Brand new truck hit a deer in the middle of the night so you can imagine my frustration. After looking at google I found this place. It had great reviews and similar stories. I followed my gut and you can see my results. Thank you B&M. They worked hand in hand with USAA and made this an easy experience. Both the staff and the workers are top notch here. I could not have asked for a better experience than what I had with B&M Collision!! They went above and beyond getting my car repaired after someone hit my parked car in a parking lot. It was an easy, care-free, and stress-free experience! They did an OUTSTANDING job on my car! I have a pearl white vehicle, and they fixed it perfectly, which I know can be difficult with the pearl white. I cannot begin to thank each and every single one of the personnel at B&M, for taking care of my car, and for repairing it back to pristine condition! And, not only did they fix my car perfectly, but they also helped this busy mom, with a hectic and chaotic schedule, detail and clean my car out! That was such a blessing! I wanted to personally thank Garvin and Kayleigh for their outstanding professionalism and customer service. This shop got me in for a written estimate with the insurance company handling the repairs on my vehicle a week before anyone else in town. They even got me in and had my car fixed amd back to show room quality and did it in half the time that they originally estimated. Which was a month before other places were expecting to get me in to get started. I was updated on an almost daily basis and pleased throughout every step of the process. They even took the keys to my rental car and made sure it got turned in. Thank you guys so much, Im super pleased and will be referring anyone I know your way. Hopefully I dont need anymore body work done anytime soon, but if I do I know exactly where Im going.

B & M repair does it right and you can take your car back for free if some problem comes up afterwards.

Took our truck in for hail damage, they are very friendly and professional.They did an amazing job and even went the extra mile by returning our truck cleaned up inside and out.Highly recommend them.

They are so nice! They arebt in your face like many collision centers telling you to get it fixed ASAP. They give you an honest assessment of the damage and let you decide if you want to continue to fix it there or not. Great service!

Ive done business with this place on a few occasions. They are great to say the least. They treat you with respect and like family. It has a friendly atmosphere as soon as you easily through the door. The end results of their work is solid. I do not know odd any business in Lawton that can come close to them.

Dropped off my 2018 Honda Civic with rear door and quarter panel damage from parking lot accident. Picked it up today and BM collision perfectly color matched my color and the door seam is aligned perfectly, you cannot tell it was in an accident. They even detailed the car inside and out, smelled new again. Tires with shiny black coating. Looked showroom fresh. THANKS GUYS!

B&M Collision is the BEST! I just recently had to have my car repaired because some jackass rear ended me. I could not ask for better care. They kept me informed the whole time, and my car was fixed beautifully. I was so grateful they were able to do the job quickly and keep the cost to the insurance adjustors quote.

Really nice people that work here. I got individualized quotes on the same day that I asked for them. They gave me multiple options to fix up a small door ding on my car. My friend also used them to repair some pretty excessive damage to the rear bumper of her truck. Honestly, its hard to find a decent body shop you can trust. If youre having trouble finding someone to get the job done, give these guys a shot when you can.

Very nice people who listen to what you say and do their best to satisfy you! They are usually finished with your vehicle when promessed,if not before! By far this is one of the best repair location I have been to. Customer services was proficient and professional. Garvin was helping me with the estimate. He was very patient and very helping with answering each and every question that I had. Made my pissy mood totally changed to relaxed.

In-depth review of damage. They give vague responses to questions for clarification and some of the repair costs are astronomical. There was no willingness to adjust the amount of work done/needed. They also wouldnt accept a replacement I found that was cheaper to be used. Overall not flexible to work with customers, although theyre great if your insurance is taking care of everything because then they can get as much money as they want.
