Eek! $75 for a simple oil change on a Camry! Ive never paid so much! The people were professional so Ill give a couple of stars but I definitely will not be returning.

Honestly the best place to get your car fixed. Mechanics are extremely friendly, knowledgeable and honest. Theyve literally rebuilt my vehicle and maintained the others. Staff goes above and beyond. I wont trust anyone else with my vehicles.

I went for an oil change and coolant flush before I took my car there was no oil leak I drive the car home left it parked in the garage I look under the car there was a puddle of oil under the car. Was thinking about taking it back but I had the same issue at quick lube and got the run around I guess I have to learn to change my own oil lol 😂

Pit stop is always a great place to get an oil change. You dont have to get out of the car during service the the people were very professional. There was not wait during my service even at 2 pm. Most other service places you need an appointment or need to arrive at 7am to get service by 10 am. I will gladly pay any extra if it means retaining 2 hours away from the service station. Watch out for the additional recommendations. It is not forced on you but some are not needed. Otherwise good service

Check engine light came on :( pulled the codes from my handheld and told them what I found out. It was a 2013 Dodge Caravan, I had the vehicle towed so I did not end up with more problems. I dropped off the key they ran the codes and called me letting me know that Dodge might be on the hook for the repairs due to an issued they had for my type vehicle. Long story short the vehicle was made 30 after what the warranty covered. Even though they still had to fix the car they did not have to let me know this information, to me this let me know that I have a very honest mechanic and that means a lot to me. They will start getting all my vehicle work.

Pulled in to get my oil changed. Didnt see signs where to pull in. Employee started waving his arms at me frantically and runs out to me and says I have to pull around back. Before I rolled my window up, he told me,it would be about $110 to change my oil. Then more if I had a special filter. I asked $110? He kinda got an attitude when I asked.The chevy dealer does oil changes for $35.What a rip off

So Im that guy who has done all the work on his car, and grew up doing DIY maintenance, but now has 2 kids and crazy hours and just wants a decent place to get my oil changed. I have a nice car with thousands of dollars in upgrades and I dont just take my car anywhere. This is the first place that I took my car when I moved to Lawton and they did a great job. Ive had my second oil change here as of last week and they offer honest troubleshooting (no blowing smoke here) and good prices, military discounts on Mondays, and they will fix their errors without question. I say the last bit because I noticed that my car had a decent oil drip for about 4 days after the service and I figured they didnt tighten the drain plug all the way (new kid). I took the car in, explained the issue, and it was fixed in under 5 minutes with no issue. Thats customer service. Of course if I hadnt had to go back, I would have given the full 5 stars, but its not a perfect world I suppose. I recommend to all!

I would like to commend the manager on duty when I went to Pit Stop. They had just closed. I was in from out of town to check on my dad and his low tire light came on. We pulled in and the manager opened the doors for us and happily checked all four tires and filled them. He could have easily said they were closed and sent us home for the night, but he didnt. Thank you for the great service.

Came over to compare breaks, rotor and oil change prices and ended up staying. Not just because their prices were $280 less than most people in the area but the customer service was personal and not just a job for the gentleman working there. Thank you so much for putting our vehicle back on the road safe and ready for our country road trip! Will be returning for a future vehicle service.

Didn’t even start car to check for leaks after adding oil. Rushed job-charged me over a hundred dollars and literally all they did was drain oil and refill with 4 quarts of Mobil one and add air to one tire. Sloppy work people.
