Hey ladies when you go to Express Oil in Lawton, they will tell you a price, you agree, drain your oil and then up-charge, saying they do not have the oil you agreed to pay for & insisting you need a more expensive oil. You can argue all you want, they will say, “no problem, we will just put the old oil back in your car.”  Fool me once, never twice. I would NOT recommend this business.

Horrible service! Changed the oil and never checked anything else. I had to ask them to at least check the oil after they filled it and even had to tell them to let me start it first. Manager was very sympathetic and said he would take care of me next time. Sorry I will pass.

WOW!!! If I only had one word to describe the service in this place... Thats what it would be, WOW!!!I needed my oil change because I was a little overdue, I went to my regular place and wasnt happy with a couple of things I saw so I decided to give this place a try based off the reviews and I am so glad I did! When I got there I was the first one on a Saturday morning. I got out of my car because thats what Im used to doing at my regular place. I was told that I could get back in my car and drive it up to the first bay...so I did and thought I was going to have to get out once I pulled in the bay so I kept my mask on, but when I pulled in the young lady began to prepare the tech for what I needed. I asked her if I needed to get out of my car, she said No maam, this will only take 10-15 minutes and you can sit in your car.Pishew 🤯 mind blown.So I sat in my car on the phone while the tech checked my fluids and topped them off for free! YES! You read that right, I said FREE! Then he came to my window (no mask but I had mine) and said he was going to make sure my vehicle was safe to drive with a lights and horn check, so we checked them. He made some suggestions about some services I needed but there was no pressure for them to do it (love that) and then he pour the oil in my car and showed me on the dipstick to show me that it was full and clean.So I asked him if he was going to change my oil filter he said it was already done, I said but I didnt see you do it. My other place lifts my car to do that... He said The techs down below took care of that.Pishew 🤯 mind blown again!No wonder the reviews are so amazing on this place. From start to finish was 12 minutes! At my other place Im there for an hour or more and sometimes I just leave it with them and they call me hours later.This place was super fast and they were very professional!Im usually loyal to businesses that I use and Ive been loyal to my other place for 9 years but I also know change is good, so consider my mind changed! Im sold on this place. Theyve got my loyalty now! If you dont have all day to be without your car for a simple oil change, come here. Before you finish your bagel theyll have you back on your way!

The mechanic was so polite. He explained what he was doing and what I should be doing.

No games. No scams. Professional friendly staff. Had a tie rod changed, tire changed, alignment. Couldnt believe the cost. It was 50 percent less than I anticipated. We always expect ripoffs. You wont find that here.

They are fast but you kind of think to yourself like, did they really do a good job? But they actually did. Only down fall was they didnt have syntheic oil, they had ran out. One of the workers had to go out and get some but other then that their good.

The tech didnt offer me any Junk at all. There was no, this is brown and should be pink, etc.He was friendly, knowledgeable, and most importantly, HONEST.I will be taking my vehicles back to them for oil changes.

I change my oil almost every time. Bring it here once. They stripped my oil plug and then ran an oversized 19mm in there which now needs replaces because they didn’t thread thread it or helicoil it. Gonna leave reviews until they fix their work

This franchise has figured out the oil change business! No lifts, and everything is handy for the mechanics. Oil changes take about 5 minutes, thats it. Youre in and out very quickly. Great service at this location.

Buyer beware! Bad business ethics!More than once (almost a year apart) they failed to properly tighten my oil filter. Then told me it was the oil pan gasket leaking when I returned to shop! I insisted they check and tighten filter. Not a single drop leaked afterward. Shame on you express oil change co.! Shame on you!

Good service, they know what theyre doing. May take longer than 10mins, but worth the wait. Some wear masks some dont, but you as a customer will need one.

I took my car to get an oil change, when I got there the serviceman told me that I had a small oil leak and the gasket needed to be changed. I returned the following week to get the gasket replaced which only took the worker about 45 minutes to complete. When I drove my car home, living out of town, the car started smoking under the hood and oil leaked all over. There was no oil in the car and I almost blew my engine. I complained to the business and they stated they just didn’t clean it good enough. Went and got my car fixed a second time, and it continued with the same problem. Contacted the manager and he said it’s out of his hands and admitted to doing more work that wasn’t authorized.i took my car back to a Chevrolet dealership that informed me my bolts were completely stripped out by who worked on it prior. I was given the owners phone number and his wife I’m assuming answers the phone and says he’s unavailable when I told her my issue she just hung up the phone. The damages that this company has left me with is up to 2400 dollars just to fix my car. This company isn’t trying to be reliable for the damages that they caused.

