be and we both decided it is either the battery or the alternator.I told him that it would be best for me to sleep in the van here tonight and work on it in the morning.He said that he could test both, but the battery test would just say it needs to be charged, and then suggested I take the battery out and let him trickle charge it overnight so that we can run the full test first thing in the morning.I took it out, carried it in and now I will wait until tomorrow to fix the van.20171205 - today, I installed the new alternator, got everything back together and started the engine but the gauge showed it not charging.I drive to the store, they check the alternator and say it is defective.The store manager says he will have another one here tomorrow.More to come

This AutoZone is the worst Ive ever been at. Slow. Aggravating. I would recommend going to a different AutoZone. I use Seabrook and there service is 100 percent better.

Great staff on hand. Brought in a dead battery they tested and offered to hook it to the charger to make certain it wasnt just discharged.
