Honestly, I thought Discount Tire had the best deal. Since my purchase my mother and my daughter have had to purchase tires. They have found better deals at the dealer and Firestone. The actual service and tires are fine but I think I could have found a better purchase price elsewhere. The tire protection coverage at Discount Tire is outrageously expensive. I more than likely will not purchase from Discount Tire again.

I called and spoke to Trent. He assured me that my size was in sock. I arrived 20 minutes later. He came out to great me. Checked me in and even opened my car door so I could get things out. I came in and he told me the cost (no frills and way less than good year and fire stone - I called them first). I paid. He told me I was next. Then came back 10 min. Later to say my tires were off and the new once’s was bring out on. 30 minutes later another worker called my name. Told me I was done. gave me my info and explained the warranty. He opened my door and told me thank you. Great place! Clean, respectful and quick. I was out in less than an hour.

They are a great tire place in Arizona, in Oklahoma they dont have stock, I drove back to Arizona and got it done faster, now that I live in Oklahoma I will use Hibdon tire, same deal, Discount needed 3 days, Hibdon had the tires installed next day!

Most useless service. I do not recommend this location to anyone ... very slow, they make you wait for two hours because of the replacement of two wheels already removed from the car ...

Everyone was extremely helpful and friendly also very knowledgeable. I had a spare on my car for a couple days so I forgot I had a trunk full of stuff. The staff was good enough to take all that stuff out, put My spare back where it belongs and then put the stuff back in my trunk nicely. To me that shows great customer service and professionalism. Ive been to a few other service stations the other service stations they would just throw in the spare tire on top of everything. so thank you very much and keep up the great work.

Fast and efficient, but they put tires that were too big on my truck, and now when I need to make a sharp turn (like a parking space) they rub against the truck wheel well itself. Disappointing. If you come here be very attentive to the size tire they put on your vehicle before driving away. I drive a Dodge Ram, by reading reviews I see another Ram owner had a tire issue as well. Just be cautious, I doubt I can get a replacement since I’ve already driven and didn’t hear the scraping on my vehicle until my passenger said something (I usually listen to music when driving alone, and wasn’t when I had my passenger with me, which is why we could hear it). I had my passenger turn my wheels around while driving so I could see what the issue was, and the front tires were touching the wheel well when she turned. I don’t know if they gave me bigger tires for more money or if they cost the same, but if I’m paying $1200 for tires they should be the correct size.

This store, unlike Discount Tire as a whole, is too wishy washy. One day may have good service, the next not so much. They always have plenty of excuses though.If you are looking for tires, best to go elsewhere. If you are needing clown shoes, they probably have your size. Seems a group of circus clowns runs this store.If I ever choose to do business with Discount again, it will not be in Lawton.

Had my 2nd set of Coopers put on my Frontier yesterday and must take the time to give my chosen store another 5 star review. Bryce was leading the team and sets the perfect example of excellence in customer service. Clearly that has had trickle down affect on his crew. The store was super busy and not to sound like girly girl but the way the technicians worked together as a team, in order to satisfy every customer was heart warming. These folks are the best and I thank each and everyone them their dedication to their customers.

Little supposed they did not have a military discount, but good place. Got 4 new tires (that I NEEDED BADLY) in less than 45 min, nice.

Good counter service but poor phone communication

Service was poor, customer service was terrible. Went in to get air in tire and I am pushing tire along will using my cane, no one even came forward to help me. Went inside and stood for 15 minutes waiting for someone to help me. Finally one salesperson asks if anyone needs help and I said yes I have a tire that needs air in it. He says something about taking it to far end of shop and it will be taken care of, Im standing there with a cane holding myself up and he wants me to roll this tire down about 65 feet. An older gentleman customer came out and helped me get the tire where I needed it. The young man that helped me on the far end was the only person I found to know what customer service was. He treated me with care and told me to go ahead and get in my car and they would bring tire out to me. Sorry but 45 minutes to get air into a tire and get the treatment like this is not my kind of tire stire.