The first time I came in to get my oil changed the technician talked me out of an oil change, even though I was willing to pay for it, he said I didnt need it. When I went back the second time they said they did not have a part for my new Ford pickup and I would have to come back next week. The next week I came back to get my oil changed AGAIN (the third time) and they were out of oil! Apparently management doesnt understand that keeping stock on hand to conduct your primary business is important. It shouldnt be this hard to get a simple oil change.

I went to this place after having a terrible experience at a place around the corner.After I pulled up and before I even had a chance to get out of my car, there was someone there to meet me and ask what I was looking for. I just needed a basic oil change so he directed me to pull into the bay. They told me it would take 10 minutes and that I could stay in my car. They got my information, they checked all my fluids and even topped off my windshield wiper fluid. They did a safety check on all my lights and even washed my windshield! They were so kind and helpful and got me in and out so quickly which is great because I was trying to get this taken care of right before work! I would highly recommend this place!

I went in for an oil change. They checked all fluid levels, did a visual check on the tires and cleaned the windshield. They also checked my lights and horn. I didn’t have to leave my car. Fast and friendly service! Definitely going there from now on!

Was a terrible experience!! We are seniors and asked the Technician how much the oil change would cost he gave us an amount and when he was finished it was $30 more than he said. We didnt add any extras, when I asked him about it, he said it was because our oil cost more because its synthetic, I said to him thats what we talked about in the first place when I asked how much it would cost. The oil change itself was fine, but it was the fact we were given one price and charged WAY more than we were told!! Thats just NOT right!! So we left there feeling ripped off and we wont be back and we will tell our experience with everyone we know!! Only reason I gave one star is because it wouldnt let me post it without any stars.

I called them to make an appointment and was told by Ryan that I could just come in. So I drove there and was asked to come back tomorrow. The gentleman that told me to come back was very apologetic.

Express Oil is the best shop in town I have found for oil changes. The guys are friendly, fast, and efficient. Prices are reasonable. The Tuesday Ladies Day 5% discount is nice, too, but I go there regardless of that incentive.

Cant rave enough about this place. Usually when I see a sign that says ten minute oil changes, I expect that to be more of a kind of ten minutes, maybe. Here, it is literally ten minutes. I didnt even need to get out of my vehicle. No up charge gimmicks. No nonsense.

Great place, was sent here by a friend, and I will definitely recommend it to others. Changed my oil really fast, let me use my own oil and filter, and a good military discount = great value. They let me know what they recommended I have done to my car, and when I told them Id be back in a few weeks for other services, there was absolutely no pressure or hostility. Will be back soon.

I have always gotten my oil changed here, thought it was a fast, clean friendly sort of place. Saturday was a different story.I had an appointment to get my brakes looked at, I show at the appointed time, to be ask why I was even there. Thier mechanic was off for the weekend, ask manager why they scheduled me. He at first told me I did not make the appointment, then one of the techs said yes took that call. He was very very rude, I mentioned I always get my vehicles oil changed there.He stated that my brakes was my problem problem not his. He didnt care. Guess its ok if you just need a fast oil change, but I wont ever go back.

We were about to leave for OKC when I heard rattling under the car.The undercarriage lost all of its screws but one. I went to Express Oil Change and in 15 minutes was back on the road.I asked how much and they told me and they said whatever I thought was fair.After I told him that Ive never experienced anything like this, he suggested $5 or $10.I was happy to give him $10 with a wholehearted grateful thank you.Ive had oil changes in the past here, and their service was always consistent with their professionalism.

The change was great, but months later when I’m trying to get my oil filter off, I’ve nearly had to break it off it’s on so tight.

Got my brakes done here questioner service good price they seemed incredibly honest but last time I was back to get my oil changed service did not meet similar standards.

Theyve been open for almost an hour and a half and yet Im still here waiting for a mechanic to show up...