Went in for a tire rotation and the technician working on my wheels ended up breaking off two lugs from my Ram 2500HD. The technician came and got me after breaking the second one to show me what was going on. I told home to get his manager and we needed to talk with him. The store manager came out and preceded to ask if I had recently had a break job, I said no and asked him why he was asking that. He started to tell me that the last person who put my tires on must have over tightened them which is the reason they broke off. Of course I question why he was not taking any responsibility for his technician not telling me he broke the first one. The manager decided to finish the rotation and was going to have my truck towed to a shop to have the lugs replaced: while this was being completed I was outside sitting on their table trying to get a hold of a ride since the truck really should not be driven further with missing lugs. After about five minutes the manager came out and preceded to tell me that his technician had only broke one off and the other one was already missing when I arrived. This was odd since the story was now changing. I questioned why this was not brought up initially and why they would not have informed me of this condition before working on my truck if it had a broken lug already. Manager again started talking about the previous person who must have over torqued the lugs. He said he could prove it because there was rust on one of them. This was another new revelation! He showed me the lug again and now it indeed had rust on it and on half the threads. I wiped off the the rust dust that had been smeared on the lug and decided to drive the truck over to the shop myself. In route to the shop another lug fell off due to not being properly torqued. The shop fixed it and discount tire covered the cost. I will not ever buy tires or get service from this location again, and being that the regional manager never called me back in the 24 hours that the corporate representative stated they would I may never shop at Discount Tire again.

I ordered a new set of tires for my wifes vehicle. I was told it would take 35 minutes. It only took 22. They did an extremely thorough job. I watched the entire process through the window. Two employees worked on my vehicle, one on each side. They were actually running at times. They are set up with the proper equipment to do their job efficiently and completely. The supervisor double checked everything and did a complete walk around of the vehicle when they were done. They even shined my new tires. It was so refreshing to see people actually work hard and have great customer service. I find neither of these to be common place. Kudos, and keep it up. You have earned my business.

Love this place, bought a set of new tires for the wifes pickup. She wasnt to happy with those particular tires cause its not exactly what she wanted. This place is amazing. I came in because I had a leak ask then to please check, and replace tire if needed. They came back and said they were able to repair at no charge and showed me what they did. I was so blown away by the customer service. It was my first time and they were packed and now I see why. They are so friendly and knowledgeable its so refreshing thank you so much!!!

This was my 1st time here and I was very happy with everything. Their employees are courteous, they hustle and look like they want to work hard and do a good job. They listened to my favorite radio station (KLOVE 89.9) so I didnt have to worry about hearing foul language or inappropriate things. The best place for tires I’ve visited...! The staff is very knowledgeable and very professional, when I called they answered my questions, when I arrived they greeted me, I told them who I was (since we had spoken earlier they already had my car’s information), they asked me to pull my car into one of the work-bays and they went to work on my car. They didn’t waste my time and they had the best tire price!!! I was in and out of there in about 30-minutes or so... with four brand new tires mounted, balanced, and new valve stems. Discount tire in Lawton Oklahoma is so awesome. They are friendly and helpful. I am a single grandmother raising my three grandchildren due to unfortunate circumstances and feeling like I couldn’t catch a break if one was tossed to me. Discount Tire sells tires at a discount. I guess thats where they got their name! No really, they are pretty squared away here, much preferable to other tire shops in the area. I called another place on Friday, they couldnt look at my car until Tuesday, which is rather incredible. Discount tire is usually same day, and good service too.

Ordered tires online cause i work 0830-1730. Ordered the tires the week of Thanksgiving. Wife goes up black friday (thats when the appointment was and when the tires were supposed to be there) and low and behold, no tires. They said there was a glitch in the system (understandable and not to upset since these things happen) and the tires were never shipped to them. So they order the tires then and said come back monday (Nov 30th). Wife goes there Monday and yet again, no tires. Get told again a glitch in the system. The odds are very minuscule that a glitch would happen online AND in store days apart. They only offer $21 off for the inconvenience. Not too satisfied with the experience. I will give it 2 stars because they are decently priced and move rather quick (With Covid restrictions and what not hindering peak performance) with getting customers taken care of.

50/50 chance they order what is not in stock (probably less). Be prepared to find tires elsewhere if you need them in a timely manner (within two weeks).

Eh... expensive to mount 2 tires and when they offered to buy tires from there they didnt offer my tire so $147 was high just to mount 2 tires. With no military discount. They got my Tahoe done fairly quickly but checking in was sloppy. Didnt seem attentive to me when dropping off my tahoe and on top of that they scuffed paint off one of my rims. Which isnt too bad, but still upset about it to say the least.

They was nice and helpful but gave my wife with bad credit a discount card because she made $29hr. And my credit is 669 they turn me down I only make $10 a hr. So I went to hiptons got a card with no problem. Got tires, brakes and Alignment paid off In four months. Make you think huh.

Went in because our tire light had been on for a while. They discovered a nail in the tire and checked the rest for us. They let us know the condition of them and answered all of our questions honestly. We will definitely be back should we have any issues with our new tire, as it is warranted!

After a run of bad luck and providing christmas for 6 children our funds were pretty low. I went in a few days before having to take a road trip to pick up 2 of our children for Christmas vacation.
